          The remarkable change of season of rains from the Niruthi Ruthu Pavanalu to the Esanya Ruthu Pavanalu has emerged during the days of the Dasara Festival of 2012 in India. The onset of Esanya Ruthu Pavanalu credited with the spell of good rains in Andhra Pradesh starting from 1 October 2012 that continued to the second fortnight of the rainy season. The rains stopped on the 24 October 2012. On the night of 25 October,2012 it was found that the dust plays a role even at considerable heights to smoothen out the penetration of the Moonlight at Visakhapatnam. It was a festival day in India. The typhoon in America and The Earth tremors in Andhra Pradesh have plunged the humans to dismay and disbelief of the thrust of Nature during the last week of October 2012.

Titled Findings and a Summary Report

RAIN

The state facing the onset of (Esanya Ruthu Pavanalu) on the October 1, 2012 especially in Visakhapatnam they began. The Niruthi Ruthu Pavanalu beginning from June 1 to September 30 is receding away but delayed by fifteen days. On Monday October 15, 2012, the Niruthi Ruthgu Pavanalu has withdrawn totally in Telangana area.

The rain clouds that engulfed around 1h40mA.M of 20 October 2012 have unleashed a heavy rain that resulted in thunder lightning death of an individual around 4 A.M on Sea in Parvada Beach and injured three more persons who have survived the onslaught but returned safe. The clouds developed around 1h30A.M and rains occur in the morning time or the cloudy weather prevails as was the case observed the two days of mornings 21 and 22 October 2012 with very little rain. The pictures given in Fig.2 and Fig.3 give some details of the clouds that were moving from the East to West. The 22nd October daytime is very hot with blazing Sun but evening sky loaded with clouds with no visibility of Stars to photograph. There was a drizzle of rain on the 24 October at Maharanipeta, Visakhapatnam in the evening just a sprinkle for few minutes in the evening around 7P.M. The hot Sun prevailed on the days 25 to 27 October 2012 and the evening sky was quite visible in the night of 25 but on October 26,2012 the night sky was studded with haze at a considerable height and the Moon picture taken gave a splendid view.

Sandi the biggest moving Typhoon affected American cities Washington D.C, New York (3.75lakhs people), New Jersy (30000 people), Connecticut, Pennsylvania, Maryland, North Carolina, Virginia, Delewar, Vermont, Meain, and New Hampshire states. The influence is on 6 crore people from Atlantic to Canada about 1600kms. The sea waves from 6 feet to 8 feet would thrash the land. The gales velocity 120-140kms, sea waves a height of 14 feet, forward velocity 23Kms, affecting 12 states might damage 2.84lakh houses. The rain would register about 30cms. Located 684kms from New York on Monday led to closer of 468 subways, the Seaport and the trains. The hurricane is troubling all most six states in USA and would lost till the Wednesday.

Sandy made landfall in New Jersey on Monday night with 120km/hr gusts with six million losing power. About 258 shelters provided for 16 states in which people spent Monday night. The Hurricane turned to Canada later in the day and brings heavy snowfall along its path.

In England, Scotland Yard of Met is for sale and it moves into a smaller building due to anti-recession budget cuts.

The Pakistan experienced a 5.3R magnitude Earth tremor on Sunday 28 October 2012 at Khyber and Punjab in the evening in several areas.

WINTER
          The winter has set in with a splash on the evening of October 29, 2012 in Visakhapatnam.

Process of Cloud Formation

Cloud formation and rain are complicated processes that also use fungal spores as agents for making rain. Volatile organic gases like terpenes (lemons have pleasant smell due to them), loft into atmosphere they oxidized by Ozone with transformed gases turning into three types of nano-sized particles on which rain condenses. Each particle carries with it lot of potassium covered in organic gel that results in organic gas condensation.

GENOME

The four million regulatory important switches for regulating our genes, can assign functions to more than 80% of entire genome of a human being. Surprisingly 75% of human genome transcribed into RNA, with transcripts, at some instant into body’s different types of cell. The catalogued switches not only activate but also deactivate genes and control how much protein is made and at what time. See Figure 1 for the digital map of the human genome with each color representing one of the four nucleotides.

