ABSTRACT
An unusual rain burst slashed  Andhra Pradesh coastal districts of Visakhapatnam, Srikakulam and Vijayanagaram on three days from Sunday, Monday and Tuesday 15th September with recorded maximum of 27cm rainfall just in 24 hours at Araku. This in my opinion is the beginning of the  onslaught of near Super moon affect in Visakhapatnam. Colorado and Hildale (Uta) in US had heavy rainfall. Flash floods claimed four lives in Zion National Park. Excessive rains lashed in Srikakulam, Visakhapatnam and Viziyangaram districts, last three days (Today is 16th September 2015). Srikakulum district since Monday 14th night non-stop rain lashed the areas. It must have started on the16th itself but why a gap of no rain for five days, in Visakhapatnam, between 16th to 23rd is a puzzling fact. It is not understood why the extreme heat conditions prevailed on those days 19th to 23rd  at Visakhapatnam. Especially on the 25th around 4P.M., just for an half hour, with a few seconds gap of continuous lightning and  thunder that mostly entered the Earth and I felt the happening very near to the Earth ground level unlike the usual lightning and thunder that occurs much above the ground in the atmosphere.  Curiously the occurrence of lightning and thunder moved from on 24th at 5.30 PM to 6.30 PM (it was a glaring hot Sun from 9AM to 4.30 PM) , on 25th (very hot weather with big Sun shine from morning) at 4.00 PM extremely intense and powerful shower for about an half hour to 45 minutes, 26th (intense Sun shine from morning)  at 2.00 PM to 4 PM and on 27th(cloudy but hot day) morning time from 2.00 AM to 5.30 A.M and on the 28th (cloudy and very cool) the super moon early morning day from 2.00 A.M to 5.30 A.M.The shift of the Sun's heat with the normal temperature increased by 2 to 4 degrees higher is in my opinion due to the reflected Moon Sun shine (due to the Sun's glare reflected by the nearness of the Moon to the Earth) over above the normal Sun Shine, during the day time. This is a very significant observation and may not recur till the next Moon's nearness to the Earth. Sun's affect in Andhra State must have started on the 14th itself with prior  two days at Srikakulam. Tidal flooding to occur from September 25 to 30 in connection with Perigean Spring Tide (also called Kollam and Super Moon or king Tide) of September 28, when moon is closest to the earth during its orbit. Low lying areas including Kochi, Alappuzha, Thiruvanamthapuram particularly vulnerable. It would peak for three days from September 28. On the three days from 28th to 30th there was no rain at Visakhapatnam.  INDIA ASTROSAT: 28th Sept 2015 at 10hrs  21:09m AM and placed  at a height of 650km and at 6D from Earth's central line. It expects to study high energy processes in Binary star systems containing neutron stars and black holes, to estimate magnetic fields of neutron stars, to study star birth regions and high energy processes in  star systems lying beyond the Milky Way galaxy.

Rescuers trudged through muddy streambeds Tuesday in a small polygamous town on the Utah-Arizona border and found the bodies of several children who died when their two vehicles were swept away in a torrent of floodwaters that killed at least 12 people. The same flash floods claimed at least four lives in nearby Zion National Park. The van and SUV were filled with three women and 13 children when a wall of brown water overtook them Monday evening, carrying the vehicles several hundred yards downstream and sending them plunging down a flooded-out embankment with terrifying force. The SUV was smashed beyond recognition. Three people survived, all of them children, in the secluded community that is the home base of Warren Jeffs' polygamous.

HOT DAYS AT VISAKHAPATNAM

The last three days from 16th to 19th Morning it was in Visakhapatnam very hot reminding of the summer heat. Obviously the reflected Sun light from the Moon has added to the regular temperature in the Visakhapatnam and Kerala coast especially. The evaporated water of the Ocean is the result of the onset of evening and morning rains in the Southern India especially Andhra State (Visakhapatnam) and Kerala.  This in my opinion is the beginning of the  onslaught of near Super moon affect in Visakhapatnam. But from 24th September to almost 30th September the rain showers are due to the evaporation of water vapour from the Ocean the Bay of Bengal near to Visakhapatnam and the Kerala coast. It must have started on the16th itself but why a gap of no rain for five days between 16th to 23rd is a puzzling fact.

