On possible evidence of the Rao & Anti-Rao Quanta interaction with mysterious rays of the Sun during the Solar flare, CME and the Solar wind events of the Fourth Week of January 2012 at Visakhapatnam

ABSTRACT
In the afternoon around 3.00PM the Sun warmth has been felt [for the first time reminding off the approaching summer season] on the 25th January 2012 by the author while, busy image capturing its spectra. What was surprising is that the early morning the tap water was very warm till the time 8h30mAM when they disconnect the supply to domestic use. The afternoon of 25th January there was a sudden breeze for a short while. This has been identified as the third order dispersive KLN-wave of entrapped solitons that can move over considerable distances and are pointed as the precursors of impending weather change. What is its relation to the reported several effects of the Solar Storms due to weird Solar flare affects of several types, CME eruptions and the Solar wind? The answer is that a considerable evidence of correlation exists between these weird events of the Sun-Earth system and the suggested wave disturbances. The img9466kln also shows the spectra of the Sun green filtered to be exhibiting the mysterious rays along with the Solar flare, CME and wind events. The surprising img_31 at 17h15mPM on 31st January 2012 shows very light Gray color hue unlike the expected dark Gray-deep Bluish or Yellow dominant color hue of the Astro-Sky at Visakhapatnam. The mysterious rays of the Sun seem to have widely diffused due to the CME and the Solar flare X-rays and Ultra-Violet Radiations. It is interesting to observe the vertical intensity profile of the spectrum of the Moon along with the shadow of the Earth on it. It is possible by a careful analysis to surmise the various component structures of the Moon that fall in this region of the Aurora Borealis on the Moon recorded on 26th Jan 2012 at 18h23mPM. The Observation of the present author reveals that the mysterious radiations from the Sun events have produced several events of interaction with the Terrestrial Atmosphere and the upper layers of the equatorial region. The Astro-Sky of Visakhapatnam revealed an unprecedented detail of these new phenomenal events of the several of the radiations from the Solar sun spots and the Coronal Holes undoubtedly but over and above these there is a charismatic mysterious ray’s effect. Img_9636kln the Rao and Anti-Rao quanta have played a definite role in producing the finer details of the Astro-Sky and the Sea wave reflections of several color hues.


 INTRODUCTION
The 24th January 2012 gave a brilliant normal Sun shine and though the sky was apparently overcast with frost. The winter chilly weather persisted with more enhanced cold during the mid night to the morning time of 9.00AM. The NASA gave details of the Mars movement in a retrograde motion from 24th to 30th January 2012. The times of India reported that the Biggest Solar storm in about 6 years' time has hit the Earth on Sunday 22nd January 2012 at around 11.00PM EST. It seems it will hit three diffrenet effects with three different times. The radiations concern was for the disturbances of the satellites and astronauts in Space.  The Solar flare it seems has arrived an hour later on Sunday and has persisted till the Wednesday 25th January 2012.
On Thursday 26th January 2012 in Sofia city of Bulgaria there was a heavy snow fall. The eastern and central Europe was hit by blizzards for about two days resulting in as much as 3 meters of a snow at a time.

On Jan. 26th between 0100 UT and 0600 UT, a sequence of C-class magnetic eruptions around the active region hurled a bright coronal mass ejection over the sun's north pole, a CME hit Earth's magnetic field on Jan. 24th at approximately 1500 UT (10 am EST). The impact produced a G1-class geomagnetic storm and bright auroras around the Arctic Circle. Eight people team said that in Finland, “the auroras began as we were eating dinner (CME hit Earth's magnetic field on Jan. 24th at approximately 1500 UT (10 am EST)) and continued into the very early hours of the morning”. Departing sunspot 1402 unleashed an X2-class solar flare on Jan. 27th at 18:37 UT. NASA's Solar Dynamics Observatory recorded the extreme ultraviolet flash. The explosion also produced a spectacular coronal mass ejection (CME). Energetic protons accelerated by the blast are now surrounding our planet, and an S2-class radiation storm has been observed by NASA in its progress.

Accelerated by Friday's X-flare, energetic protons from the sun are still swarming around Earth on Jan. 29th. The radiation storm ranks S2 on NOAA scales, which means it is not a severe storm. Nevertheless, it can still affect spacecraft and satellites at the nuisance level. The cloud is found racing away from the sun at 2500 km/s or 5.6 million mph. Mike Hollingshead of Nebraska drove 450 miles to the Badlands National Park of South Dakota hoping to catch a glimpse of the auroras. He got more than he bargained for: "While I waited for some sign of auroras, the most amazing fireball, I've ever seen blasts down. It flashed brightly and illuminated the terrain around me." Mars view in January to April 2012
In late January 2012, Mars raised over the eastern horizon at mid to late evening. In the weeks and months ahead, Mars will continually rise earlier at evening. By early March 2012, Mars will be out all night long, rising in the east around sunset and setting in the west around sunrise. Then it’ll be at its brightest for this two-year period. A retrograde is special because it’s during this period that Mars shines particularly brightly. Mars will come closest to Earth around that time and shine at its brilliant best for the year. Mars’ retrograde will end on April 15, 2012, at 12 Universal Time. Afterwards, we’ll still be able to see Mars, but its time of greatest brightness in our sky will be over. The Martian retrograde began o January 24, 2012 at 7 p.m. CST. 

