Summary:
A new theory of Physics of Inflation has been presented giving the details of a socio-economic Entropy model. The Peramma Action Constant of 3.51 cal/kg has been found out. A new law of socio-economic entropy has been enunciated. The logarithm nature of the entropy expression has been worked out.
A Net Value Product/Produce (NVP) expression is defined, involving global Inflation index. The K-factor, the sum of premiums due to various partitions ,such as Bribes, Black-Marketing, Diesel, & fuel hikes and less fodder input etc, asserts the cost escalate of the NVP.
A tabulated analysis of these premiums is also suggested as an alternative to get NVP, pertaining to the period of inflation.
Four new formulae have been defined that outline the weigthages preference of a poor man strategy to fight the soaring prices of essential commodities. The disorder /or a chaotic state of the socio-economic system, hints at increase of Entropy that signifies the low-caloric nutritional compromise by a common man in India. The inflation is widening the nutrition gap between the haves and the have-nots. This is an unfortunate challenge facing all the developing nations. The measures taken, suggestions made and the food security achieved by the Indian Nation have been explicitly stated. This study should serve as a guideline for the WTO and WFP global efforts.
Introduction:A new subject of the Physics of Inflation has been proposed. The study of it would help to gauge the parameters underlying Inflation phenomenon. The significance of such a study would reveal the salient features (good or bad) of Financial Management, Agricultural Productivity, and business statistics and market strategies. Not only at National level, has the InflatPhysics hinted at a rational behind a global enterprise. A silent hunger tsunami is gripping the world due sky rocketing cost of food commodities coupled with the soaring fuel and oil prices.
Some pundits think that, Inflation is largely driven by International Market. Education and strategic partnerships at all levels have led to corrisable practices and some of these outweigh efforts being made for the progress of the nation.
America, Caribbean, Africa and Asia nations tend to hate China and India for their phenomenal demands of volume of consumption
WTO ordered the 27-nation EU to end 80 year preferential trade ties with former colonies, since they are unfair to nations excluded from the arrangement. But 15 Caribbean rich nations did sign up to a phased-in free-trade pact, including the opening up of services and investment markets that make them more prosperous.
It seems rice price doubled in about five weeks’ time in some nations WFP projected that food prices increased by 83% in three years time. The diesel price zoomed from $39 a barrel to &140 in about four years from 2004 to 2008. A WFP meeting was held at Rome that was amazed at Indian’s effort to grapple with the food crisis.
Govt.of India activity:
Government of India activity includes 1) Chief ministers conference on issue of price rise ii) Abhijeet Sen committee report iii)Blamed global food scenario for the unprecedented price rise in month’s of April/May 2008.iv) Scenario in India is much better as their prices are the lowest in the world, of course, i.e. at an unacceptable level. v) National Rural Employment guarantee scheme (RES) ,though might have benefited only the dominant communities living in rural areas, and the Old age pension scheme had enhanced purchase power of those until now were living below poverty line. vi) No magic wand to control inflation unless India produces more. Measures are only of temporary nature. Vii0.Since 1990 Agricultural sector was neglected and only recently there is enhanced public spending on agriculture to boost production. Viii) Government lifted the surplus stacks of potatoes and onions as requested by some states. Ix) Government procured more than targeted stock of wheat and rice assuring food security of the Nation. Bihar topped the list for wheat procurement.
GOI Measures:
a).Banning future trading in four essential commodities that hasn’t helped price control. b) Cuts denied in centers quota to states under Public Distribution Scheme (PDS). c) Rules out any hike in the Minimum support price (MSP) of wheat and Paddy. d) Appealed to states to contribute the central kitty. e) Banning of rice (except Basmati) wheat and reduced import duty on edible oils, ghee, butter to bring down prices. f) To promote intermix, intercrops and hybrid short-term growth of paddy varities, to boost productivity. g). each district would have an agricultural trade and service sector sensitive to inflation. h).RBI hiked cash reserve ratio that sucked out more than Rs.27000 crores from the business system.
Some other suggestions:
1.) no excuses be made to contain inflation.2) strengthen PDS for oil.3) to restructure ad valorem duty on oil and taxes on diesel. 4).stringent measures to check hoarding and blackmarketing.5) to create food security.6). MNCs such as Wal-Mart controls in retail business and agriculture prices to be stopped. 7) Why 32 more essential commodities were included from March 13th, 2008 for future trading?
Upsetting Ventures:
Promotion of Cricket game extragavenza for 44 days that only boosted sale of cheap foreign drinks (with high caffeine content), cultural stuff that made an imbalance of traditional and national wealth promotion. Youth became lazy and their skill power wasn’t tamed. Game money was not spent at least partly for the uplift of downtrodden but helped International media coverage, advertisements lucrative and seductive non-traditional talent exhibits. Also Pubs became fashionable at call centers and MNCs who pay fat salaries. The employees are showing-off the higher purchase power as a pawn shop broker grieved. Alcoholism is gripping the public that directly demands unsocialistic practices contributing to raise the Inflation.

The supportive supplemented food by generous sharing by rich families
,charitable trusts, and free availability of fruits, nuts etc gave a boost of
40% in caloric values per capita per day during 1968-1972.

The weather during the years 68-72 was very conducive since lot of vegetation was existing in many towns and cities. Later people from rural setup migrated to urban areas and the unattended rural forest wealth and vegetation gradually dwindled due to exploitation by unscrupulous agencies. In the urban area the cement jungles started sprouting up with the municipal laws unable to implement to preserve greenery and granary around massive constructs including that of Government buildings. The mid-day meals, there is a criticism that it makes the boys lazy and irresponsible with guaranteed bright future. Parents need to be educated to imbibe moral responsibilities in the children.
The work culture has been disturbed due to heavy machinery that has been imported. The denial of work, led to social welfare schemes and abuse of these led to a population boom. Abuse is mainly to get financial benefits from the welfare schemes.
The idea of caloric value, for a healthy intelligent growth has replaced by a lazy luxurious financially beneficial life. No wonder other countries are demanding the abolishment of subsidiaries and let people work hard, earn and prosper.