SECOND OF ARTICLES ON THOTLAKONDA

A village Kotturu near Yelamanchili has an uphill cave that has several mortars and slick marks and the floor covered with evidence of heavy grinding and pounding. The number of sticks and mortars make one wonder that they were earmarked for different medicines, one for fever other for colic, and the third for dehydration etc. Similar slicks and mortars found on the Thotlakonda hill in association with water bodies, used probably for juices and poultices made on the hills. The monks became acquainted with art of treating and mastered conducting surgeries. Jivaka of Rajagriha, who mastered the art of Science of Medicine from University of Taxasila. He studied seven years, and roamed a yogana (8-13km) and foundall the plants in that region are virtually medicinal plants. At this art of perfection the teacher from Taxila University, pronounced him as a Medicinal Man. He went back to Rajagriha and in Ayodhya performed a surgery on the brain of a patient suffering from migraine head ache just to remove two tape worms lodged in his brain. Jivaka travelled far off places and landed in Visakhapatnam.  Writer ranisarma2010@gmail.com. Goondaism by Goonies, vandalism and secret attacks of robbery on scholars and intentional travellers to this and surrounding hills is rampant to-date and thriving without the Government and legal police protection. Comment by the author the ancient Science of Ayurveda need to be revived as it best suited for this country of varied weather and life styles.

RAINFALL IN INDIAN STATES A BLESSING
During the few days of last week of September 2015.
MAHARASHTRA STATE:

Nashik district, which produces roughly 15 per cent of the country’s onions, had recorded a 62 per cent rainfall deficit during the first three months of the south-west monsoon season, while also pushing back sowings by a month to 45 days. But over the past fortnight, the district has received almost 20 per cent more rains than what it normally receives during the whole of September.  The average rainfall during a good monsoon here is around 17 inches till this time, whereas it has already touched 22 inches. However, until a fortnight ago, we had got only 4 inches, which means all this additional rain has been dumped in the last two seeks. This kind of rain is good to fill up our reservoirs, but damaging to the early-kharif crop,” noted Balasaheb Sonawane, a grower from Lasalgaon. Farmers, nevertheless, point out that the rains will have a positive impact on the late-kharif crop, which is called “Rangda”. Planted in August-September and harvested towards January-February, it is better in quality and accounting for another 20 per cent of Maharashtra’s annual onion output. The late-kharif has, in fact, benefitted from the rains and its arrivals in the market by mid-January will help cool the current high onion prices. Data with the state government also indicates that barring Solapur and Kolhapur in Western Maharashtra, rains in September were above the normal average across the state.
New Delhi, September 24:
With sowing for the Kharif season drawing to a close, acreage this year is a little more than 1 per cent higher than at the corresponding period last year. Area under crops such as rice, soyabean, cotton and a range of pulses have touched 1,026.23 lakh hectares (lh) as of Thursday, as per the latest estimates released by the Agriculture Ministry. A resurgent monsoon through September has helped reduce the rainfall deficit and fear of food prices shooting up. It has helped reservoir levels recover – although the situation in the SoCHANDIGARH: While the rain that came as a welcome relief for residents of the Tricity - bringing down temperatures at day and night - recorded a whopping 101mm from Tuesday evening to Wednesday morning, it also disrupted routines of many in the city and adjoining areas by delaying trains, cutting down power and causing roads to cave inuth remains a matter of concern – and also improved sentiments about the Rabi season.

ODISHA STATE
BHUBANESWAR: Low pressure areas over the Bay of Bengal - primary source of monsoon rains in Odisha - have left the State high and dry this season. While not enough sea-based weather systems formed this year, those which took shape have been erratic, to say the least. The State has received 1,022 mm rain so far against the normal record of 1,109, registering an 8 per cent shortfall. Last year by this time, Odisha had received 1,246 mm showers, showing a 12% excess rainfall.

Between June 1 and September 23, as many eight low pressures formed over the Bay of Bengal or originated from near the Indian Ocean. Just two of them intensified into depression. That weather experts say, has proved costly for the State.

Especially on the 25 around 4P.M., just for an half hour, with a few seconds gap of continuous lightning and  thunder that mostly entered the Earth and I felt the happening very near to the Earth ground level unlike the usual lightning and thunder that occurs much above the ground in the atmosphere.  Curiously the occurrence of lightning and thunder moved from on 24 at 5.30 PM to 6.30 PM (it was a glaring hot Sun from 9AM to 4.30 PM) , on 25 (very hot weather with big Sun shine from morning) at 4.00 PM extremely intense and powerful shower for about an half hour to 45 minutes, 26 (intense Sun shine from morning)  at 2.00 PM to 4 PM and on 27(cloudy but hot day) morning time from 2.00 AM to 5.30 A.M and on the 28(cloudy and very cool) the super moon early morning day from 2.00 A.M to 5.30 A.M.
The shift of the Sun's heat with the normal temperature increased by 2 to 4 degrees higher is in my opinion due to the reflected Moon Sun shine (due to the Sun's glare reflected by the nearness of the Moon to the Earth) over above the normal Sun Shine, during the day time. This is a very significant observation and may not recur till the next Moon's nearness to the Earth.
Tidal waves would continue to hit Kerala coast till September 30.
Araku on 15th September 2015, received 27cm astonishing rain, that was beginning of the near Moon's affect on the Earth's environment, with the Ocean waves plunging forward at the beach coasts of Andhra and more vehemently in Kerala. The gradual and increased activity of the Ocean waves is a direct indication of the Super Moon affect over the several days almost a month ahead.