DUSTY PLASMA

Physicist Explain how Nonlinear Dust Acoustic Waves Arise in Dusty Plasmas ;    Oct 16,2012 science daily report: ROB physicists :  Shukla Kanta H.C and Dr Bengt Eliasson Faculty of Physics and Astronomy, said Dust acoustic waves (spectral properties) can propagate inside these plasmas like sound waves in air, and can be studied with naked eye or with standard  video cameras. Large amplitude dust acoustic waves in dusty plasmas behave. They develop into solitary (arise from a balance between the harmonic generation nonlinearities and dust acoustic wave dispersion), spiky pulses or into shock waves (when dust fluid viscosity dominates over dispersion when dust particles are close enough to interact and collide with neighboring dust particles). “Dust grain clustering and dust structuring in planets and in star forming regions,” Says Padma Kant Shukla.

Millisecond Gamma Pulsar : A Black Widow

CONCLUSIONS

The author feels that the present day atmosphere of the Earth has significantly changed from the past weather scenario era and the dust accumulation is very crucial and the publication like the one made by Shukla Kanta H.C et al from University of Uppsala, Sweden on the dusty plasmas is very interesting. A similar study on dusty plasma made earlier and results reported at an Ind. Sci. Cong session by the present author. Fig.5 of this paper shows how the dust plays a role even at considerable heights to smoothen out the penetration of the Moonlight at Visakhapatnam.

          AND PRODUCTION OF ELECTRON AND POSITRON PAIR.

ABSTRACT

        A solution of five dimensional equation of Einstein General Theory of Relativity obtained. The attempt made to understand the role of positron relative to its role in the new physics considerations of Dark Matter and Dark Energy.

INTRODUCTION

How the scheme of gravitation be fitted into the stream of other observations made by Physicists. The paradoxical question of a Black Hole and its sisters do involve intricately the electron-positron scheme of Dirac is intriguing. However, people not paid attention to fit it to the scheme of electron-positron pairs that play a tremendous role in the Universe especially of the Black Holes. The expanding universe is an accepted fact measured due to the light-curves of Ia supernovae (1, 2, 3) and independently by WMAP satellite (4) and other CMB experiments (5, 6). The new gravitational physics seems to offer immense possibility of a cosmic acceleration.

Einstein's theory of gravity expected to break down at very short distances and when the curvature of space-time becomes large but our method of analysis presumes electron-positron pairs possibility within the framework of General Relativity but with five dimensions. The idea of Hawking that the electron and positron pairs within a black hole have a definite role is very encouraging and the five dimensional theory presented by me now would help to answer some of the fundamental problems of Physics of Gravitation relative to the black hole objects and especially the Dark Matter and the Dark Energy.

The Dark Plasma Theory asserts that dark matter may be present in our Solar system and specifically around the Earth. The influence of the invisible dark matter particles bombarding the Earth daily for the duration of its creation seems to be an inescapable idea. Earth gravitationally coupled to a Jupiter sized dark matter halo according to a scientist Jay Alfred.  The bio dark plasma cells systems date back to the creation of the Earth. The universe seems dominated by dark energy and dark matter.  Dark matter clumps may be responsible for galaxies, a thought process that not possible to rule out.

Hubble parameter H characterizes the expansion of the present universe as
H^2= (R˚/R) ^2 = 8π GN ρ 3 – k / R^2  + Λ/3
where R(t) is cosmological scale factor and k takes either 0, +1 or -1 for spatially flat, closed or open universe. Λ is cosmological constant that contains all the vacuum energy density. For flat universe Hubble parameter gives the critical density as
ρc= 1.88E-29 h0^2 gcm(^-3)
where                                     h0= H0/(100km Mpc^-1 s^ -1)

The magnitude h0= 0.71± 0.01 obtained from the high red-shift supernovae Ia data (7).