Inflation Dangers:
The Hindu Newspaper dated 24th April 08 reported the plight of weavers. Nearly 300 power loom workers at Sircilla, since 1977 have died due to inflation costs. Work of12hrs on a loom (borrowed) only allows Rs.80/100 a day to earn depending on the production of cloth. Power cuts, advent of jet and auto looms in Maharahstra and Tamil Nadu, left no source of assured income for the weavers. On Rs.2.0 kg rice (of poor quality) the common man was depending, while earlier he was paying Rs.3.0 Kg and about 35kg a month was sufficient. Loans burdened the common man to work as a slave to the mercy of power loom owners and the builders etc. The RES paid for about 100 days an amount of Rs.130/150 depending on the work done by a farm worker. Due to protests it was increased from Rs.80/100 to the present wage of Rs.130/150. Use of Hi-Tech machinery was objected by villagers, so farm workers got the benefit of RES.
But it’s not clear why scores of Agricultural University Professors, Researchers and several National and MOU International Institutes of food crops and biotechnology firms are very mute on the Inflation rate hike in India. They haven’t spelt out what varieties would boost the produce in India. Narendra Institute did much better job. Crores of Rupees, Government is financing these educational and technological endeavors. Are they fruitless?
How much staff of these white collared Institute actually partake “in-field” farming and cultivation with the farmers? Guidelines for district agricultural trade and service sector need to be streamlined so that the staff would become market and field farm sensitive. University and college both teaching and the non-teaching should also be farm and cultivation sensitive. Number of days they work on the fields during June-November of every year must be specified and like the Japanese staff they should be found working on the fields with the farmers.
Increased Rate of Inflation:
In the year April 2008 second week rate of Inflation was 6.34%, in the second week it rose to 7.14%, in the third week it became 7.33%. Month of May second and third weeks registered 8.1% and 8.24%. Governments controlled the cement price at Rs.200/ while it shot up to Rs.250-Rs.270 a bag. Rural schemes now would receive cement at the rate of Rs.145 to Rs. 160 depending on transport distances as per a decision made on April 25th, 2008.
NGRI scientists were not involved to fix the price, quality and mining stages of control of the rich lime soil reserves in A.P. Some mines owners of land haven’t opened up the fields for production of cement.
Palm trees, Bio-fuel (Jastrophe etc) plantations etc. (subsidized heavily) have threatened dwindling of fertile hectares of land in Agricultural bowl of produce in India, buffering increase of inflation rate. Procurement of produce from farmers by private companies, MNC firms and traders does influnces the increase of rate of Inflation. Value of money goes down with price rise and inflation. Workers and salaried people are not interested in real wages, but they now ask how much their income /wage/salary can buy?
It is imminent the inflation rate goes up by about Rs. 2 to 5% every summer season, but at 8.1% and 8.24% were a bit alarming.
Price Index Formulae:
The ideal Index of Fisher involves geometric mean of Lespeyers and Paasche indices. It satisfies time reversal and factor reversal tests. But others contend that these formulae give no meaningful values.
My Theory and Model Formulation:
Below given are the details of my theory and model formulation.
(I) The New Expression:
The standard formulae quoted above don’t reflect the Inflation! So a new concept of” Net Value of Product/Produce” (NVP) has been defined by the present author. The new expression takes into account the inflation in revenues, costs and transport etc.
This expression involves the premium values k1, k2, k3, k4, k5, k6, K and several indices given by the symbols ip etc. They are explained in the Fig.2.
We adopt a Hypothesis: It’s only global index, a major factor that resulted in the May/April 2008 inflation phenomenon in India. How best we can adopt the new expression (NVP), the formulae suggested below for the commodity market strategy? The method of analysis and concepts introduced in this paper make the predictions to move inline with the Inflation. The NVP expression allows the commodity market to be gauged with a futuristic outlook.
[See the Image up loaded: Fig 2.]
In this expression (of NVP) the values of “x” are 0.598, 1.026, 1.455, 1.888, 2.313, 2.743 and 3.172 respectively, for Jan.06, April 06, Jan. 07, Dec 07, April 08 and May 2008.. This index shows the enormous impact of global inflation on the price of half liter milk packet sold in A.P. India.

(II) An analysis by Tabulation Approach:
The present paper also projects a tabulated analysis of item-wise premium factors to estimate the value of K-factor. In this approach, the iglobal becomes redundant and may be dropped. I leave it as an exercise for readers to get a meaningful tabulation method of their own i.e. an easy one to be adopted by GOI.