Earth Tremors in Andhra Pradesh
Mild tremors rocked parts of Khammam, Krishna (about seven mandals kanchikacherla, Chandhralapadu etc ) and Guntur districts on Thursday 26th January 2012 afternoon which lasted for about 5 seconds in Khammama at 12h26mPM in several villages of Chintakani, Madhira, Yerrupalem and Bonakal mandala. The epicenter of the tremor 2.8R magnitude was found located at about 7kilometers distance towards the south side from Madhira in Khammam district. Nandhigamma Nehru bazaar, Chakrala bazaar, Rythupeta, main bazaar, Cheruvu bazaar and mayuri experienced the tremors. Ramireddy palli, Jonnalagadda, Kanchalam, Ithavaram, Ambarupeta, Lingalapadu, Thakkelapdu, villages felt the tremors at an alarming strength. Penuganchiprolu mandalam all the villages have felt the tremor at the same time. After 1969 again the tremors were felt on Thursday 26th January 2012 between 10h30mAM to 12.30PM. Amravati mandal Malladhi, Dhidugu, Dharanikota and Joopudi villages and in Krosoor coastal villages the tremors were felt for a few seconds.
Weather Reports
The 27th Jan 2012 report in local news papers is that the Andhra Pradesh had very dry weather conditions while in Bihar and Jharkhand states it rained slightly. The eastern states are experiencing heavy fog spell. North-West and Central India night temperatures were at about 1 to 2 degrees C. A low pressure region developed near the coastal Andhra Pradesh on Monday, 30th Jan 2012 and under its influence there were a rain spell in Salur (4cms), Bhimilli (3cms) and Machilipatnam (1cm) during Sunday morning to Monday morning.

Observations:

I found the sky totally striated cloudy and Mars couldn’t be image captured on 24th January 2012 night since that the striations gaps were quite frost filled. But in the evening around 8h35mPM the Hunter Stars could be image captured. The gray sky is frost filled. In the afternoon around 3.00PM the Sun warmth has been felt [for the first time reminding off the approaching summer season] on the 25th January 2012 by the author while, busy image capturing its spectra. What was surprising is that the early morning the tap water was very warm till the time 8h30mAM when they disconnect the supply to domestic use. The morning Sun spectra with a FIR filter showed a remarkable diffraction pattern compared and contrasted with the Green filter spectra taken around 15h34mPM. Concealed in the Yellow bright band is a very vague radiation from the Sun. The Venus spectrum was very good in the evening of 25th Jan 2012 around 18h54mPM. The Jupiter spectrum on the other hand was quite smeared. Possibly this is due to the brightness of the Planets, Venus being more bright in appearance. The afternoon of 25th January there was a sudden breeze for a short while. The Venus and Moon gave a splendid view on the western sky from 26th January 2012. The weather was cloudy during the midnight and no images could be captured during the nights of 26th and 27th January 2012. The morning of 27th January 2012 was cloudy but occasional glimpse of the Sun made it feasible to obtain the spectra. It rained slightly in Visakhapatnam coast during the night of 27th January 2012. There was a bright sunshine on the 28th January 2012 morning.
The author believes that the ancient have established Sun Temples world-wide with the object view of recording the Solar Events and in relation to the distant fixed stars. It is not clear whether they possessed extraordinary means of either communication or sighting of the distant stars and the cosmic objects. One such temple a huge one is the Katarmal Sun temple which receives the Sun rays on the idol of the Innermost sanctum sanctorum place during the months of February and November. The intangible force of Nature has been thoroughly observed and studied about a century ago through the enchanting mist clouds flows and over weather conditions of the several seasons by them. The records were lost/ stolen and destroyed.

The Fig.3 shows the nicely digital captured Jupiter and the bright Venus spectra. The Hunter stars are somewhat seen in the frosty night sky at Visakhapatnam.
 Fig.4 depicts the details of several stars of the Orion constellation along with Jupiter
The nice triangle formation pattern of the Jupiter with the bright stars of the Orion Constellation is very fascinating. The crescent Moon is also image captured.

 This Fig 5 shows a record of the spectra of the water droplets produced during the time of splashing of sea waves on the rocks at the Coastal battery beach.
Fig.6 gives the scenario of the CME affected along with the Moon and Venus.
It is interesting to observe the vertical intensity profile of the spectrum of the moon along with the shadow of the Earth on it.

 In Fig.7 it is very fascinating to see the Vertical intensity profile spectrum of the Moon and its terrestrial shadow in the img_9517kln. The visible spots and the pixel intensities in their finer details give a clear of the green aurora borealis regions produced on the Moon due to the Earth’s shadow. It is possible by a careful analysis to surmise the various component structures of the Moon that fall in this region of the Aurora Borealis on the Moon recorded on 26th Jan 2012 at 18h23mPM.

