ABSTRACT
The phenomenal green hue of the Moon on 16th July 2011 around 20h19m PM is a prize catch since it lasted hardly a minute. The Sun was completely immersed in Gray clouds. The Sun spectrum and the Orange filter show the orange glow in the clouds as a diffused ring with considerable width. A similar diffused ring with the deep Yellow filter indicates that the clouds have enormous amounts of ash/or dust particles accumulated within them due to the recent volcano eruption on Thursday and Sunday 17th July 2011. Red dispersion is dominant while the violet is also striking. This suggests that the X ray and Microwave irradiations of the Cloud constituents are significant. Green filter shows the yellow dispersion due to the varied scattering of the irradiations from the Sun. The shifts of the colors observed during the twilight evening of 19th July 2011 around 18h38m and 18h39m PM are an indication of the role of Rao and anti-Rao quanta. Astronomers expect water vapor to exist even in the early Universe. The wide spread scattering of the dark shaded blue at afternoon 14h01mPM on 23rd July 2011. The Orange filter image shows the total suppression of the blue hue, indicating the probable and concomitant generation of Rao and Anti-Rao Quanta in the water vapor of the clouds and their molecular force field vibrations. The 28th July 2011 evening twilight image captured at 18h48m PM is strikingly different in the sense that the Dark Blue shade combined with the darkness of the sky gave a dazzling scenario. An exemplary recording of the gravitational waves that have lasted for very few seconds in the sky at 17h08 minutes on the 29th July 2011. The intensity profile changes are given to gauze this gravity wave phenomenon. The intensity profile showed the wavelength of a few Millie seconds. The occurrence of the earth tremors in the region of West Godavari District T Narasapuramin and Jangareddygudem mandala areas on the Friday 29th, 2011 in the afternoon at around 14h24mPM for 3 to 4 seconds justifies the observation made by me. It was quite accidental.  I surmise that the earth tremors of low intensity have struck the sky and the clouds have responded to them. The fast changing scenario of weather at Visakhapatnam superbly captured within a few minutes and later in the evening at the Beach coast of the Bay of Bengal waves is very remarkable and a prize worthy capture.

INTRODUCTION:
Science Daily (July 15, 2011) : Dramatic climate swings behind both last year's Pakistan flooding and this year's Queensland floods in Australia are likely to continue as the world gets warmer, scientists predict. Researchers at the Universities of Oxford and Leeds have discovered that the El Niño Southern Oscillation (ENSO), the sloshing of the warmest waters on the planet from the West Pacific towards the East Pacific every 2-7 years, continued during Earth's last great warm period, the Pliocene. Their results suggest that swings between the two climatic extremes, known as El Niño and La Niña, may even have occurred more frequently in the warmer past and may increase in frequency in the future. Extreme ENSO events cause droughts, forest fires and floods across much of the world as well as affecting fishery production. …./The extra variation in temperature can be explained by the additional extreme temperature swings provided by the El Niño/La Niña system. The authors say the agreement in findings from both ocean data and modeling leaves little doubt that ENSO will persist in a warmer world. Earlier this year a team from Japan studying corals from the same period showed climatic variability in the western Pacific on a similar scale to today, questioning the idea of a permanent El Niño during the Pliocene. This new study goes further, showing that the oscillation is Pacific-wide, and is likely to be caused by the El Niño/La Niña. This suggests that our warmer future will continue to be dogged
B. Volcano Eruption Indonesia:
1580meter Mount Lokon, seen from Tomohon city of Indonesia North Sulawesi province, spews volcanic rocks and huge ash to a height of 3500 meters on Sunday 17th July 2011. It erupted lost in 1991. The Thursday 15th July 2011, night it erupted and sent searing gas into the air, in the morning of Friday as well forcing about 4500 to head to safety, Grass and shrubs within 500 meters went in to flames but soon the fire subsided. Jammu Rivers have flooded on Saturday 16th July 2011.Nicobar islands experienced tremors on Saturday afternoon with magnitude of about 4.6R.