Particle theorists believe that the cosmological constant has dimensions of (Mass)^4  where M is some characteristic mass scale in Physics namely M planck= mass of the Planck Mass, or M = Mp  the proton mass. Conventional estimates of Planck scale corrections which are of order (me / Mplanck )2 ~ 1044..

A New force carrier φ is included, the possibility of a new annihilation channel  χχà φ φ  opens up. Absent couplings to the standard model, some of these particles could naturally be stable for kinematical reasons even small interactions with the standard model can then lead them to decay only into standard model states. If they decay dominantly into leptons, then a hard spectrum of positrons arises very naturally. Nima Arkani-Hamed (8).

“A scalar can couple with a dilatonlike coupling φ Fμν Fμν, which will produce photons and hadrons (via gluons). Such a possibility will generally fail to produce a hard e+ e- spectrum. A more promising approach would be to mix φ  with the standard model Higgs with a term κ φ^2 hϯh. Should φ acquire a  vev  <φ> ~  m φ,  then we yield a small mixing with the standard model Higgs, and the φ will decay into the heaviest fermion pair available. For m φ ≤  200 MeV it will decay directly to e+ e-  while for 200 MeV ≤  m φ ≤  250 MeV, φ will decay dominantly to muons. Above that hadronic states appear, and pion modes will dominate.   Both e+ e-  and μ+ μ - give good fits to the PAMELA data, while e+ e-  gives a better fit to PAMELA  + ATIC.” state Nima Arkani-Hamed, et al. (8). For quite perturbative values of α Dark  it could be interesting for larger values and would lead to a greater multiplicity of softer e+ e-   pairs in the final state.

METHOD

The standard method of analysis adopted to simplify the approach to get a better feel of the Physics involved and not the mathematical details that would outweigh the formal theory developed here. The scientists globally captured by the e+ e- pair creation and the analysis restricted to present its role in the formulation. The explicit calculations however, not detailed at present to see the creation of the e+ e- pairs in the relativity model. However, the formalism presents an outcome of electron and positron annihilations and their roles as perhaps thought by Hawking radiation of Black Holes. The method adopted here distinctly differs. The metric tensor is anti-symmetric as per the choice made by Papapetrou but we differ in our choice of the metric tensor. We have an additional term of the g55 and the anti-symmetric part of it.

            The metric tensor first adopted is

[ - α        0                      0     ω     ω’;
  0      - β                      0      0      0;
  0       - β * (sinθ)^2    0      0      0;
 - ω       0                        0      σ      0;
 - ω’      0                       0       0   - σ’]

with the determinant

g = [ α * σ * σ’ - ω ^2 * σ’ + ω’ ^2 *σ] *(sinθ) ^2 * β^2;

I get the expressions for the cofactors as

G’11= - β2 * σ * σ’ * (sinθ) ^2;
G’22= - ( α* σ* σ’ + ω ^2 * σ’ + ω’ ^2 *σ)*(sinθ)^2*β;
G’33= - ( α *σ *σ’ + ω ^2 * σ’ + ω’^2 *σ) β;
G’44 = (α*σ’ + ω’ ^2) *(sinθ) ^2 * β^2;
G’55= (ω ^2   - α *σ) * (sinθ) ^2 * β^2:
G’15= ω’ * β^2 * σ * (sinθ) ^2;  Note G’15 = - G’51;
G’51= - ω’ * β^2 * σ * (sinθ) ^2;
G’45= - ω * ω’ * β^2 * (sinθ) ^2;   Note G’45= G’54;
G’54= - ω * ω’ * β^2 * (sinθ) ^2;

We however make things easier to set up the equations that need to be solved by the choice of both ω and ω’ terms to vanish. And also choose the term - σ’ as simply exp(-2*ν*) where the term ν* represents the added term of our analysis.