Fig.8 depicts the relative orientations o f the Moon Venus and the Jupiter.
  The Venus and Moon gave a splendid view on the western sky from 27th January 2012. The weather was cloudy during the midnight and no images could be captured during the nights of 26th and 27th January 2012. The morning of 27th January 2012 was cloudy but occasional glimpse of the Sun made it feasible to obtain the spectra. It rained slightly in Visakhapatnam coast during the night of 27th January 2012. There was a bright sunshine on the 28th January 2012 morning.
Fig.9 shows the images captured of the FIR and Green filtered Spectra of Sun CME affected.
 In the Fig.9 the mysterious rays of the Sun seem to have widely diffused due to the CME and the Solar flare X-rays and Ultra-Violet Radiations. Fig.11 depicts the glory of the Aurora Borealis around the Moon along with the Venus spectrum
 The Venus spectrum has been image captured by the side of the Moon far order spectra.

 The day before the festival of the Sun god in India at the time of the Sun set the sky scenario was glamorous and breathtaking in that the Sun showed extremely wide spread Yellow splash of hue along with the Red banded rings. The spectra were very fascinating in the sense that accelerated by Friday 27th Jan 2012 X-flare; energetic protons from the sun have swarmed around Earth on Jan. 29th, 2012 producing enhanced terrestrial observation of the Sun set.
Fig.13 gives images of the Moon near Jupiter and Morning Sun rays on the Festival Day of Sun God.
The wide spread dispersion of the Sun rays in the Ionosphere casting its affects on the Earth’s atmosphere is noteworthy in the Morning of 30th jab 2012 the so-called Radha Sapthami Day in India. The overcast sky hues on the sea waves have been noticed by the author as of varied hues.

In the wee hours of the 30th January 2012 there was a fine shower of rain that lasted hardly a half an hour. The equatorial region of the Earth has been undoubtedly engulfed by the weird affects of the CME, the solar wind of Coronel Holes and the Solar Flare UV and Proton energetic rays. The Observation of the present author reveals that the mysterious radiations from the Sun events have produced several events of interaction with the Terrestrial Atmosphere and the upper layers of the equatorial region. The Astro-Sky of Visakhapatnam revealed an unprecedented detail of these new phenomenal events of the several of the radiations from the Solar sun spots and the Coronal Holes undoubtedly but over and above these there is a charismatic mysterious ray’s effect. Img_9636kln the Rao and Anti-Rao quanta have played a definite role in producing the finer details of the Astro-Sky and the Sea wave reflections of several color hues.

Img_9632kln presents the Sun rise on 30th Jan 2012 & Gray Astro-Sky Scenario. It is indication of the X-Ray and Ultra-Violet ray interaction in the upper layers of the equatorial regions of the earth. Img_9613kln depicts the Sun rays dispersion in Earth’s atmosphere of different wavelengths at various angles. The img_9622kln gives the Rao and Anti_Rao quanta play with a definite role in the Sea Wave reflections. The darkish gray hue color of the sea waters forms a direct proof of the sea water reflection and refraction events of the Sun mysterious rays and as well the CME, Solar flare and the Coronal Holes Solar wind affects.img_9636 is another picture that hints at the Rao and Anti-Rao quanta play in producing finer details of the Astro-Sky and the sea wave reflection scenario of the Visakhapatnam weather.
Fig.16 presents images all of them are direct indications of possible Rao & Anti Rao Quanta in Astro-Sky phenomenon and aurora borealis conditions.
 Note in the img_9622kln that the dark cloud has its reflection very vivid on the sea waters. There are several color hues that indicate the varied ways in which the Rao & Anti-Rao quanta can take part in a variety of physical phenomenon of events associated with natural weather conditions but as well in the event cases of Solar flares, CMEs and Solar wind manifestations.

Fig.17 The Green hue is the one possibly the Earth’s vegetative life is quite responsive.
 Analysis of Green light absorption has been specially dealt with by Prof. Dr. K. Rangadhama Rao as early as in 1920-1924 years during his researches leading to the D.Sc.(Madras) and he published the spectral data very quantitatively based on Quantum Mechanics and Quantum theory.

Fig.18 Presents images of the Sun with Red ring and a yellow body.
 Whether it is Green filter or the FIR images the Sun in the early morning shows the red and yellow several color hues that do interact with the sea water and the atmosphere molecules. The sea water constituents are found to be quite sensitive to these quanta.

 Even the Moon has an airglow around it that is very remarkable with the Green filter. The FIR pictures of the Sun set obtained on 30th January 2012 has no yellow bands around them. The yellow hue has been found to persist in the bright shine of the Sun. In fact in the img_9645 we note that the yellow predominates over the FIR hue of the Sun at the time of Sun set. Surprisingly the Gray Astro-Sky scenario persists at the Sun set as evident from the img_9639kln.
Fig.20 gives the spectra of the Moon and relative brightness of Jupiter.

