ABSTRACT
The Gravity waves phenomena have recurred twice at Visakhapatnam, once on March 1st and again on March 8th of this month. Several parts of Telangana and Seemandhra region Tuesday March 3, 2014 had hail storm that hardly lasted 15 minutes causing huge losses. The hail storm clouds moved over to the Bapatla region of the Sea shore and gave plenty of rain throughout its path way from Hyderabad to Bapatla but only intermittent rains occurred. Srihari Kotcherlakota at 9h26mA.M at his Blog posted on Tuesday February 25, 2014 about his house equipped with solar panels, size of each panel is about 5f x 2.5ft in a south facing roof big enough to mount 17 panels of this size and no trees or other building blocking the Sun. He got usage down to 750KWh with energy audit and discovered these things. Now he pays $300 per year, instead of $3000 per yr. The theory of “quintessence” which proposes a sort of anti-gravitating agent that repels. On the eve of 28th March the first time heat waves have been noticed at Visakhapatnam and people felt the hot winds blowing around the city. Kountenya Sinha reports (TheTimes of India) during the last week of March 2014 that particles smaller than Higgs Boson known as Techni-Quarks that form extension of Standard model have been examined in the last five years. The rings are only 3 km to 7 km wide with a gap of 9 km located around Chariklo asteroid between Saturn and Uranus in June 2013

Introduction

NASA’s space Hubble Telescope reports HE0437-5439 a hyper velocity star with a speed of 2.5 Million Km an hour in 2010. In 2006 two more castaway stars were discovered.  In 2005, it was first discovered a hyper-velocity star found by Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory.  University of Vanderbilt with a team of Lady Palladino found now 20 new hyper-velocity stars they travel at speed of 1.6 million Km per hour. [Astrophysics Journal 1 January 2014.] Their ejection mechanism is not known.

Fig.1a The GRB130427A, before and after the gamma ray burst in Leo constellation observed for 20 long hours, with one gamma ray of energy at least 94 GeV, about 35 billion times the visible light, by Swift satellite on 27 April 2013, when a massive star collapsed to a Black Hole at its centre within a few minutes! [Science 3 January 2014.]

Fig.1b. Four of the new class of Hyper-Velocity stars at 1.6million Km speed per hour relative to galaxy the Milky Way, fast to escape gravitational pull were discovered.

Kountenya Sinha reports (TheTimes of India) last week of March 2014 that particles smaller than Higgs Boson known as “Techni-Quarks” that form extension of Standard model have been examined in the last five years. The binding of these particles studied during last eight or five years by a handful of theories seems to be a new venture.

Hailstorm in Hyderabad and other places in AP

Several parts of Telangana and Seemandhra region Tuesday March 3, 2014 had hail storm that hardly lasted 15 minutes causing huge losses. Rain fall of 13.4 mm recorded in the district in Warangal with highest rain fall 98.2 mm in Mulugu mandal. Venkatapura mandal received 68.6 mm, Cherial 44.6mm Raghunathpally 44.2 mm and Mulugu Ghanpur had 42.2 mm.

Saluru and Bapatla other places had these showers of rain of swiftly moving clouds in Andhra region travelling away from Hyderabad region.

These depict the sudden movement of rainy clouds over from Hyderabad to Andhra region on 5 March 2014. Bapatla sea resort etc., had these rains but not at Visakhapatnam.

Weather was extremely hot on 6 March reminding one of the onset of summer 2014. But on the days 7 and 8 March the city was cloud covered partially lessening the summer heat.

Gravity waves Recurrence

The Gravity waves recurred again on the eve of 8 March 2014 around 6h15m PM and could easily be photographed due to the lasting evening Sun light of the summer. The entire day time the weather was very cloudy with minimal Sun light on this day.

The J&K state had on Wednesday 12 March 2014, an unprecedented snowfall that triggered avalanches and damaged 159 structures. Eleven people and two army Jawans were killed by the avalanches, while over 100 injured were evacuated to safety.

The sudden cloudy weather in Visakhapatnam on the morning of March 12, 2014 is surprising though it is expected that pre-monsoon rains occur.  In the evening also the cloudy weather prevailed. The 13th morning the Sun was feeble and cloudy weather reduced Sun light by 50%.

13th evening slight Gravity waves receding on the west have been observed. But on 13th night, 14th March to 19th March there were no visible Gravity waves. Slight warm winter heat felt in the city. The 19th evening clouds have cleared on 20th morning and the mild Sun shine persisted through the day with sweltering heat for the first time of this season.