RESULT

But, adopting the simple straightforward metric tensor without the non-diagonal elements and changing the expression for g55 as from - σ’ to simply e ^ (-2ν*) with ν* as a variable and
α= e^2*Λ; β=r^2; g33=- r^2*(sinθ) ^2; g44= e^2*v;
we obtain a standard fifth order metric tensor.

          This simplification yields the algebraic expressions for G11 and G44 components as

(dν/dr)^2 + d^2 ν /dr^2 – (2/r)*dΛ/dr – dΛ/dr*dν/dr + (dν * /dr)^2=0;

  And e^ 2*(ν- Λ)*[-d^2 ν /dr^2 - (dν/dr) ^2+ dν/dr*dν*/dr – (2/r)*dν/dr + dΛ/dr*dν/dr=0;

 And with G 22  the expression for the electron and positron yield the result

    e^(-2*Λ) *[ 1- r* dΛ/dr + r* (dν/dr  - dν*/dr) =1- 8*π* E22+8*π* E’22 ;

where we have E22 and  E’22 representing the electron and positron charge quantities.

          A similar expression for the G55 leads to the positron equation  a special feature of the present work.

          Note: The change of the G55 term to involve exp(-2ν*) is significant in the sense that the term of choice - σ’ leads to a non-solvable logarithmic expression.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT

Fourth of the Series of Articles on
Prof. K. R. Rao
D.Sc. (Madras) D.Sc. (London)
[9th September 1899 to 20thJune 1972]
{A Researcher of the Universe}
He was a singular personality who nurtured the entire Electromagnetic Spectrum from one end to the other and gave a fill up to several people.

Foundation of Andhra University Effort of Prof K R Rao in 1931year.
Life of Prof K R Rao D.Sc. (Madras) D.Sc.(London) after the appointment in AU, in the Year 1932, following his efforts to establish the AU with the generous grant of the Maharaja of Odisha state, has been one of a sacrifice to the intelligent students of Andhra Pradesh.  And the involvement of a relative of Prof K R Rao in building the JVD College of Science and Technology building at Waltair in 1931, a place very much dreaded by people to visit, the sites due to its solitude and remoteness, from Visakhapatnam City of just two lakh population. It is unfortunate, that the relative  who is a supplier of milk to remote places, in Waltair and Erravada Park, and a contractor by choice  to build the JVD College of Science and Technology died accidentally,  within a few months, at the Turning Point of Siripuram culvert  to the beach road, whereat now a petrol bunk stands.
Prof K R Rao after his return from abroad struggled hard to join the Andhra University which had no building of its own. And by his valiant efforts and with the generous grant of Maharaja of Odisha state, he is able to have the building constructed, to house his Spectroscopy laboratories and the research work in spite of the continued offensive and oppressive attitude of a noted Prize Winner of those Days.
First Person to Greet a Diploma Holder in Physics
What surprises me most is the fact that Prof K R Rao was the first person from Sweden, to send a cable of Congratulations to the Learned Man regarding his coveted Nobel Prize (of a diploma in Physics), after he having been informed by his learned Professor Manne Siegbahn. Things are different in India, the then British Ruled country, where a diploma holder is much honored and so a genuine Professor of Physics with double D.Sc. Degrees is decried. Prof K R Rao given a menial position of an ordinary lecturer post in Andhra University, the only place for the Andhra people. The manipulation is by appointing the Diploma Holder as an Expert Member by the then Indian and the British Rulers of the Country and another Sir Dr Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan as another expert. It is very amazing how the twosome have managed to have a reputed double degree D.Sc. holder for nearly four times of his due appointment and denial of research facilities to undertake his outstanding investigative research in Physics. It is amazing how this simple man of great preservance has made amazing mark by guiding research over the entire electromagnetic spectrum range with different students in different ranges of the spectrum. Neither the students nor the University authority able to realize how effortlessly he guided and made enormous publications with each paper read of his disciples and students at research doctorate levels and made due corrections before their publication in foreign reputed journals.  A slow growing group of students with remarkable affinity and capturing the blessings of the learned professor for their honor and glory is remarkable.
Problems of the Then Rule of Andhra University
Skilful manipulation by British authorities to sustain the talented people to work hard  and benefit the interest of England and secondly to outsmart them by way of several pupils and followers to get benefit of their expertise, in spite of academic excellence results in the total neglect and suppression of a spirited and dedicated Indian. Prof. K R Rao is no exception in this treat. Prof K R Rao faced on one side the Prize Winner Physicist (a diploma holder of the coveted award) and on the other hand and more significant and hidden danger of the White supremacy in India. During the years 1930 to 1942 a period of about 12 years of life of an academician of unparallel learned achievements Prof K R Rao has been subjected to many diverse influence of the white rule and its continues surrogate methods.
                                      Chancellors and Vice-Chancellors of AU at the time of
                                     Prof K R Rao joined the Andhra University in 1932

