Mikael Stamm student of Saiva Siddhanta at Madras University, from Denmark, visited temples and found a living culture of religion. Original Viking culture, vanished in 200 years, at the advent of more powerful Christianity in Denmark. Nada Karika deals with origin of sound, and one need to learn in a temple how words are used in rituals. In India it is amazing to see how a religion is thousands of years old. Temples survive because of Bhakti by devotees not by government. Katyayana and Patanjali believed that language was eternal very much like Vedas. The ultimate experience is without words. Saiva Siddhanta did not subscribe to the theory that world was illusion.

Shivering Udyagiri: Monday 20 June
In lost six months 55 times Earth Tremors have occurred in Udhyagiri. Sleepless nights a regular feature in these areas of Vinjamur, Duttaluru, Udayagiri, Varikuntapadu, Atmakuru and Marripadu. Chakalikonda village people of 30 families, left the place and moved to safer places.

This area of Udayagiri and Atmakuru were places of less rain and lost four years faced famine conditions. But the lost year heavy rains, in the month of November, water reached the lakes and small pockets of water storage, enhanced underground water storage. Since the water reached the underground layers of this area. The slabs of the earth are trying to readjust with the earth tremors occurring. This results in the peculiar sounds people are listening. Consequently the surface earth is trying to readjust to the new environment, resulting in movement of underground platelets, resulting in the earth tremor like situation. They are minor earth quakes, and do not indicate major Earth Quakes assert the Government agency of India. But this explanation has not given any confidence to the people of this area and many trying possible migration to safer places. The third zone earth quake area has no indications of imminent earth tremor of major magnitude assert the quake authorities. Resident people point out that such quakes didn’t occur earlier. In a few days, many village people would eventually migrate in spite of the explanations by the government authority.

In Visakhapatnam temperature hovers around 34 C but cloudy weather avoids raining, a peculiar weather situation during the last four days.  This is unique feature of this seasoned rainy days of Visakhapatnam.
Elsewhere in the country India rain seems to be intermittent and sparingly at few places but not regular Monsoon rain. It rained in Mumbai but needs to  be watched.

A NEW THEORY OF THUNDER LIGHTNING
A new theory is advanced by the present author that the showering rains, like  the one that happened in Bangladesh, may be due to the minute water particles dwindling down from space, that somehow organise into the lightning fireballs. A vast movement of such a cloud over Bangladesh led to 64 drops of thunder lightning over an extended area of the small country, luckily within the villages and farm fields only. Its interesting to note that lightning in the months of June-October in North India, this year gave on the 21  June 2016 in Bihar and UP states, an enhanced lightning which seems to be a part of the extended occurrence of lightnings.

The round circles around Sun sustained for about 10 minutes, on Friday 24 June 2016, due to the 'milky' heavy clouds preventing the Sun rays travelling through them in Vijayanagaram.  Very hot Sun since last few days troubling the residents in Visakhapatnam, but luckily no hot condition in the evenings that allowed people to move around and make their purchases.
The circled Sun in a very diffused state was also found in Visakhapatnam reported just in one newspaper.

USA FLOODS
Jimmy Scott gets a hug as they clean up from severe flooding in White Sulphur Springs, W. Va., June 24, 2016. Scott lost his home to the flood and a fire that consumed his and the homes of several relatives. The water drained down the mountains into the valleys, where roads, homes and entire neighbourhoods flooded. The southern part of the state with its steep hillsides and narrow valleys is particularly vulnerable. "When over eight inches of rain fell over such a short period of time, the water rushed down these hillsides so swiftly it was channelled into those narrow river valleys."  Nicholas and western Greenbrier Counties (two of the hardest hit counties) are more mountainous and the valleys are very narrow.  The valleys are also more heavily populated than other areas of the state  Rain earlier in the day had already soaked the ground, which exacerbated the runoff. This was the third-deadliest flood in West Virginia history.  Man-made climate change may have added to the disaster. The part of the USA that includes West Virginia has seen a 71% increase in extreme precipitation since 1958. A federal disaster has been declared in three of the hardest-hit counties, while a state of emergency has been declared in 44 of the state’s 55 counties due to the floods. Hundreds, maybe thousands of homes have been destroyed. An added level of misery for the state is that fewer than 2% of the insured homes there have flood insurance. Steep mountains, narrow valleys and a deadly train of storms came together in West Virginia to cause the horrendous flooding that killed 23 people last week, forced thousands to evacuate and destroyed or damaged thousands of homes and businesses. West Virginia got hit by a phenomenon meteorologist’s call 'training' because the thunderstorms line up over the same location like the cars of a freight train. The vicious line of storms dumped "one-in-1,000-year" amounts on the state last week. This "train track" formed last Thursday along a weather boundary between cooler air to the northeast and moist, warm air to the southeast. Some spots picked up more than a foot of rain in only a few hours. That amount of rain in such a short amount ng expected once in 1,000 years. "We just can't take that amount of rain in a mountainous area."