Earth tremors and New Lakes in Himalayas:
Prof G. M. Bhat, Department of Geology, Jammu University, has to be credited for warning the creation of new lakes in Himalayas. A lake at the foot of Mount Everest that did not exist in 1950 was created due to the melt of Glacier and expended into an area of 1012 sq.km. Bhutan to avoid the risk of glacial flooding from the lake Thorthormi with a small team of workers cleared the rubble of from a channel that drains the lake. Though very little data is available that how many lakes are formed during these days afresh, in the last century the record was that 35 glacial lakes have outburst causing havoc in Nepal, Pakistan, Bhutan and China. Unfortunately many of the lakes in Himalayas, Wadia Institute warned lie near the seismic faults, even a minor lake with an earthquake can cause havoc. Loose moraine material of support embanking the lakes is very vulnerable for breach of flooding the adjacent areas.
Seismologists confirm that the Himalayas record about six minor tremors every day, and the danger is as much an earth quake as from landslides and avalanches. When these rubble hits a minor lake they create hazards. There are about 55000 glaciers in Himalayas that guard India, and if some of them create lakes due to global warming it would be extremely difficult situation since the earthquake fault regions would become highly vulnerable for sudden floods and havoc due to seismic activity which is generally unpredictable.
Central Asia valley experienced earth quake in Uzbekistan, 6.1R in Kyrgyzstan after midnight in mountain area 35km away from city Ferghana eastern Uzbek.
Unconfirmed earth tremor on 23rd July 2011 near east coast of Honshu, Japan at lat 38.9N and 142.E of magnitude 6.2 of moderate intensity. The hot spots of warm weather are El Borma 47C117F, Aswan 43C109F, Remada 46C115F and cold spots are La Quiaca -6C-21F, Port Latta 0C32F and Oruro -3C27F. The high winds are at Salalah northerly wind 159km/h,Ocho Rios 34.55km/h and Rio Bueno 69km/h.
The Gali Gopuram (Pagoda) of Chenna Kesav temple at Peddachippa village in Kamalapuram in Kadaph district has collapsed on Friday 29th July2011 in the night giving a big thud that has made all the villagers listen a big sound. The height of it was 59 feet many people have warned earlier that the structure may collapse but concerned authority have not paid any attention. It fell on the side of the temple premises so the neighboring houses were saved of disaster damage.
West Godavari District T Narasapuramin and Jangareddygudem mandala areas have experienced on the Friday 29th, 2011 earth tremors in the afternoon at around 14h24mPM for 3 to 4 seconds and students in schools and people from the houses ran away for shelter outside in the open grounds. Velagapadu, Veerabhadrapuram, Madhahnapuvarigudem, maladevipeta, 100 raannapalem, venkatapuram and appalarajugudem villagers heard sounds accompanying the tremors and in the houses vessels, cots and other items have made jittering sounds of vibrations.
East Godavari District Y Ramapuram agency area a vanavashi youth of age 20years died due to the thunderbolt when he ran for shelter under a tree. Also in Srikakulam and Khmmam Districts seven deaths occurred due to the thunderbolt strikes. In Khammam district Kothagudem mandal a family of five who took shelter under a tree  in the afternoon, due to a sudden rain while applying fertilizers, in the cotton field belonging to a farmer their bread winner and died due to  a thunderbolt . In Srikakulam district Hiramandalam the thunderbolt struck killing a farmer returning home and an old lady due to the thunder sound of the lightning strike. And in LNpeta mandal a youth Sheppard died due to the thunderbolt in the field while watching the animals grazing.
Krishna and Guntur districts had heavy rains on Saturday and Vijayawada recorded about 168.4mm rain. From Friday morning to Saturday morning heavy rains lashed Avanigedda, Mangalgiri, and Piduguralu of 9cms. In Nuzvidu, Tadepalligudem it rained about 8cms. Bhimadolu and Siripuram recorded 7cms. Machillipatnam, Repalli, Bhimavaram, Kaikalur, Sangareddy and Mehbhubhabad it rained 5cms. Devarakonda, Nizamsagar Karimnagar, Vijayawada, Chintapalli, Sattenpalli and Narasapuram recorded 4cms.