RAINS IN KASHMIR VALLEY

Rains lashed Kashmir Valley on Monday March 17, 2014 and an avalanche warning issued in Bandipora. Next few days hail storms and thunder squall would occur. Many apple trees and Orchards were lost due to these rains.

Heavy Snow

Washington D.C and nearby states of the east coast are blanketed by heaviest snows of the season on Monday March 17, 2014. This is the second largest snow of the season created massive ice jams and caused rivers to overflow.

ECHOES OF BIG BANG DETECTED

South Pole telescope detected ‘first direct evidence of cosmic inflation’ said experts of BICEP2 telescope collaboration at Harvard-Smithsonian Center of Astrophysics. It was equipped with a lens of aperture 26cms, scanning an effective area of 2 to 10 times the width of the Moon. Ratio of tensor to scalar that denotes the amplitude of gravitational waves found to be 0.20 ±0.05. This is said to confirm the connection of Quantum Mechanics with General Relativity. Small fluctuations gave scientists new clues in the region of “Southern Hole” where there is little dust and extra galactic material to interfere.[Report The Hindu Dt. 18 March 2014].The inflationary theory epoch is thought to have set off gravitational waves rippling through the continuum that etched their effects on the B-mode curling pattern in the magnetic field.

The weather during the four days of 19 to 22 March 2014 in Visakhapatnam was one of mild Sun may be sequel to the heavy hailstorm rains in Vidarba state in Maharashtra State. Years ago the present author staying in 2/2 Teachers Quarters in Shivaji University, Kolhapur has observed a score of hailstones that fell on his quarters and collected as bunch at the backyard. That was probably the year 1969. Periodic hailstorm falls seems to happen at Maharashtra State in the Kolhapur region.

March 26 astronomers of Barzil found a surprising around the Chariklo asteroid located between Saturn and Uranus in June 2013. The rings are only 3 km to 7 km wide with a gap of 9 km between them.  They might be shepherded by small satellites.

Unusual, the Ocean waves

Unusual, the Ocean waves have become very noisy and the last two days on 26 and 27 the raucous and boisterous splashing of currents could be heard. The heat wave though becoming strong in Andhra Pradesh, Visakhapatnam city on the Beach shore area recorded only mild summer temperatures during the days 23 to 27th March.

On the eve of 28th March the first time heat waves have been noticed at Visakhapatnam and people felt the hot winds blowing around the city. The heat waves prevailed in Visakhapatnam city, during the days of end of March 2014, and heat waves prevailed with scorching Sun in Visakhapatnam city and temperature touched the 40 C mark quiet early in the summer season.

Sunspot Solar flares

Sunspot AR2017 has a 'beta-gamma-delta' magnetic field that harbored for X-class Solar flares. A rare magnetic crochet measuring 17 nT at the magnetometer in Boulder, Colorado, observed caused by electrical currents flowing in air at 60 Km to 100 Km. They arrive unlike geomagnetic disturbance with C M E flares days after a flare, but occur while the Solar flare is under progress, Magnetic crochet occurred during the fast impulsive flares.

Vacuum Energy and Dark Energy

It is speculated that mysterious dark energy might have its roots in the background “vacuum energy” a new study suggests. Spain University of Barcelona scientists believe the quantum vacuum fluctuations fundamentally contribute to the values that we observe and measure. The theory of quintessence which proposes a sort of anti-gravitating agent that repels. As of March 2013 NASA estimates the rate of expansion as 70.4 Km per sec per megaparsec (million parsecs or 3.3 million light years). Wilkinson Microwave anisotropy Probe (AWMAP) finds the rate as 71 km/s per megaparsec. Observations of Plank and other satellites presumed to solve the equation of state of Dark Energy!

ADDENDUM

Feb 25 to 28, 2014

This is the second time of the season of the unusual summer beginning, rain in the North India for the four days 25 Feb to 28 Feb., as reported and experienced by Dr. Lalitha Kumari M.D.(USA) staying at Amarkantak for the Shivarathri festival on the night of February 27, 2014.

SOLAR STINT:

Tuesday February 25, 2014.

Posted by, Srihari Kotcherlakota at 9h26mA.M at his Blog.