(II) Inflation Reversal and Switch Reversal Tests:
The third approach of analysis is by different formulae given as L. P, M and F. It is essential to note that these new formulae involve weightages as set by the uncommon sense of a common man to fight the Inflation costs. He struggles hard to feed the belly of his family. All the four formulae may be subjected to what I termed as “Inflation Reversal Tests”. The object is to get meaningful results of analysis.
New Formulae of Price Index:
Formula 1: what is the change in aggregate value of the base period price of goods when inflation affects cost of essential items? L= sum [p1i*w0i]/sum [p1i*w0i]. The value has been found from the Table 2 data as 2.726.
Formula 2: what would be the Inflation weighted value of the given period price of goods when value weighted for the new prices?
P= sum [p1i*w1i]/sum [p0i*w1i]. Found equal to 1.9618.
Formula 3: Mean of L and P; M=[L+P]/2.0=2.3439 which signifies the influence of inflation on the nerve of the common man purchases.
Formula 4: the opposing base preferences and the weighted choices due to inflation are crossed geometrically. The result is common man strategy to reverse the inflation trend, to meet his living ends for survival.
Note: Not quality or quantity that matters the common man. It is his finances, rupee value and filling the belly of family that matters him most.
Switch reversal of food habits is that what guides him, to live eating even the “grass root foods” of rural India in spite he might be staying in a slum area of an urban colony or a Cosmopolitan city.
My Model of Entropy:
The theory of Entropy presented below gives a best description of disorder or chaotic state of a socio-economic system. The disciplined scientific approach would help India in its cultural and patriotic National developmental endeavor.
Common man sense of adjusting to the purchase of food is the underlying law of socio-economic entropy increase. The weightages he gives (throws) are the values (physical quantities) that guide his survival during inflation. The entropy, of course, has the dimensions of cal/kg, depicting the value of per capita per day of a poor individual. Many facets of my theory could easily evolved by readers of this article; if they do I shall be very happy.
Entropy of a system is a measure of disorder or of chaotic state of the system. Most probable stat of an economic condition corresponding to given conditions of inflation is attained through the weighted preferences of purchase of essential commodities. The entropy therefore should characterize this state. The manner in which the weighted preferences are made dictates the increase or decrease of entropy. This law states that the entropy of an economic situation is determined by the logarithm of sum of products of price, potential calories and the weightage preferences of purchase of commodities, i.e. averaged over the total price of the essential commodities purchased by a common man. For the logarithm to be a dimensionless quantity I have defined an action constant, in the units of cal/kg. Such a constant has been found by me, to have a magnitude equal 3.51 cal/kg.
(See the comment on it, in the notes, given in the section of references.)
The enhanced prices due to the inflation make the entropy to increase and so formula should involve a negative sign. The less negative more the increase in entropy. The chaotic or disorderliness is due to preferential weightage given in purchases. In times of inflation the purchaser has to sacrifice the caloric content of food.
For the data of the year 2006 let I= sum [p0i*ci*w0i]/ {sum [p0i*175}, where p0i is the ith commodity price, ci is its caloric value and w0i is the weightage given by the consumer. The factor 175 relates to the family size of 3.5 people and an average weight of 50kg. The entropy for the year S0=-I*ln (I/3.51) where 3.51cal/kg is the Peramma Action constant found by me.
The Peramma action constant equals 83.87 the nutrition rads, signifying the growth potential of a human organism.
For the data of the inflation year 2008 we have
II= sum [p1i*ci*w1i]/ {sum [p1i]*175} with entropy formula S1=-II*ln (II/3.51). Here p1i, w1i refer to the ith commodity price and consumer weightage value for the year 2008.
The obtained values are S0=-162.15cal/kg and S1=- 121.35 cal/kg. The negative sign indicates that entropy has increased in the year 2008 due to the inflation. The calculations are made taking into account the 23 essential commodities with the liquors/drinks included usually consumed by a common man.
RESULTS:
Four different formulae for the Price Indiex are given that describe the effects of theInflation. The concepts of Inflation Reversal Test and Switch Reversal Tests have been outlined. A new expression to take into account the global inflation index to fix the Net Value of a Product/Produce is presented. As opposed to this a tabulation approach analysis of the soaring price line of a commodity (like the cost of half-liter milk packet) is explained, in terms of appropriate values of certain premiums. The sum total of premiums plays an important role to fix the NVP. Most significantly, the theory and Model formulation that characterizes a socio-economic system (affected by the inflation) is gifted to the economics and the Business management scientists.
A “Peramma Action Constant” i.e. equal to 3.51cal/kg has been found out. This allows dimensionless logarithm expression to be specified in an Entropy characterization of a socio-economic system.
The uncommon sense of a common man in India, has been found to have
requisite intelligence, caliber, cultural heritage and patriotic spiritualism to switch reversal the inflation and help the Nation to sustain in its economic endeavor of National development.

Note 1.
The Telugu names have very apt description for the essential commodities and spices of India, including Liquors and Drinks. The word “Pappu” implies the protein content of pulses. The difference in words such as Jonnalu, ragi, cholu, bajra, kandulu, pesalu, veru sanga etc imply not only biophysical characteristics but also possible genetic and family of the species to which they belong. The English names like red gram, yellow gram etc don’t imply or carry any scientific content, except of the visual identity by color. They were invented by traders, looters and pirates of the 15th-18th centuries visiting India for selfish reasons. Hence the valuable ancient knowledge about plants, food stuffs, spices and ayurvedic science was lost by modern onslaught of cultural treachery. My research students could undertake research on Telugu Language and these bio-names of plants and spices to ascertain genetics and immunological characteristics.
Note 2:
I termed it as Peramma Action Constant(PAC) ,for an aesthetic beauty of respect to the Lady, so christened by the temple elder priests, who have performed a Vedic yagnam, before her birth in the beginning of 20th century, at a place called Vaddadi village, near to Upmaka Venketeswara Temple(Nakkapalli) and Chodavaram town in Andhra Pradesh, India. The PAC equals about 83.87 nrads. The physical rads (1J/kg=100rads) damage the tissue while nrads (nutrition rads) energies the growth of tissue. Essentially it is the latent nutritional potency heat that sustains the growth of the human organism. ***************************************************************8********

Dated: 2nd June 2008 Time: 2.14PM.
Keywords: Narasimha Sand Dunes, Narasinga Bay of Visakhapatnam Beach, Whirlling funnels moist parcels, dry air packets, Buoyancy Factor, Reactive Forces, and Self-Adjusting Atmosphere.