Height of Mount Everest:
Nepal began a survey that would last two years to complete the measurement of the height of Mount Everest. Earlier it was estimated as a per the great Trigonometry (invented by Indian Mathematicians and Astronomers like Bhaskaracharya, Varahamihara and Arya Bhatt etc.) survey by the British East India Company in 19th century with estimates made from Indian cities in 1856. It was announced to be 8840metres. An Indian survey in 1955, after achieving independence from British Raj found it as 8848 meters. American expedition in 1999 determined the height as 8850meters. In 2005 China people have asserted it as 8844.43 meters in summer and in winter as 8848 meters when the top most rock gains additional height due to accumulationofsnow.Indian
Ocean is regarded as at zero level to fix the height of Mt. Everest. This reference of zero height was earlier used by Bhaskaracharya in his Surya Siddhantha to assert the gravitational(guruthva akarshana) attraction of the Earth in terms of time taken by free coconut fruit fall from a tree on to the ground situated on the beach coast.
INDIA RIVER FLOODS AND HAVOC RAINS:
For three days continuous downpour of heavy rains in the frontier hills of Arunachal Pradesh cascading down from upper reaches, have made Brahmaputra and its tributaries to overflow causing several districts of  Northern Assam inundated and the two districts Lakhimpur, Sontipur and Dhemaji were worst flood-hit.   About 200 villages were situated in Jonai subdivision of Dhemaji district. The rivers Lali and Humdiri also were over flowing. The National Park in Kaziranga water affected the low-lying regions and the wild life moved to the Hilly places. In Uttar Pradesh the incessant rains in the past three days following Friday, have made the River Ghaghra in Bahraich district to flow above the danger mark. Sitapur, Gonda, Lakhimpur Kheri, and Balarampur with vulnerable river banks have been put under alert due to the heavy water flows due to the rains. Madhya Pradesh on Monday witness unprecedented downpour causing the sudden flooding and washed away several villages and the towns. On 22nd July 2011 there was a heavy rain Hyderabad city. The Srisailam reservoir water level rose to a high level that resulted in the submerge of the Sangameswara temple at Kottapalle in Kurnool on Monday 25th July 2011 due to inflow of water following the heavy rains in Karnataka State. The first submerge of the temple occurred on August 4th, 1981 and for 30 consecutive years this has happened. Also about 1.46 lakh cusecs water has been discharged into Srisailm dam from Jurala reservoir due to the overflows. In Allahabad there was heavy downpour on Monday as a result both Yamuna and Ganga were in spate and flooded the roads.
From Monday night the rains in Telangana, inundated several villages with lashing rains and, Kadiri in Anantapur district received highest rainfall of 9cms. Chittoor received 8cms and Avanigadda, Nellore, Rapalle, Suryapeta (Nalgonda) and Dhone in Kurnool about 7cms of rainfall was recorded. Jural reservoir had an influx of 2.05cusecs of water and about 23 gates have been raised to relieve 1.62 lakh cusecs of the flood waters and these along with the Narayanpur reservoir raised the level of water in Srisailam to about 848.3 ft.
The Dattatreya temple near Marnikarnika Ghat in Varanasi submerged due to rains on Wednesday, July 27th 2011.
On the July 28th, 2011 Friday night, heavy rains lashed the West Godavari districts of Andhra Pradesh. Eluru, Tadepalligudem, Tanuku, and Palakolu had gale winds and rain fall was recorded as 14cms. Srisailam is receiving reduced influx of water since Friday night when the level was at 860.90 feet. Jural released about 67780 cusecs water. At present the water stored is about 152.2716 TMC. Three generators at Srisailam produced 105.7MW on the afternoon of Friday. Since the inflow stopped the generation has been withheld from the evening of Friday.
