The author was lucky to photo-record the Gravity waves in Vijayanagaram. The Gravity Waves were very slight and at a considerable height in the sky were photographed on the 8th Sept 2013 morning around 5h32mAM.  For four days it rained heavily throughout, especially night around 00h10mAM practically on all the four days, i.e. 18-19th, 19-20th, 20-21st, and 21-22nd of September 2013. The initial heavy thunder and lightning bolts of few seconds non-stop for nearly one to one and half hours during the midnight and later the drizzling heavy downpour continuous used to subside after nearly 4AM. After two days of, the Earth Quake in Pakistan on Tuesday September 24, 2013 around 4h29m afternoon, the Visakhapatnam City has been receiving rains, with initial thunder and heavy lightning, during the evening and night times. From 25 onward rains are down pouring at Visakhapatnam and surprisingly with intense hot weather in the mornings. Today i.e. on 28 the afternoon itself by 2h16mPM the thundering rain started. Rain down poured in the evening of September 29, 2013 with lots of lightning and thunder for nearly one and half hours and was drizzling throughout the night. The 30th it was totally cloudy weather with no Sun visible at all even throughout the day in Visakhapatnam.

Double Earth Quakes in Pakistan on 24th Tuesday and again on Saturday 28th of this month at the Sind and Baluchistan provinces left several people dead. Japan country developed a sky thrusting rocket of almost at the expense of half the cost of conventional payload rockets and claims only 10 people enough to manage the launch of rocket skyward instead of 150 people.

INTRODUCTION

ANDHRA STATE STRIKE
People were rich enough to move in private auto-rickshaws in spite the city bus services totally suspended for over more than a month from August 1st by the strike people of Andhra State against the move of independent “Telangana” State formation by the New Delhi administration. It continued throughout month of September 2013 as well.

Earthquakes of magnitude 8.3R

The Earth Quake Mw 8.3 that struck beneath the Sea of Okhotsk, Russia on May 24, 2013 intriguing seismologists since it occurred at a depth of 609km (378 miles) defying the possible explanation of the rupture that occurred. It is presumed due to normal faulting.  The intense pressure on the fault should have prevented the kind of rupture that took place.

Pakistan Earth Quake

Tuesday September 24, 2013 an Earth Quake shook Pakistan in magnitude 7.7R at Ahara District Vok Jo about 69kms away at 4h29mPM afternoon and felt the reverberations in India also. The dead people number crossed over 535 in Pakistan. Again on Saturday 28th there was an Earth Quake in Pakistan of Sind and Beluchistan province of magnitude 7.2R at different places.  About 25 people died. Another 8 died in Ahara District Vok Jo town. Delhi felt the Earth Tremors at both times of the Earth Quake occurrence in Pakistan.

Boltzmann Brains (21 Sept 2013)

These brains do exist believes Sean Carroll, a Theoretical Physicist from CIT, reported in “LiveScience” publication. These tiny bubbles in space, due to vacuum destabilization, by slightly heavier top quark mass of order 3% more  with current value of 173 billion eV, would cause Higgs Field to be less energetic, and move fast in space, at almost the speed of light. When hit by the bubbles all masses do change and humanity would die. They appear once in every 20 billion years. The universe now aged 13.8 billion years may live another10 billion years or so. If not top quarks, eventuality, then even stranger fate dominated by Boltzmann Dooms Day would occur. To avoid this menace the top quark mass must be 178 billion eV. Mass of top quark seems to be speculative. The energy of the vacuum would be low enough, to avoid the concept of Boltzmann Brain depending on the massiveness of top quark.

OBSERVATIONS

GRAVITY WAVES
On the 7th evening and 8th morning of September 2013 the author was at Vijayanagaram to collect some papers from my M.Sc. Physics Student of AGL College. The sparkling Sun glory was captured by the two photos given. The author was lucky to photo-record the Gravity waves in Vijayanagaram. The Gravity Waves were very slight and at a considerable height in the sky were photographed on the 8 September 2013 morning around 5h32m.AM.

RAIN

The night of 1 September 2013 around 11h55PM there was a heavy rain for about one and half hours but next day i.e. on 2 September 2013 morning the burning sun shine made the author fell sick by sun stroke, due his travel midday, around 1 O’clock noon to late night 4AM next morning. The night and early morning there was a continuous drizzle of rain and morning of 3 September it was totally cloudy even at 11h02m.AM. The lightning at Narasimha Ashram on 3rd Sept 2013 morning around 1AM (MVI_1037) was very captivating.  The author made a movie of the thunder rain. The full Sun shine on 4 September 2013 throughout the day was very interesting.

Rains occasional with cloudy overcast sky gave a relief from hot sun and but people were continuously engaged in strikes and the city bus services suspended. The sea has incursion on to land on the 18 September 2013 evening the 14 day of the Pournima that thrilled people engaged in God Vigneswar idols immersion in the Sea waters ashore the beach  in Visakhapatnam.

Even on the 19 September 2013 morning the rain clouds were hanging over Visakhapatnam. It rained on the evening of 19 September continuously from 7.30PM to next day morning 4AM at Visakhapatnam with initial thunder and heavy lightning. The water supply at Maharanipeta got disturbed possibly due to rain splash on the night of 19 September 2013.