However, the learned Sir Prize Winner did not leave Professor K R Rao for his enthusiastic enterprise of research and academic pursuits. He was greatly assisted by no person other than Sir Dr Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan. It cannot be forgotten that the learned Professors of British India were honored by Sir Titles and including the Chancellors. The Nobel Prize Winner created obstacles during the years 1932 to 1940 and by his determined sheer of will, ruthlessly oppressed Prof K R Rao nearly four times, getting his Professor’s post, also the facilities for excellent research work for denied to him. It was those days when Prof K R Rao turned his attention to safe guard his children and built a house during the years 1931-1942 built it in Official Colony as Narasimha Ashram. He could become a Professor only in 1940.
Ambition of Prof A Fowler
             What I surmise is the interest of Prof A Fowler from England, who wanted his school of research established with help of Prof K R Rao in India as well.  I have seen papers that prompted the appointments of several Indians in India to the Andhra University Physics Department just to suppress the talented Prof K R Rao. One should note the British Valiant efforts intelligently to suppress away the talented India.  God’s Grace is slightly different but Prof K R Rao experienced his most bad times at Andhra University during the years 1932 to 1940.
Having not been able to move to America in pursuit of his research interests, in 1931, denied with superb intelligence as a blockier, and then appointed to muster as a lower grade person in his own state and country seems to be very far fetching ambition and calculated effort by the learned people. sucking away the ambitious and learned people effort is noteworthy.
Obedient Indian students are very mindful of their teachers and Prof K R Rao is no exception to support and gear to the ideas of the learned Professor A. Fowler from UK. Alas, the war has killed the learned Prof. A Fowler while crossing the railway line in Britain during the world war time (possibly the year 1942) otherwise Prof K R Rao would have been an FRS.
A Singular Personality and a Great researcher
Prof K R Rao has planned and established the Andhra University Laboratories and spent most of his valuable time two-fold in Research and the upbringing of the University Departments. Because of his D.Sc. (London) and D.Sc. (Madras), degrees no one has ever dared to speak against his selection and choice of appointments from 1942 to 1972. He was a singular personality who nurtured the entire Electromagnetic Spectrum from one end to the other and gave a fill up to several people.
            Many people are not aware that Prof K R Rao was an expert member as The Principal of AU Colleges he was given the opportunity of appointing the Indian Administration Services Cadre talented people and conduct of their examinations. He did it with utmost secrecy and law-abiding character.  He without regard to cast and creed identified the most talented people and I specifically mention learned Mathematics Professor Omi Ramswamy as an ideal member for IAS examinations.
            He was above the ordinary rules of favoritism and when Prof Omi Ramswamy died he suggested Dr Meenakshi Sundaram (a student of Astro-Physicist Dr. Chandra Sekhar of USA) to take over the Mathematics Department and gave the Mathematical Physics Department to Prof T. Venkatarayudu (a Group Theory expert of India). He thus helped V.C, Dr. A. L. Narayan to tie over the crisis during the years 1965-1966. Systematic effort made by the concerned people to deny the V.C. Post to Prof. K R Rao of AU colleges, though they favored his appointment as expert member to establish the Sri Venketaswara University, Tirupati in 1954.