The image at 06h49mAM gives the first glimpse of the rising Sun in a splendid Gray color hue background. At 6h50mAM Green filtered sky scenario shows the Sun gaining its yellow hue blended with the dominant red color hue.  Note the brown color hue in the img_9670kln and the silver line water wave foams. The brown color hue is more striking in the img_9668kln.

This figure presents a very unique picture of the Sea water breaking producing foam of typical color hue that ascertains the role of Rao and Anti-Rao Quanta interactions and excitations within the molecular structures of the constituents of the wave. The Gray-deep bluish sky and the reflections of these in the sea waters is as already has been specified the interaction of the X-Ray and the Ultra-violet rays of the Sun.

Fig.23 the sequence spectra of the Sun rise on the 31st January 2012 with possible Solar wind of Coronal Holes of the Sun.
The red ring around the rising Sun is seen more vividly in the FIR img_9686kln. The Green filter shows the yellow portion of the disk of the Sun at the time of the Sun rise. The intensity profiles of the spectra of the Sun are indeed a subject of much concern to understand the physics of the Atmosphere.
Fig.24 the 31stevening pictures of the Sun set on the 31st are not spectacular of the Solar wind effect.
The surprising img_31 at 17h15mPM on 31st January 2012 shows very light Gray color hue unlike the expected dark Gray-deep Bluish or Yellow dominant color hue of the Astro-Sky at Visakhapatnam.

Weather Scenario at Visakhapatnam in Second and Third weeks of January 2012

ABSTRACT
The Full Moon Day of 9th January 2012 was very interesting that the entire Moon shine has literally glittered with the Bay of Bengal Sea Waters of the Beach coast in Visakhapatnam and the extent of the Moon shine on the waters has been estimated quantitatively. Surprisingly the Jupiter spectrum was found to be dominated by the red hue indicating the possible red flare of its giant red eye. The deep Sea occurrences of the earthquakes (like the one in Sumatra on 11th January 2012) at a depth of 18 miles or so on in the Northern Indian Ocean and the formation of the low depression regions in the Coastal areas of India suggests that the pumping of water vapor of dense salt water into the atmosphere is an infusion that surprisingly takes place on an essential periodicity of the Earth-Sun system. This finding and possibility of event phenomenon by me is a very significant and needs to be asserted.  The guruthi pooja 2012 took place in Kerala State and actually guruthi pooja is an offering of water, chunnambu and turmeric powder given to the forest deities on the Sankranthi festival of India. I found that both the Jupiter and the Venus have given exceptionally good spectra on the 15th January 2012.  The 17th and 18th January 2012 the weather in Visakhapatnam was one of warm day time and then a chilly weather from midnight to the early morning 8.00AM possibly due to the X-rays and Ultra-violet rays emitted by the Sun from several of the Sunspots. The NASA found that the space debris has somewhat reduced by the UV and X-Rays of the Sun. But on 19th January 2012 there was a sudden gust of frosty wind, what is its relation to the onset of CME from the Sun around 16:30 UT, producing an M3-class solar flare and a full-halo coronal mass ejection (CME)? What are the rays that have preceded the arrival of CME and the Solar flare affects on the Earth atmosphere? Presumably the CME that struck the earth on 21st January 2012 have influenced the equatorial region with a component of their radiation with the atmosphere on the Earth and caused certain irradiations. The night sky of 22nd January 2012 was very cloudy and no astronomy visible observations could be made. The spectra images captured on the 23rd January 2012 presented in the FIR region of electromagnetic wavelengths a mysterious radiation. What are the rays that have preceded the arrival of CME and the Solar flare affects on the Earth atmosphere? On 21st January 2012 the Sun brightness has reduced somewhat by 20% or so in the afternoon time around 2h41mPM and on the midday of 23rd January 2012 the brightness fell down by 50%.
INTRODUCTION
The weather on the Full Moon day at Visakhapatnam was one of heat and warmth reminding of the oncoming summer months. But just immediately the next morning of the Full Moon day the weather changed and by 11th Wednesday 2012 the chilly weather of the winter season has set in again requiring people to ware protective clothing. The consecutive two days Tuesday 10th and Wednesday 11th January 2012 heavy rain battered the several mandals in Guntur and Bapatla district. Spice Chilli, Mango and Paddy crops were affected heavily in Thallada, Thanikella, Kalluru, Konijeria and Wyra with a recorded rain fall of 21mm in 24 hours time beginning 8AM on Tuesday. Kamepalli received 85.2mm rainfall. While recorded rainfalls were Kallur 55mm, Kusumanch 48.2mm, Yenikur 46mm and Wyra 45.6 mm. The Ogeru drain overflowed cutting road link between Narasaraopeta and Chilkaluripeta. The kuppaganji also overflowed. From the trough that strengthened on Wednesday Gusty winds with speed of 25 to 25kmh blew along the coast. Ongole recorded 1cm and Nellore 9mm rainfall between 8.30A.M. and 5.30P.M. on Wednesday. Kalingapatnam and Kavali got 4mm rainfall.It rained in Pidugurallu of Bapatla 3mm and Machilipatnam 2mm. In Mangalagiri Komarada, Satennapalli Tiruvoor, Nuziveedu, Yerragondapallem, received 3-5cm rain while in Kavali it rained 17cms. The loss of crops multiplied added to the previous loss due to heavy cyclonic weather in the month beginning i.e. 10 days ago. Yeddanpudi, Parchoor, Adhanki, Kurichedu, santanuthalapadu, Darsi, chirala, Thallur, Chinna Ganjam were affected by loss of Paddy, Tobacco, Groundnuts, Chilli, Cotton crops. In the last 24 hours, Atahgada recorded 110mm of rainfall and Munduli recorded 60mm. The capital recorded a rainfall of 17mm, whereas Cuttack recorded 50mm. The rain has resulted in a drop in temperature during the day by five to six degrees.