Summary
The 1st May 2008 mini whirling funnel of Sand & Dust and as well moist particulate fine matter has been analyzed. The model, the parameters and the governing equations of both the stages of the mini event have been explicitly presented. The significant physical entities such as the buoyancy factor and the reactive force of Atmosphere have been obtained. The latter supports the idea of Self Adjusting Atmosphere conditions at the Narasinga Bay. A Lagrangian has been used to derive the Equations of Motion.
The history of creation of Narasimha Sand Dunes of Visakhapatnam has been outlined obtaining the value of 0.00225 cubic Km as the rate of deposition each year.
The Mega whirling funnels of Sand & Dust no longer originate in the Narasinga Bay since the ancient shore line of 16-50kms expanse has shrunk to mere few yards at Visakhapatnam. But Mega whirling moist air currents exist in a conducive atmosphere and buoyancy conditions. Also symptoms and natural disasters of month of May 2008 are reviewed.
INTRODUCTION:
The Narasimha Range of Sand Dunes in Visakhapatnam:

The Narasimha range of Sand Dunes in Visakhapatnam exists starting from the Mrs AVNCollege grounds to Ramakrishna Mission Women’ wing Building. These sand dunes exist now underneath Maharanipeta Official Colony lanes, Bhavanagar & Rajendhra Prasad Wards of KGH, and extend lying beneath the complex structures of old Buddhavarapu Gardens. They lay stretched beneath the Pandhimetta hill house constructs, below the Century club, Grand Bay Hotel and Dolphins Apt buildings. The Hawa Mahal, Siripuram complex structures have been built on these sand dunes. The sand dunes also exist beneath the “Concrete Jungles” of Beach Road and the Panduranga Temple multistoried buildings. The sand dunes also existed in front of the now disappeared old Kotcherlakota Fort (in the vicinity of present Kota Veedhi and Burujupeta, Venketeswara and Kanaka Mahalakshmi Temples). These sand dunes in Modern times (1930-1960) were known as the Minerva talkies, Soldier Peta and Chachadipeta areas. The small road (some portions widened) connecting the backwaters of the sea, the Upputeru, via Kanaka Mahalakshmi Temple and Venketesawara Temple to the outer harbor area is the only icon of ancient city of Visakhapatnam and its old Kotcherlakota Fort.
The Narasinga Bay:
The Narasimha range of Hillocks and the Dolphin’s Nose Hill has provided a Natural Bay at coastal battery of Visakhapatnam. Once upon a time possibly during the time of Buddhist travelers to the city of Vaisakhi (Vaisakeswara) temple,i.e. during the 5th and 6th century AD the beach of Narasinga Bay was almost 30 to 50kms deep into the sea far away from the present shore line.
Evolution of Narasimha Sand Dunes:
Over the centuries, the winds were blowing the dry air bare vast expanse of the Narasinga Bay coastal beach of Visakhaptnam. These winds piled up Sand & Dust dunes on the slopes of the present Mrs. AVN College, KGH, Collectors’ Office and the Harbor Park hillocks.
The whirling funnels of Sand & Dust occurred in hot days mostly due to strong convection. The Visakahapatnam city over the centuries experienced different vagaries of Weather and especially drought hot and dry seasons.
The whirling funnels are of two types the Mega whirling spirals which were the ones that caused in the past centuries (between 600AD to 1100AD) the creation of Narasimha Sand Dunes. They are distinct from the logarithmic or Eckman spiral patterns. The whirling funnels of Visakhapatnam, transported Sand & Dust to heights of 1 mile(1.6093kms).These have virtually created the enormous mass of Sand & Dust that covered the entire area of Mrs.AVN College upto the Palm beach of Visakahapatnam. These days the whirling spirals reached the gradient levels of cyclostrophic altitudes. In this case, the centrifugal forces have come into play.
It is estimated that Narasimha Sand & Dust dunes were of an enormous mass of volume 2.25 cubic kms. The rate of deposition in about 1000years was roughly 0.00225 cubic kms. The whirling winds at speeds of 10 to 30miles (16-48km) an hour have veered to 900 minimum regularly and periodically. The magnitude of Mega events happened is just comparable to the figures of Sand Dunes of Sand Bowl in Grasslands (wheat fields) of USA.
Symptoms and Natural Disasters:
An important observation was made by the present author in the month of second week of may 2008.It is noticed that the Narasimha range of Sand Dunes underneath the official colony building structures has shrunk slipped by about 2mm down the hills towards the sea side of coastal battery.
Month of May 2008 has witnessed land slips in Tibet (blocking the trade routes to India) and Jammu & Kashmir (May 1st 2008) Kishtoon region.
The severe Myanmar[3] super cyclone generated a 12 feet tidal surge that has washed out Irrawathy river delta early Saturday on 3rd May 2008. Colombia in USA also had an earthquake of magnitude 5.2R. Earthquake was felt twice in Madugula[2]once morning at 3.00AM and again around 4.50PM. (A Roof fell down, utensils rolled over and a wall collapsed.).On the Thursday 29th May 2008, Narasipatnam, Kotauratla, Chodavaram, Ravikamatam, Rolugunta, Butchaiapeta, Yellamanchilli, Paderu, Chintapalli, and Anakapalli experienced the tremors of the 3.7R earthquake at 4.50-4.55PM for about 3 seconds. The epicenter was 50kms South-West-South of Visakahapatnam. Also in Assam Dharronga (Panangi) felt earthquake of magnitude 4.2R.
The sea at Visakahapatnam was found agitated till the late evening of 29th may 2008.
Clouds in 3rd/4th week of SW monsoon have played a hide and seek game to rain, except for the heavy rains at Srikakulum and Vijayanagaram districts. It rained a shower on the night of 30th May 2008 at midnight for about a half-hour only. The 1st and 2nd June 2008 were found to be again hot. Same was the situation in Uttarpradesh.
1st May 2008 Mini whirling funnel of Sand, Dust and moist air:
The second type of whirling funnel that lifts Sand & Dust does occur whenever a temperature gradient of about 14 to 19 deg.C exists. Visakahapatnam usually has a peak temperature of 38 to 39 deg C. But this May on 17th, 2008 it reached about 43 deg C. On 1st may 2008 it was at 40 deg C and the Narasinga Bay Sea temperature was only 26 deg C. This was just bare minimum temperature gradient to generate a mini size whirling funnel of Sand Dust and moist air.
The observed whirling wind at the Narasinga Bay was found to veer in an anticlockwise fashion. It was found to sheer off abruptly at a height of about just 54 meters.
Two high school twin sisters Pratyusha and Praseeda of 8th STD, observed the spiral rise and deposit large quantities of Sand and Dust at the Narasinga Bay. Many people at the bay beach ran out for shelter to escape the enormous Sand and Dust wind. It affected the visibility and many people suffered the striking particulate Sand and Dust into their eyes. It all lasted hardly 45 minutes time during 4.45PM to 5.55PM on 1st may 2008.
The Model, the Parameters and the Equation of Motion:
It is generally thought that the entrainment of moist sir into the whirling funnel inhibits their growth less than the dry air, but our findings are contrary. We found that whirling funnels have two superimposed layers of Sand & Dust on one hand and the moist particulate fine matter on the other.
The latter currents also carry micro-nutrient elements from the Narasinga Bay and deposit on the upper reaches of the mountain cliffs of Visakhapatnam. It may be remarked here that this was the reason why during 1940 years of an accountable era, thick jungles and forests were formed on these cliffs and the neighboring regions of Visakhapatnam. (Accounting for its biodiversity) .Late Dr Marthanda Sastry of AU commented the ancient was nothing short of a comparison with the Brighton of England in its natural grandeur.
The mini whirling funnel winds thus are endowed with four essential parameters. Firstly the temperature gradient of about 14 to 19 deg C. The other parameter is the dry air conditions of right humidity. Thirdly the wind horizontal and the vertical shear components with their genesis in the Narasinga Bay. Finally the moist due to extensive dredging and other outer harbor activities in the Narasinga Bay.
Our model took into account the fact that on 1st May 2008 event, the dry air conditions and temperature gradient were responsible for the rise of Sand & Dust to altitude of about 27 meters on the sea shore. The moist air consisting of micro-nutrients, and fine particulate matter, made the sustained whirling spiral to reach the altitude of about 54 meters.
RESULTS:
a).Buoyancy factors that differ for the Sand & Dust stage and moist stage have been obtained and are a very significant feature of our model formulation.
b).The model also found the reactive force acceleration parameters that characterize the two stages separately.
These forces suppress the rise of Sand & Dust packets and as well the moist air parcels, in a self adjusting atmosphere equilibrium situation[1].
c). The constant “a” describes the radial divergence and the constant “b” gives the pitch of the spiral.
d). The Fig.1. (See the accompanying image uploaded) gives the obtained values of these constants for the 1st may 2008 whirling funnel and also the Lagrangian Equations of Motion for the two characteristic stages of the spiral.