Rains lashed in the evening time with thunders for the last four days and it rained heavily throughout, especially night around 00h10mAM practically on all the four days, i.e. 21-22nd, 20-21st,19-20th and 18-19th of September 2013. The rains occurred with splashing lightning and heavy rolling thunders for nearly one to one and half hours daily during the night and later drizzling continuously throughout night till early morning till 4.AM. The initial heavy thunder and lightning bolts of few seconds non-stop for nearly one to one and half hours during the midnight and later the drizzling heavy downpour continuous used to subside after nearly 4AM. The phenomenon used to get initiated around 7.PM evening, it so happened on all the four days mentioned. The lightning severity was frightful and thunder bolts felt almost over the residential areas in Official Colony in the beach area and caused severe panic in the residents. Because of night time occurrence most of the people felt deep sleep disturbed due to the severity of lightning and thunders.

On 23 September 2013 the Visakhapatnam reeled under intense Sun. The author who went out for new INDIANA cooking Gas card at “Purna Market” area in the town, update felt giddy and took rest till 6.00.PM from almost 1.00PM in the noon. He is aged 74yrs and 2 months.

The 30th it was totally cloudy weather with no Sun visible at all even throughout the day but it didn’t rain in Visakhapatnam.

 Hailstone Deaths

It is reported that at Rabilli in Elamanchalli located town S. Rayavaram on the 28 September 2013 afternoon at different places six people died due to fall of thunderbolts. Five happens to be Lady farming women belonging to Rambilli Mandalam. They died struck by the thunderbolt around 3PM.  Same mandal Bhima Raju satyavathi (38yrs) died at petramadipuram due to a thunderbolt.

Japan

It is very significant that Japan country developed a sky thrusting rocket of almost at the expense of half the cost of conventional payload rockets, and claims only 10 people enough to manage the launch of rocket skyward instead of 150 people. The rocket employs “artificial intelligence” computer soft & hardware and so the cost has enormously decreased. It was hailed as a great breakthrough in the history of rocket manufacture all over the world.

Ultra-relativistic electrons - Third Ring Formation

A third rings of extremely energetic particles, sound a new physics than typical Van Radiation Belts. Located at a distance of 1000 to 50,000km from Earth’s surface possess electrons that move almost with velocity of light. They are present both in the inner and outer belts. The Plasma waves produced by ions knocked off ultra-relativistic electrons in the outer belt down almost to the inner edge of the outer belt. On September 1 2012, only a narrow ring of ultra-relativistic electrons survived this storm and after the storm a “Cold Bubble of Plasma” expanded around Earth that protected the particles in the narrow rings, allowing rings to persist. They are hazardous for the space vehicles.

PROTEIN VIRUS SIGNATURES

Simple viruses contain mainly protein and nucleic acid each of which has a characteristic absorption spectrum in the Ultra Violet light. Nucleic acid has absorption at 260nm (RNA E0.1% =25; DNAE0.1% =20). While protein has E0.1% =0.5 hence nucleic acid spectrum dominates. Variation of nucleic acids absorption spectrum does not change much with its composition.  But that of protein depends on the proportion of aromatic amino acids. Absorption spectrum allows fixing the virus concentration. (See Fig.6)

Visible Moon in Morning Hours

Moon is beautifully viewed in the morning hours of every day following the heavy rains that lashed Visakhapatnam almost the days 26 to 28 September 2013.

The Daily News Aug 7 1985

Her visit to Vijayawada on the two days 30 September and 1 October 2013 gave her opportunity to high light the trusciencetrutechnology@blogspot.com, Volume 2013, Issue No.1, Dt.1 January 2013 entitled “…. Rangadhama multiple Interferometer”, publication of the author presented at the Indian Science Congress 100th at Kolkata session in Physics. She took (a very fascinating feature) the print outs of the above paper from the Internet, since she was interested in the new version of multiple interferometer details, given in the above mentioned blogspot.com by Professor Dr. Kotcherlakota Lakshmi Narayana. She spoke on two days 30 September afternoon and 1 October 2013 morning sessions at the Medical Doctor Experts meetings held in Vijayawada attended by about 250 experts of Pharmacy etc other disciplines of Medicine.

CONCLUSIONS

The Gravity Waves were very slight and at a considerable height in the sky were photographed on the 8 September 2013 morning around 5h32m.AM at Vijayanagaram. May be they are a prelude to the Earth Quake occurrence in Pakistan where they occurred on 24th and again on 28th of this month. The Occurrence of two Earth Quakes in Pakistan and subsequent rains with lapse of 36hours at Visakhapatnam are very interesting. No Gravity Waves were observed in Viskahapatnam following the Earth Quakes in Pakistan.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

I am happy to note the splendid UV absorption pictures of the protein and nucleic acid of “simple viruses” that reminds me of Late Prof K. R. Rao D.Sc. (Madras) D.Sc. (London) valiant effort in the early 20th century of the years 1919-1925 at Vijayanagaram, Andhra State who strived devotionally as a young researcher to record the UV spectra of molecules some obviously characterize the amino acids undoubtedly.

Prof V R Rao was tried by Prof K R Rao to start Biophysics Department and a special course of studies in AU Colleges in the year 1957 and unluckily, in month of June Prof K R Rao developed heart trouble, due to concentrated effort being a singular Principal of AU, and was admitted to KGH Hospital in special ward Room No.12. Later the acting Principal (a Tamilian misguided by his friends, name not mentioned) squashed the ready proposal of implementation, saying that Madras University in Tamil Nadu has the Biophysics well developed and Andhra University needn’t concentrate on it.