Andhra Pradesh

Due to the high depression (anti-cyclone) formed on the upper sky region of Madhya Pradesh  the state of Andhra Pradesh experienced on Saturday 14th Jan 2012 chilly weather. Added to it are the North East winds enhanced the impact of cold weather. All cities in the state registered two to three degrees lower temperatures than normal. Lambbaseema and Chintapalli agency areas registered zero and 1.5degrees C respectively. The fog was very dense in many cities and it persisted till 10AM in the morning. Ramgudem 7deg C, Kalingapatnam and Medak 9deg C temperatures were recorded. 2008 in January 3, 4 dates the temperature in Chintapalli was 1.5 degrees C and now after four years the temperature on 6th and 14th January 2012 about 1.5degrees C were registered. Adilabad registered about 15 degrees C about a week ago but during the week of Pongal the temperatures suddenly fell to 6 degrees and then to 3degrees within a short period of two days.

“Thane” cyclone prevented the cold spell in Andhra Pradesh but as soon it crossed the coastal region the high pressure upper sky weather has created an unusual cold spell especially in the forest regions of Adilabad, Chittoor, Kaddaph regions and as well in the higher mountain regions of Visakhapatnam district. In Telangana region Medak and Adilabad are worst hit by the cold waves blowing from Europe and North India. 

Earthquake
A powerful earthquake has hit off the coast of western Indonesia early today i.e. 11th January 2012, the magnitude-7.3 quake struck 420 kilometers off the coast of Aceh province just after midnight. It was centered 30 kilometers beneath the ocean floor. The quake, which happened at 12:37 a.m. local time (1:37 p.m. Tuesday ET) at a depth of 18.1 miles, was centered in the Indian Ocean about 262 miles southwest of Banda Aceh, Sumatra, Indonesia, and 590 miles west of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, [Updated at 4:27 p.m. Tuesday ET] A 7.3-magnitude earthquake struck off the western coast of western Indonesia Sumatra island early Wednesday 11th Jan 2012. The quake was centered in the northern Indian Ocean, more than 400 km (250 miles) off northern Sumatra and more than 29 km (18 miles) beneath the surface.
ASTRONOMY
 Jupiter, Venus and Mars are moving closer to Earth will be visible to naked eye in the sky from Tuesday 10th January 2012 night. Jupiter and Mars will be visible in the east till 1.30am and 11.45pm respectively and Venus in the west up to 8pm.  The alignment of these three planets will be visible to the naked eye; the geometrical pattern will provide an opportunity to the sky gazers to click the celestial spectacle. One can also spot Saturn in the early hours of the day till sunrise in the eastern sky.
Kashmir under grip of Snow fall
The Kashmir valley has been cut off from the rest of the country. The temperature is hovering at minus 6 degree Celsius and expected to fall further in the next few days. On the outskirts of Srinagar, Families has been cooking on an earthen stove for the last four days. It snowed after 78 years in Himachal's Chintapurni area. Nainital experienced some snow as well. Snow in the upper reaches of Jammu and Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh, Uttaranchal and Nainital have brought temperature down in the capital too. Srinagar city witnessed the coldest night of the season with mercury plummeting to -5.5 degrees. Frozen parts of Dal Lake, Vaishno Devi besides the ski resort of Gulmarg, which saw temperatures dipping to as low as -16.5 degrees, are attracting a large rush of tourists and adventure sports enthusiasts.
Cold alert in Uttarakhand
Dehradun: Rain and cloudy skies have caused a substantial drop in the temperature in Dehradun and elsewhere in the State. The meteorological department has issued a cold weather alert, with temperatures expected to fall sharply overnight and stay low throughout Monday 9th January 2012.  The tourists visiting hill stations like Missouri, Nainital, Auli and other places had a gala time following snowfall during the weekend. However, many tourists, especially those travelling to Missouri were disappointed as they got stuck in traffic jams, the drop in mercury and the cold wave caused by the Western Disturbance are likely to continue for next two days.
Snow spell in Himachal
Shimla: The higher reaches and mountain passes in Himachal Pradesh continued to experience intermittent heavy snowfall and rains leading to a dip in maximum day temperature even as the lower hills had some respite.  The higher reaches in Kullu and Chamba districts and tribal Lahaul and Pangi valleys experienced heavy snowfall during past 48 hours, completely paralysing normal life while key tourist resorts of Manali, Dalhousie and Shimla had another spell of moderate snowfall. Continuous snowfall in Chamba and Kullu districts aggravated avalanche threat and the people living in these areas were advised not to venture out till the weather clears.  Heavy snowfall lashed the Kashmir Valley on Sunday 12th January 2012. Srinagar received six inches of snow till 8 a.m. and the snowfall continued unabated. Gulmarg had received a foot of fresh snowfall, Pahalgam three inches, Ganderbal town six inches, Badgam five inches, Bandipora five inches, Baramulla four inches, Shopian three inches and Anantnag town one inch till 8 a.m. It is still snowing at all these places and elsewhere in the valley. The western disturbance presently active here will start weakening from Monday evening. Till then, snowfall will continue with intermittent breaks. The higher reaches may receive heavy snowfall. The minimum temperature in Srinagar was minus 3.5 degrees, it was minus 6.9 in Pahalgam and minus 9.6 in Gulmarg.
Delhi braces for fog
New Delhi: The cold wave that hit the national Capital on January 6 continued its spell on Sunday 8th January 2012 morning. Though the morning was comparatively pleasant, the day temperature was recorded three notches below the normal level. The maximum and minimum temperature on Sunday was recorded at 18.1 degrees and 11.5 degrees Celsius. After nearly a week of cloudy skies, a clear day has been forecast in Delhi. The minimum temperature Monday 9th January 2012 morning settled a notch above average at 8.4 degrees Celsius. Visibility was high in the morning at 700 meters.  Snowfall in the Himalayan region has also contributed to Delhi's chill. The maximum temperature is likely to hover around 17 degrees Celsius.