The possibility of Topological Materials on the Lunar Surface.

The possibility of Topological Materials on the Lunar Surface.

The surface of MOON is constituted by Lunar Dust, loose material, rocky and Boulder formations, and it has several secrets that it holds at its bosom.[1,2] The contention of present author, is that the material of the Moon, gets topologically excited, under disturbed conditions. The Plasma Sheet, the Earth’s magneto tail, [3], solar stream wind/particles, Cosmic and Asteroid debris etc produce those disturbed environments.
The Lunar probes, like the Chandhrayana Mission need to be planned to incorporate devices that might possibly reveal the material properties of the Moon. The topological excitation of the Molecular/Crystalline force fields has been extensively reported, by the present author, in a series of articles [4].
The Topological Excitation acquiring a Charge and as well a Spin, has been termed as Rao particle. The Rosfet Device [5] is a spin-off of a research study on these excitations.
The Electron gets “entangled’ with the Rao particles [6], which the later are of two types, a Rao particle and the other an Anti-Rao (AR) particle. AR-Electron forms a pair, like the Electron-Hole (the exciton). But the Rao and Anti-Rao are topological particles that posses a winding number.
The richness of concept of topological excitations, generated in the material on the surface of Moon in disturbed environments, is quite vivid.
The Electrons of the Molecular/Crystalline-like structures of the Lunar surface Material, gets involved with the Rao and Anti-Rao particles. The floating [7] electrically charged dust (observed by NASA’s Lunar Prospector and NASA’s Surveyor 7 Lander) as reported by Space.com staff [8] also gets associated with topological excitations to form the New Bosons.
This physical feature provides immense possibilities of exciting research on Lunar Dust. The finding that Electrons pepper the Moon Surface has therefore an explanation in the present formulation and Model considerations by the present author.
Thus the Moon’s surface Material with the Mentioned topological excitations, offers a comfortable bed, for the resting Electrons. In two ways, it can happen. How they differ? Firstly, the free electrons/or the lone pair Electrons Spin and Charge may be absorbed in the bed of topological excitations. Next path way is that such Charged and Spinning, topological excitations, get associated with the peppering Electrons, to form a New Gas of Bosons.
Use of Rosfet Device to investigate the Characteristics of these topological excitations is one technique.
But more profound is the applicability of the Generalized [9] Dr.K.V.N.Rao’s SST (sensing signal technique) at different Electromagnetic frequencies. This technique is more powerful than the conventional Spectroscopy methods of analysis. [10] (See the photo and the Caption given)
Caption to the Photo: KVNarasinga Rao carried out the experimental research at the Dept.of Electrical Engrg., University of Illinois, Urbana, Illinois, USA during the years 1954-1961.