MUMBAI
In the Monsoon season brought relief to the city with plentiful rains, (IMD) predicted above average rainfall in the state of Maharashtra this year, but the current water level in catchment areas in Mumbai was recorded low as against last year. According to the water level chart of seven reservoirs that supply water to Mumbai, issued by Brihan Mumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) on June 26, 96,665 million litres water was available as compared to 3,32,647 million litres on same day last year, which amounts to just 30%. The seven reservoirs that supply water to Mumbai are Modak Sagar, Tansa, Vihar, Tulsi, Upper Vaitarna, Bhatsa and Middle Vaitarna. BMC supplies 3,750 million litres of water every day to the island city and suburbs, which still falls short of the actual demand of 4,200 million litres. According to Skymetweather, so far Mumbai has recorded 498 mm of rain against its monthly average of 523.1 mm of rain. With about three more days left in June and two Monsoon systems to give rain over the region, it looks like Mumbai may easily surpass its monthly rains. In fact, there are fair chances of the city even exceeding its monthly average rainfall. During the last 21 hours from 8:30 am on Sunday, the city recorded 33 mm of rain. The cyclonic circulation in the Bay of Bengal moving inland can bring more rains. The combined effect of the current rain and the incoming one, it is expected to result in more three digit rains over Mumbai.

 VISAKHAPATNAM DIFFERED WEATHER
On Saturday 25 June 2016, slight rain occurred in Akkayapalem, Jnapuram and Seethamadhara but no drop of rain in M.V.P.colony and Venkojipalem areas. Similarly along beach road, Siripuram faced hot winds in the afternoon. Simhagiri had heavy rain on Saturday mid-day, and the scenario was enchanting and several devotees got wet in the rain.

WEST VIRGINIA: Hundreds of people stranded by floods have been rescued in West Virginia, with the death toll now standing at 23. Rescue works are set to continue throughout the weekend, and authorities fear more victims may be found as they search through the rubble. The floods are the worst in a century in some areas, the state governor says. West Virginia received a quarter of its annual rainfall in a single day, the National Weather Service said. A storm system dumped up to 10 inches (0.2m) of rain on parts of the state, causing rivers and streams to overflow.

CHONGQING, June 28 (Xinhua) 2016:06:28 at 22h:47m:57s

Relentless rain continued to wreak havoc in several southern Chinese provinces Tuesday, disrupting train services, flooding highways and forcing thousands of people to evacuate their inundated homes. Two rail routes in southwest China's Chongqing Municipality, linking the southwestern provinces of Sichuan and Guizhou, were impassable affecting more than 50 passenger trains. Trains traveling to and from big cities including Beijing, Shanghai, Xi'an, Urumqi, Kunming, Guangzhou and Shenzhen, were forced to bypass the flooded sections or be suspended over safety concerns, the railway bureau of Chengdu, capital of Sichuan Province, said in a press release. The deadlock was made worse after a landslide covered a section of track linking Chengdu and Chongqing Monday. More than 140 workers, two excavators and four drills to clear the rubble and reinforce the roadbed. The stormy weather also plagued drivers in Chongqing. Several parts of Delhi witnessed water-logging and traffic snarls due to heavy rainfall.

MUMBAI RAIN: This good and sustained spell of rain is thanks to the offshore trough formed over the Arabian Sea off Gujarat                    coast.               Monsoon onset was delayed by 7 days over Kerala but during first week of June, moderate to heavy showers continued over most                   parts of coastal Kerala. During the onset of Monsoon, fairly widespread rainfall continued but during second half of June, Monsoon                 trough remained active over South Konkan & Goa, coastal Karnataka and parts of North Kerala only. Stations like Kannur and                           Kozhikode received on and off moderate to heavy rainfall. But stations south of Kozhikode have received relatively less rainfall.                      This can be attributed to the fact that Monsoon was not very active over southern parts of Kerala. But during last 24 hours good                       rain has lashed over to entire Kerala. But even with the good rains, as on June 28, Kerala is rainfall deficient by 11%. Rain intensity                   will increase over Kerala but heavy rainfall is expected to remain confined over north coastal parts of Kerala only. As an off-shore                   trough which is running from South Gujarat to North Kerala will get activated father. And thus heavy to extremely heavy rainfall is                   expected over Konkan & Goa. We can say subdued rainfall activity will continue for another from next week over many parts of                         Kerala but heavy fall will continue over North Kerala.