The cold wave tightened its grip over North India as temperatures plummeted across the region with chilly winds and fog adding to the misery of the people. Chilly weather continued in Kashmir Valley with the minimum temperature across the region with several degrees below freezing point.   Mercury in the summer capital Srinagar settled at a low of minus 3.5 degrees Celsius, a drop of 2.1 degrees, a Met official said. The mercury in Srinagar city, which had witnessed a slight respite from the extreme cold weather since a spell of snowfall, today dipped again. The night temperature in the famous skiing resort of Gulmarg in north Kashmir plunged to minus 14.6 degrees Celsius, a drop of two degrees from yesterday.

A possible tornado struck two counties in western North Carolina, the National Weather Service said Thursday. At least 10 buildings were damaged in a 3-square-mile residential area. Wind also struck a marina in Caldwell County late Wednesday. The storm cell that caused the damage had dumped some hail in northwestern South Carolina before moving into North Carolina. Most tornadoes take place in the spring. A mid-winter tornado would not be unusual since temperatures in the region have been about 10 degrees above normal for the past month or so.

Today, Jan. 12th, between 10:00 and 1300 UT, NASA's STEREO-Behind spacecraft observed a significant eruption on the far side of the sun. Although the blast was eclipsed by the edge of the solar disk, it nevertheless produced a long-duration X-ray flare (C3-class) detectable from Earth. A movie from NASA's Solar Dynamics Observatory shows some of the debris flying over the NE limb: Active sunspot 1401 erupted yesterday, Jan. 19th around 16:30 UT, producing an M3-class solar flare and a full-halo coronal mass ejection (CME). The Solar and Helio-Sphere Observatory recorded the cloud expanding almost directly toward Earth. Strong geomagnetic storms are possible when the cloud arrives this weekend an impact on Jan. 21st at 22:30 UT (+/- 7) hrs. The cloud is also heading for Mars, due to hit the Red Planet on Jan. 24th. NASA's Curiosity rover, en route to Mars now, is equipped to study solar storms and might be able to detect a change in the energetic particle environment when the CME passes by. Earth's atmosphere has been puffing up in response to increasing levels of UV radiation from sunspots. This is good news for satellite operators, because a puffed up atmosphere helps clean up low-Earth orbit.

Makara Jyothi
In fact, during the period between Vrischikam 1st and Makarom 1st (aprox. 14 Nov to 14 Jan) the Ayyapa Diksha is observed. The most auspicious moment is `Makara Vilakku' celebrations on `Makara Sankranti' day which generally falls on Jan 14th. On this day, at dusk, Lord Ayyappa's idol is adorned with Thiruvabharanam (Divine Ornaments of Ayyappa) brought from the home of his ancestors (Pandalam Maharajah at Pandalam Palace). After this the doors of the Sanctum Sanctorum are thrown open for the 'Aarti'. It is at this time that the Divine Light `Makara Jyothi' is visible at `Ponnambalamedu". The most crowded day is Makara Sankranti. The shrine is situated on a lofted platau. There are three entries consisting of eighteen steps each on the eastern, northern and western sides (Front, Left and Back). Entry through the main holy steps in the front is restricted to those carrying the mandatory "Irumudikkettu" (head load of offerings and provisions). It is customary to wear dark clothes. The literal meaning of makarajyothi is light of Capricorn. The latitude on Earth on which Capricorn appears overhead of an observer is still known as the Tropic of Capricorn.
The Capricorn is commonly represented in the form of a sea-goat: a mythical creature that is half goat, half fish.