Dr.K.V.N.Rao’s generalized SST helps to launch more than one sensing signal to understand the disturbed Plasma Environment, of the Lunar surface and its embedded atmosphere. Compact Space Probes based on Dr.K.V.N.Rao’s SST would be a boon to Lunar/Chandhrayana Missions being planned in a global enterprise.
Either of the mentioned Devices, help to understand the AIRGLOW, [11], Gaseous Discharges and Microwave Plasma Diagnostics [12] of the Moon.
Reverting to a discussion on the Rao particles, proposed by the present author, it is to be noted such a particle, has. a characteristic winding number. This feature is the strength of the new formulation proposed. The winding number decides the effective mass possessed by the Rao particles and the Binding Energy levels of the “AR-Electron” Boson.
With the temperature, on the Lunar surface, ranging over far below freezing and to high temperatures beyond 1500 degree Kelvin it offers, transition features, of certain properties, of the Lunar Material.
The interactions responsible, for the transitions, have coupling constants that generate Direct or Exchange contributions to the Energy levels of the New Boson.
The material on the Moon has definitely certain internal fields. Obviously, the topological excitations of the material on the surface of Moon is a subject

ABSTRACT:

The article recommends that the Geologists, Physicists and Geochemists and other types of geo-related scientists to expedite the analysis and collection of valuable material of the Mother India dating back to PURANIC era. This era dates back to 18 crores of years. The material would be last to the greedy excavators and the HI-TECH super giants who have scant respect for the Ancient Land of India andtheir sole concern was to exploit as much possible. Heavy machinery and huge transport systems are being used to shuttle away precious materials of Ancient origin. The younger generation at least should know the nature of the Land and Mother Earth their predecessors have enjoyed. Such were the descriptions of regions in Ancient India, perhaps from the days of Puranic era of a few million years ago. Many a Physicists and Geophysics students would definitely in my opinion after publication of this article embark on the Geomorphologic features of this prime land of interesting study. Few people are aware of the total disappearance of about 21 hills of Erada konda region(vizag), and that material was used to construct the North and South break waters of Visakhapatnam port Harbor to facilitate exports. No scientific and Geological record of it exist*.

INTRODUCTION:

Southern peninsular region around the Hyderabad and Secunderabad cities needs to be clubbed with the regions of Karnataka, Maharashtra and Gujarat. The recent Bhuj earthquake that produced a spiraling upsurge that completely flattened the excellent region of fine artisans of India, damaged even the Ahmadabad city and in between areas. The black soil at Nandade and Nasik and adjoining regions was useful to cultivate Cotton. Such is the case of black soil in Andhra Pradesh from Bellamkonda region to Lingalagutta. Lava flows of the past created the geomorphologic scenario of these fertile lands. Dhrawad rocks are very famous. The object of present study is to recommend the Geologists, Physicists and Geochemists and other type geo related scientists to expedite the analysis and collection of valuable material of the Mother India dating back to PURANIC era. This era dates back to 18crores years. The material would be last to the greedy excavators and the HI-TECH super giants who have scant respect for the Ancient Land of India and their sole concern is to exploit as much possible. Heavy machinery and huge transport systems are being used to shuttle away precious material of Ancient origin.Political pundits and rulers of the Land have different eyesight and many a times are unscientific since, they have limited knowledge pool and exist surrounded by big industrialists. The best can be done is to associate various scientists and engineers to maintain records of excavations, digital photographs of the regions, sample collection at periodical times, note the disappearing positions of the hilliocks, rocks, quartz and nano-materials, fine sands, and the black, yellow and red soils and their admixtures.

Deccan Traps:

They were created at the end of Cretaceous era formation and beginning of Eocene of intense volcanic activity. Many fissures in Earth's crust outpoured basaltic lava. Volcanic plateaus over 1800 meters in ht more than 1,000,00sq.kms in area were formed.

RED soil:

Granites and gneisses on weathering give rise to red soils. Wide diffusion of iron in them and characterized by high texture, porous, absence of lime,Kankara and free carbonates, but have some soluable salts. Bajra can be grown on these red soils. Poor in iron oxide, phosphoric and nitrogen content.

Black soil:

Titaniferrous magnetite or iron and black constituents of rocks mostly derived from schists and basic gnesses. The later derived soil is found shallow while the former derived soil found in considerable depths. Retentive of moisture compact in texture, tenacious when wet. Unworkable in rain since the ploughsget stuck. Has iron, lime, calcium, magnesiumcarbonates and alumina. Potash content is available.

MOUNTAINS WITH TOP HUGE BOULDERS:

This is the landscape of Secunderabad and Hyderabad. I was fortunate enough to travel by train between Secunderabad and Guntur by a superfast express train and noticed the following on the 1st March 2008.Undoubtedly the Secunderabad and Hyderabad region was formed due to a fissure upsurge of volcanic activity and the outpour of smoldering boulders and rocks that formed slate like features. The repeated upsurge is responsible for these slates like formations of valuable mineral contents from the Earth's interior Mantle region.Upto Pidugurallu (railway station) region the drip water irrigation is found to be very popular. This farming is known in Telugu language as Bindu Sedhyamu. The land in between is full of Hills and boulders of immense size that got shaped in attractive eye catching forms due to withering away in weather over millions of years.Small stretches of the irrigation able lands are being effectively and intelligently used, by the drip irrigation schemes.