  TAMIL NADU: KUNDRATHUUR TEMPLE
An old temple of 8th century situated in Kundrathuur  of the God Agasteyaralayam under Archeological Department of India, identified by a passing by old Sadhu a well grown tree out of five, as a RUDRAKSHAMALA fruit tree. Only in Nepal such trees grow. The temple is situated, in a town between Paraachiyayur village to Sakkudu vilaage, in the kundrathuur.
 Visakhapatnam
The 29th September2015 no rain in Visakhapatnam, though the predictions are for the next two days due to a low depression in the Ocean, but heavy rainfall would occur at isolated places in interior TN state and Kerala. The Visakhapatnam city is extremely hot in the afternoon around 2h19m P.M.
Hyderabad Pallecheruvu bund broke down due to rain on 29th September and school children were crossing it on road side bunds. Malkpeta and Nampally were affected by two hours heavy rain in the morning hours troubling students who waded through the gushing rain water on roads. Flood Waters Affect Over 13 Lakh people in Assam on 30 September 2015.

WATER ON MARS

Lujendra Ojha a Ph.D student in GIT in Atlanta, by spectral imaging, from Nepal asserted, that water exists on Mars, from a tool aboard the MRO found water mark streaks flowing downhill.
Magnesium perchlorate, chlorate, and chloride in water allow it to stay in water form for a longer time. In this time the water runs down the slopes making streaks. Drop in water's freezing point due to presence of salts at 80C and at -23C temperature above which streaks are found. Width of streaks under 16ft.  Lengths of lines few 100m. The water now found is in liquid state. The dark streaks running down slopes on the surface were observed about four years ago.
INDIA ASTROSAT:
28th Sept 2015 at 10hrs  21:09m AM and placed  at a height of 650km and at 6D from Earth's central line. ASTROSAT in orbit got relieved from other satellites at 22h53m AM .

It lifted off from Sriharikota by six  boosters emitting fire by the rocket PSLV C-30 in AP on Monday. at 23h45m AM with Canada NLS-14  nano-satellite, around 23h01m AM Indonesia's LAPAN-A2 microsatellite and  at 25h02m AM  1st,  24h11m AM 2nd, 25h02m AM 3rd, and at 25h53m AM the fourth identical LEMUR  nano-satellites from U.S, which were put in orbit. It weighs1513kg.  The two solar panels opened. It would take two months before the ASTROSAT  may collect and send data.

1.    The Ultraviolet Imaging Telescope (UVIT, capable of observing the sky in the Visible, Near Ultraviolet and Far Ultraviolet regions of the electromagnetic spectrum.
2.    Large Area X-ray Proportional Counter (LAXPC, is designed for study the variations in the emission of X-rays from sources like X-ray binaries, Active Galactic Nuclei and other cosmic sources.
3.    Soft X-ray Telescope (SXT) is designed for studying how the X-ray spectrum of 0.3-8 keV range coming from distant celestial bodies varies with time.
4.    Cadmium Zinc Telluride Imager (CZTI), functioning in the X-ray region, extends the capability of the satellite to sense X-rays of high energy in 10-100 keV range.
5.    Scanning Sky Monitor(SSM),is intended to scan the sky for long term monitoring of bright X-ray sources in binary stars, and for the detection and location of sources that become bright in X-rays for a short duration of time.

It expects to study high energy processes in Binary star systems containing neutron stars and black holes, to estimate magnetic fields of neutron stars, to study star birth regions and high energy processes in  star systems lying beyond the Milky Way galaxy.

Besides NASA, space agencies of the European Union, Japan and Russia have launched similar facilities into the space.

CONCLUSION
INDIA became the fifth country after USA, Japan, space agencies of European Union and Russia to place a ASTROSAT for studies by India Astrophysicist and Astronomers, a feat much wondered by the world over Space Scientists.