Capriconus, often referred to as Capricorn, is the second faintest Zodiac constellation. Brightest star: Delta Capricorni (Deneb Algiedi, Scheddi, with an apparent magnitude of 2.87) . 
 The Makara Jyothi will be seen on the north eastern mountain side on Ponnambala Medu. There is a belief that Lord Ayyappa expresses himself as makara jyothi to bless his devotees. Another fact is that this makarajyothi festival marks the completion of the makaravilakku pilgrimage season of sabarimala. The places where devotes can view the 2012 makarajyothi darshan include Pulmedu, Sannidhanam, Pandithavalam, Neelimala, Saramkuthi, Chalakayam, Attathodu, Hilltop and Marakootam respectively. The guruthi pooja 2012 takes place actually guruthi pooja is an offering of water, chunnambu and turmeric powder given to the forest deities.
The Makara Jyoti was sighted at Ponnambalamedu as per the plan of the Travancore Devaswom Board (TDB), administering the affairs at Sabarimala, at 6.41 pm just when the sanctum sanctorum of the Lord Ayyappa temple was opened for Deeparadhana (ritual of lights) for which the idol of the deity was decked in the holy attires, Thiruvabharanam.
Observations and Images
On the 8th January 2012 I have travelled by train from Bhubaneswar to Visakhapatnam and from the train I could observe the land scenario of East Coastal cities.  The Sun shine was good on that day and the green fields offered a pleasing site to the eye. The moving train gave me an opportunity to image capture the relative motion of the near train and far off land space at a distance. This temporal view is very amazing and has been presented in the Fig.1 given below.
The Full Moon Day of 9th January 2012 was very interesting that the entire Moon shine has literally glittered with the Bay of Bengal Sea Waters of the Beach coast in Visakhapatnam and the extent of the Moon shine on the waters has been estimated quantitatively. Surprisingly the Jupiter spectrum was found to be dominated by the red hue indicating the possible red flare of its giant red eye.
On 10th and 11th January 2012 the sky was very cloudy. The NASA found that the space debris has somewhat reduced by the UV and X-Rays of the Sun.  During the two days the 13th and 14th Jan 2012 the weather in Visakhapatnam was one of an extreme winter cold. The Bhogee festival of making a bona-fire of old wooden articles and the fallen leaves of the trees etc has been in vogue in India since the time of Bhogga King of ancient times. The particular day is known as Bhogee and observed in the early morning wee hours of the previous day to Sankranti (or Pongal festival of the new light from the Sun). The Jupiter, Venus and Mars could be easily spotted and observed on the 13th January 2012 night though there were passing clouds. The Hunter of Orion constellation could be seen but without the sword region of the Hunter i.e. M42 galaxy.
What is the relationship between the deep Sea occurrences of the earth quakes at a depth of 18 miles or so on in the Indian Ocean, [say centered in the northern Indian Ocean, more than 400 km (250 miles) off northern Sumatra and more than 29 km (18 miles) beneath the surface] and the formation of the low depression regions in the Coastal areas of India? This suggests that the pumping of water vapor of dense salt water into the atmosphere is, an infusion that surprisingly takes place on an essential periodicity of the Earth-Sun system. This finding and possibility of event phenomenon by me is a very significant and needs to be asserted.
During the time of Makara Jyothi i.e. in the evening of 15th January 2012, the day of festival of India Sankranthi , I made an attempt to observe the Western sky at Visakhapatnam around 6.40 to 7.00PM. I have been rewarded not with the appearance of Makara Jyothi of Kerala view but amazingly I found that both the Jupiter and the Venus have given exceptionally good spectra. This Makara Jyothi at Kerala will be seen on the North Eastern mountain side on Ponnambala Medu. In Visakhapatnam North Eastern sky only the Mars Planet dominated and city light pollution prevented me to observe anything like what they describe as Makar Jyothi.
Nearest star in Capricorn is HD 192310, about 28.78 light-years away. M30 (NGC 7099) is another object of interest. The latitude on Earth on which Capricorn appears overhead of an observer is still known as the Tropic of Capricorn.
The 17th and 18th January 2012 the weather in Visakhapatnam was one of warm day time and then a chilly weather from midnight to the early morning 8.00AM possibly due to the X-rays emitted by the Sun from several of the Sunspots.
But on 19th January 2012 there was a sudden gust of chilly wind, what is its relation to the onset of CME from the Sun around 16:30 UT, producing an M3-class solar flare and a full-halo coronal mass ejection (CME)? It’s faced the Earth directly! What are the rays that have preceded the arrival of CME and the Solar flare affects on the Earth atmosphere? On 21st January 2012 the Sun brightness has reduced somewhat by 20% or so in the afternoon time around 2h41mPM.  From 19th January 2012 the weather in Visakhapatnam was one of slightly warm during day time but with chilly breeze keeping it was pleasant and enjoyable. But by evening 6 O’ Clock the winter cold was experienced. Presumably the CME that struck the earth on 21st January 2012 have influenced the equatorial region with a component of their radiation with the atmosphere on the Earth and caused certain irradiations
The Sun brightness was very low by about 50% on the 23rd January 2012. The night sky of 22nd January 2012 was very cloudy and no astronomy visible observations could be made. The spectra images captured on the 23rd January 2012 presented in the FIR region of electromagnetic wavelengths a mysterious radiation.