PIDUGURALLU:

The very name Pidigurallu suggests their origin due to the volcanic eruption. These rocks were those that were far flung into this area of Andhra Pradesh from a fissure disruption of fiery rocks upsurge of Earth's mantle material. The people described them most aptly as fiery rocks of lightning. The area extends over a few kilometrs. The Pidugurallu gives an easy estimate of the power behind the upsurge. No where in the world of civilizations a word of this kind was coined by the Ancienters of the Globe.

THUMMALACHERUVU:

Next the Thummalcheruvu, most probably the pre-cambrian or the pre-Puranic lake area, that is now being used to grow rice, cotton and Mirchy. Up to Nadikudi junction region the land is being used for rice, cotton and Mirchy cultivation. But am surprised to note that the Eucalyptus plantations, over these fertile lands probably under government subsidy. But that's dangerous that these would suck away the possible underground water reservoirs. The pattern of crop growth seems to be the same up to the Bellamkonda. Drip irrigationis very popular to the region of Miryalaguda.Telengana names usually have the suffix "guda", like mettaguda.

NADIKUDI JUNCTION:

Several cement factories have sprung up in recent times and the entire surface area is being pulled away for easy slate stones that can be pulverized(NANO-MATERIAL NATURAL) and directly used by manufacturing industries. The entire region up to Lingalagutta is full of unprecedented activity of Mother Earth milky Lands excavations. The excellent fine quartz stones are being arranged in lots of Railway Wagon 22-Ton loads to beshipped to foreign countries. It is pitiable to see the conditions of the manual labor that are being employed here for the Mother Earth excavations.

BELLAMAKONDA:

After the Bellamkonda region begins somewhat a very fine sandy region via Sattanapalli (fine sand) up to Gudipudi and Lingalagutta. Note the change in the local names of these regions. The change is not either pertaining to a reference of Andhra region or the Telanga but to Geomorphologic structures and the soil fertility etc. Such were the descriptions of regionsin Ancient India, perhaps from the days of Puranic era of a few million years ago. Many a Physicists and Geophysics students would definitely in my opinion after publication of this article embark on the Geomorphologic features of this prime land of?(Uncertain Materials***) interesting study. Construction of the Rama Sethu Bridge (known as Adam's Bridge) prevented the errosion of the Sothern peninsular region. Was it a Geological?***Marvel of a man made dam or a Puranic story? Am sure political pundits of either group would scratch their heads. (See the articles by Dr.DVNSarma at this Blog Dashboard) Thanks to The RAMA SETHU the southern pennisular of India exists today, consisting of Tamil Nadu and parts of Andhra Pradesh and the KERALA State.

REGADA BHUMI:

The black soil known in Telugu as Regada Bhumi and has been adopted in Latin in a very subtle but corrupted form. Of more interest is the Black soil that is immensely present in the region between Bellamkonda and the Lingalagutta city.

LINGALAGUTA:

This region offers excellent hillocks that would soon disappear due to blasting and lorry transporting away of Kankara and road building material. Crushing machines and labour of probably of very low wages may be found working round the clock.

SIRIPURAM:

Siripuram is really a wealthy land of crops but tobacco plantations have been encouraged by British to kill the profits of the other produce. But these days the cotton, rice, mirchy and tobacco are being grown.

BLACKSOIL AREA:

Nallapadu the very name suggests the Black soil content of the region.

GUNTUR and TENALI:

Landscape in this area of Andhra Pradesh drastically differs from the Hyderabad and Secunderabad regions. Approaching Guntur peoplenote the fine yellow dusty sand and an admixed sand of red soil at Tenali, but pure Red sand hills near Guntur.

EXTENT OF OUTPOUR OF VOLCANIC ERRUPTION:

This completes a brief description of the stretch of the extent of outpour of the volcanic material ash, rocks and the formations of small hillocksfrom Secunderabad to Guntur.

CONCLUSION:

I thought it would be a strong recommendation to the Geologists, Geophysicists and Geo Information Scientists to become of the rapid transformation of geomorphologic and geotopological changes unleashed by the unconcerned, unplanned and unscientifically launcheddevelopment activity in Andhra Pradesh. The activity is being executed and implemented in an extreme greedy manner both by the Governments and the MNCs and corporate sector Industrialists and companies with a view to make unprecedented profits and immediate gains. The demand was generatednot only by the home consumption of Industrial produce in India but mostly for export orientation of genuine and precious resource materials. The millions of years ago generated material unstudied by the scientific experts in India are being shipped away in Mega-Ton containers for hoarding in far off places from the Indian Coastal line. Special railway line facilities and special transport bridges and means of Transport has been facilitated in Andhra Pradesh in the guise of development. It is pitiable sight to see the workers employed on these excavations of theMother Earth. The output decorates the luxurious apartments and fabulous building constructions of Hotels etc.

**Deccan traps:

The Deccan traps are of 65 million-year-old and extend from Saurashtra to Central India. The 500,000sq.km Deccan traps hold a lot of potential for oil and diamonds. The project investigations indicated large thickness of Mesozoic sediments with all possibility of oil entrapments. The Deccan traps consisted of hard molten rocks with thickness ranging from 800meters to 1.5Km. Life forms were active about 160million years ago and all organic related hydrocarbon deposits come mostly from Mesozoic formations globally and they are easy to drill. But the Deccan traps overlaid on the Mesozoic sedimentation made it difficult till now to prospect the oil.