In theory, an average state with 11.72 cents per KWh and average home consuming 903 KWh costs about $106 per month. So, you could say that savings could be $50 per month on an investment of $5.6k. That sounds great? Not so fast. Size of each panel is about 5 ft x 2.5 ft. You need a south facing roof big enough to mount 17 panels of this size and no trees or other building blocking the Sun. If you live in a gated community or a condo, they should not object to your solar panels. Why did I do it then? in Alameda county, CA where my house is, the “baseline”, quantity is about 400 KWh which varies from season to season and above the baseline, the price per KWh was 24 to 42 cents. My energy consumption was about 1000 KWh per month and I was paying $250 per month electric bill. With Solar system generating 500 KWh per month and replacing bulbs with energy efficient bulbs, old single pane windows with double pane windows, I got my usage down to 750 KWh because I did energy audit and found these things. Now I pay $300 per year instead of $3000 per yr. I am getting my money back in another 1-yr or so (about 5.5 yrs from start).Worked for me. So, do you jump on the Solar band wagon? May be, may be not…..

The Primary Series :- The first Principal, Sharp and
Diffuse series fall in the extreme ultraviolet and
attempts are here made to fix these, if possible, only by
extrapolation and then seek for confirmation by correlating
the members of the spectra of related elements i.e. InII etc.
The method led to the suggestion of the probable, chief triplet
of the Sharp Series. But in spite of such confirmation, it
may be stated that this cannot be considered as final
and requires experimental confirmation.

The usual Rydberg relation and formula applied to
the above mentioned two triplets lead to the position λ 1020
as the approximate position of the triplet  1 3 p 0,1 2 – 1 3 s 1 with
separation 1 3 p 1 – 1 3 p 2  =  3150. A more correct idea of the
separation is perhaps obtained from the relation that
in the similar spectra of elements of the same vertical group
of the periodic table, Δν (1 3 p 1 – 1 3 p 2  ) a value of about 4500.

The only available values of λ wave length of spark
lines of Tin in the required region are those of Lang 54 A
very careful search is made for a possible p triplet among
these lines of λ below 1400 A. U. having in view the
relative outer and magnitudes of the intensities and the
probable ratio of the intervals between the lines in the
triplet. This search revealed the following----
λ  (vac)                 Int               ν                 Δν
                     1251.3                   (60)         79917
                                                                                           4138
                     1189.7                   (40)          84055
                                                                                           2286
                     1158.2                   (60)          86431

Page 75
Evidence for the possibility of this to be regarded  as
the member 13p – 13 s of Sn III is now sought by searching
for the corresponding triplets in the spectrum of In II with
the aid of the Relativistic Irregular and Regular Doublet
Laws and also in the spectrum of Ga II, --- the spectra of
which are found to resemble very closely the corresponding
Spectra of Indium.

The method, as shown below, is that adopted by
Millikan & Bowen 55 in the identification of lines of CIII.

Formula on p gives -----
ν’/R={(n22 – n12)Z2 – 2(n22 σ 1  - n12σ2 )Z + n22 σ12 - n21 σ22}/( n21 n22)

In the case under consideration, the line 13p – 13s1,
or “Bohr notation ( 53p – 63 s1) is due to an electron jump
between two orbits of different total quantum numbers i.e.
n2   is different from  n1.

                             Hence transposing—
ν’-  R (Z2) (n22 – n12) / (n21 n22)   = c Z + D
 or
ν’  -  R (Z- A)2 (n22 – n12) / (n21 n22)   = c’ Z + D’

The whole expression on the left side varies linearly
with the atomic number Z for any particular set of
values of n 2 ,  n1σ1  , σ2 .

Here n 2- 6 & n1 =5

∴    R  (n22 – n12) / (n21 n22)   =    R   (62 – 52) / (62 52)=1340.5
                                                R being 109,737.

Page 76
The first column in the table below gives the value
of  n of Cd I and the above value tentatively supposed
to be that of Sn III

                             Putting A= 47
                   For Cd I ==è n’ =  n -1340.5 x 12
                                                = 19656.8-1340.5

                   For Sn III =è n’ =  79917 -1340.5 x 32

support to the correctness of the identification.

Further support is given by the discovery of the

seen in the beautiful spectrograms accompanying
Carroll’s paper and agrees excellently with that of

ADDENDUM

I have recently published a booklet in December 2013, on "Anti-Photon" giving the possibility of collapse of Einstein’s Theory of Relativity, giving way to a possibility of Anti-Photons being released from the Earth’s interior and, spurting up to interact with the Earth’s bound atmosphere contents.

Prof K R Rao has foreseen the possibility of

Relativistic Irregular and Regular Doublet Laws.