The season of Capricorn month in India offered a varied weather conditions and rainfalls in Andhra Pradesh and Odisha states. The Fig 1depicts the image 9228kln in which the relative motion of the near and far off places could be image captured. The 8th January 2012 gave a good bright Sun shine in the border of Odisha and Andhra Pradesh.

This gives the excellent and amazing Venus Spectrum and that of Jupiter as well on the 16th January 2012. The Hunter belt stars were image captured and the central one is really shinning bright relative to the other two.

 On 12th January 2012 the Belt stars were slightly different in their color hues. On 11th January 2012 the Venus was glowing bright in the evening sky with the Sun set silver lined clouds and an aurora of red hue. The 9th January 2012 satellite image of the weather map of India shows surprisingly two epicenter circles of the weather while Himalayas were under a thick blanket of snow fall. On 12th Thursday 2012 for a few hours the Mount Etna near Catania Italy erupted of the volcano which lasted several hours and was the first in 2012.

The National Highway in Kashmir was snow blocked on the 9th January 2012. The winter Moon on 14th January 2012 gave a very good view of its airglow around 00h37m.The 15th January 2012 the Hunter of Orion could be seen in considerable detail of visible stars and nebulae.

             The Dog Star dispersion has been obtained in the image 9347kln.

 The green filter Venus spectrum exhibits a Green hue instead of the blue dispersion.

The Full Moon day Hunter and triangular positions with the Orion Hunter visible stars at around 10h43m and 10h44mPM of 9th January 2012 are very enchanting for an astronomy review. Note the sky scenario of the west while Venus is bright and the horizon to the top layers of atmosphere offer varied color hues. The Gray sky line is noticeable.

 The famous festival Makara Jyothi pictures reported is reproduced. The Moon shine glitter on the Bay of Bengal waters has been image captured with a green filter and as well of the Hunter in Orion Constellation. The Dog Star hovers on the Sea shore brilliantly. The belt stars were of blue hue.

The 17th January 2012 evening scenario over the Bay of Bengal Sea at RK Mission Beach is very captivating with the Hunter in Orion constellation giving a splendid show with its Dog Star hovering over the sea. Up above in the sky is the Jupiter and both the Hunter stars group and the Jupiter could be image captured in a single frame around 18h22m Pm on the 17th January 2012. Note the Gray hue in the upper sky region relative to the deep blue-gray scenario on the Sea below the Hunter. The Andhra sate temperatures on the Sankranthi day are of significance to assess the Makara Jyothi affect as per the Hindu astronomy faith. Note the wide spread variation in the minimum temperatures recorded. The groups of Sun spots have released lot of Ultra-Violet and X-rays that made the 17th January 2012 sky to be grayish in its hue.

The Solar and Helio-Sphere Observatory recorded the cloud expanding almost directly toward Earth. Strong geomagnetic storms are possible when the cloud arrives this weekend an impact on Jan. 21st at 22:30 UT (+/- 7) hrs. The images of the FIR of the Sun on 21st January 2012 showed no mysterious rays emission. But the sky was sufficiently foggy even during the day time and the spectral dispersion showed the enhanced red and the yellow hues of colors.

 The sky scenario at the evening time around 18h02mPM showed the pinkish-gray scenario with the brilliant Venus planet. The 21st night the clouds have dominated moving from the west to the east. Only few stars of the Hunter could be seen around 19h05mPM. But by 22h59mPM the sky was completely overcast with the moving dense clouds and no stars were visible. Presumably the CME that struck the earth have influenced the equatorial region with a component of their radiation with the atmosphere on the Earth and caused certain irradiations.

The spectra of the Sun on 23rd around the Zenith time are presented and they show a mysterious radiation around the Sun diffraction rings in FIR. The mysterious rays could have originated deep within the Sun of the cool sun spot regions and escaped the coronal region.

The mysterious rays of the Sun could be seen in the diffraction rings around the Sun on 23rd January 2012 at zenith time of around 13h33mPM. In the FIR filter use showed an enhanced region of these rays.