ROM device of the human being needs to be perfected at the High School level itself so that their IT facility would work at optimal performance. He said that RAM is provided by different environments of School tests and as well in a creative effort of art and engineering. He stressed that every child should look towards the Global Marketing of any design, product or a project undertaken at home or outside at an enterprise of his employment. The driving force behind every child or pupil is the brain that he has and best use of it for a specific achievement in Life needs to be aimed at. When asked by a student that he wants to become a Computer Engineer he advised him to acquire ingenuity like the Wright brothers who flew the first airplane. A girl students question regarding the possible influence of Saturn on Earth, he replied given the hot and warm conditions of the SUN, he said that it might create certain effects that may compound with Saturn's Ring atmospheres and, produce some disturbances on the Earth. For another students' querry that the Ancient Vedas describe the presence of Jala (water) in the interior of Earth; he said that what exists there is a fluidous state of molten iron and nickel etc elements, which due to their rotational motion produce the magnetic north and south pole of Earth. One may regard this as Jala if need be. Regarding whether Vedas are to be studied he replied if his CPU (or the Brain) intends to take up the course study in the Vedas it is up to him to decide since we are a part of a Culture that has immense respect of Secularism.
The Vice-Principal Madam Annie Jose, (who got the Management permission) and the members of staff (Science and Physics teachers) were happy to talk to me. It is fortunate that I met Mrs. D. Bharati (Phy/Maths teacher) D/o Prof.D.S.R.Murthy (Tel.No.27203101) at SGVM High School and found that she is a relative of Dr.Y.Bhupala Rao, [Tel.No.27404173 central excise Colony] (& a student of late Professor Kotcherlakota Rangadhama Rao, D.Sc. (Madras) D.Sc. (London)).
He also met the Principal Madam of PRAGATI College for Women at the same premises and found her to be good in scientific outlook and temper to advise the ARTS and COMMERCE students of her college. They were busy with some exams.

Dr D V N Sarma and His Diamond Work at USA 1957-1959 Blog Post Dt.2nd March 2008 Research Forum Meeting 2nd March 2008

Dr.D.V.N. Sarma and his Diamond work Scripps Institute of Oceanography, University of California, La Jolla, CaliforniaFlat No.1A2, Dolphins Apts, next to Taj Residency Hotel, Visakhapatnam
Dr DVNSarma worked with Prof.Harold Clayton Urey, at University of California, La Jolla, CaliforniaScripps Institute of Oceanography, moved along with him as a research assistant from Chicago. October 1957 to Jan 1959for an year and couple of months in Chicago. He was given the job of extracting diamond carbon material from Meteorites, those objects which was originally of Moon size, at the time when solar system was formed and got refined and reformed dueto often collisions. Prof Urey H.C had his own version of creation of universe from gas and dust clouds. He thought water was a sticking agent and objects of moonsize formed primordially that collided with each other, got modified and reformed. They melted away due to radiations and reformed into Planets with atmospheres. When there was no water on the Moon Prof Urey.H.C was made to eat a cake of no water on Moon after Apollo findings.Important findings have been made by DVNSarma regarding the Meteorites and for this purpose he developed a new technique of isolation of material that constituted the Meteorites.THE TECHNIQUE OF Dr.DVNSarma:The task of isolating the carbon content of Diamonds was difficult since, too small a content. He was spared with only 100gms to 200 Gms of the preciousmaterial and was given the object of finding the contents. He used a new technique unlike the one usually employed by the Chemistry people and found theDiamond Carbon by X-Ray analysis. DVNSarma was thrilled to find tiny magnetic crystals under a simple magnifyingmicroscope and discovered the tiny micro-diamond crystals of micro-grams weight. A dinner was given to him for that finding.Later Kgs of material was used by Miller, using the technique of KNO3 dissolution, who won the Nobel Prizefor isolating Diamonds. He Dr.DVNSarma published one paper along with THOSHIKA MAYEDA an American-Japanese researcher. The paper was published in Geochemical & CosmosChemica Acta. At California: At University of California the Professor gave DVNSarma a higher rating and gave him a fatty fellowship may be as a post-doctoralFellow, even before his Doctoral degree was awarded by AU, to the jealous eyes of the others.
DVNSarma arrived in America on Oct 1st, 1957 at Chicago by flight from Mumbai, on the 30th Sept 1957.He moved with his ProfessorTo California spent there six months before taking a sea voyage to India. He took French liner ship to reach Boston (England) fromNew York that took six days of sea travel. By train saw Oxford and London from there by ship to Calais (Paris) crossing the Channel. Spent at a Luxurious Hotel Continental (Royal peoples) paying $10 a night visited the Amphitheaters, went sight seeing in Paris and had been to the Eiffel Tower and the surrounding Gardens. He had been to Germany and at Dusseldorf in a hotel he was amazed to see a German treating him with a glass of water in a perfect marching style, with perfect right angle turns, march step covering of the distances, placing and removing the glass of water in an extremely METHODICAL way. From Paris he went to Rome by train. There he had been to Vatican and Maples and several amphitheaters of sport pleasure of the Italian kings and public. He went to a film theater and found Italian language of the movie very nice and fine. (A modified Latin perhaps with Sanskrit).Rythem of language was similar to Sanskrit. Traveled by sea 10 days from Italy to reach Mumbai via Karachiand Aden (Yemen). He saw Karachi under escort by police officers and found Aden a wonderful place like the Lebanon.QUANTUM ORBIT PLANETS: The idea of Quantum Orbits planets that melted away and became gases is still an opinion of DVNSarma that he holds to his heart. He reached Bombay around 15th May 1959.