The crop of Chilies with Violet jambul fruits color occurred in Seetha Nagar mandal China-kondepudi village with extremely powerful and pungent taste.

Our Observations:
The report of the National Centre for Ocean Information Service a city based organization revealed that the Sea levels in Visakhapatnam, Mumbai, Kochi and Chennai have gone up by an average of 1.30mm per year. Diamond harbor in Kolkata showed based on the data of 55years, 5.74mm/yr rise highest for any sea-side city of the Bay of Bengal. Mumbai analysis of data for 113 years showed 1.20mm /yr while 54 years data of Kochi revealed an increase of 1.75mm/yr. At Visakhapatnam the rise is 1.09mm/yr based on the data of 53years. The annual sea surface temperatures has risen by 0.31deg C, 0.40degC and 0.24degC per decade in Mumbai, Kochi and Visakhapatnam respectively. The obvious conclusion that the Sea levels rise is due to the temperatures needs to be examined. The author finds that this century the Glaciers in Himalayas have considerably receded and the melted water flows have speeded up the water inflow in to the Bay of Bengal(via Rivers Ganga & Yamuna, and Brahmaputra etc) and the Arabian Sea due to the influx of such water from the  rivers of Mansasorvar, Tibet and Nepal, Jammu, Kashmir and Punjab. The Indian Ocean had received from the South-Pacific Ocean region due to the Arctic circles explorations and use of Nuclear Ice breakers by Russia and the other four neighboring countries. The Volcano activity and Earth Tremors of this century, have contributed to the temperature of the Sea surfaces due to the inflow of heat from these hazards of the Earth and the pressure on the Mantle of the Earth by the raised water levels of the Sea.
The tap water was found to be little warm on July 18th, 2011 morning around 7.30AM in spite that the sky was cloudy. Report of steaming hot water flowing out of Bore well for about 4 days from Friday, has been reported by Manik Rao at Yelchalwar of Sundaraiahnagar in a cloudy cold mornings. The water color is clear. There is no foul odour unlike natural hot springs that emanate odour of the Sulpher. The taste of water turned out to be salty about 3 years ago and this is the only change that he could recall. In one draw he can get about 300litres of water but has to await 30 minutes for the next flow of water to pump out. The bore well is about 10years old. Similar occurrences were reported earlier form Magadi in Ramnagar district of Tamil Nadu in June 2004 and from Armoor town in Nizamabad district in September 2010. The formation of hot springs in Kinwat tehsil of Nanded district in Maharashtra state is just 40km from the Yelchalwar. Local people such water cures skin ailments.
There was rain in the early morning at Visakhapatnam to-day Thursday 21st July 2011 till 8.30AM and has been one of a continuous drizzle with no accompanied gales.
 The Fig 5 below presents the data of low rain fall levels in Andhra Pradesh. But the Alimeti reservoir received flood waters from Maharashtra about 1.10 lakh cusecs by Wednesday July 20th, 2011 afternoon and by evening it received 1.50 lakhs cusecs water. About 18 gates out of 26 have been opened hence about 75 lakhs cusecs reached the Narayanapur reservoir. The later therefore released about 50lakh cusecs water to Krishna River that has been flowing with a splendid grace.
There was a heavy rain in the morning of 23rd July 2011 up to 7.00AM. It seems Alimetti reservoir is receiving heavy in flow of water due to rain in the upper reaches and as a result they have released about 1lakh 50000cusecs of water on Friday afternoon to the Narayanapur reservoir. From there 50000cusecs water released to Jural reservoir but the midday it has been up to 2.25 lack cusecs. Therefore all the 30 gates of Jural have been lifted to two feet height allowing water flow into Srisailam dam reservoir.  Both the Srisailam and Nagarjuna require 300 TMC water for filling them. The height of water in Srisailam dam reservoir is only 802 feet at present while to the full brim it is 885 feet but by Saturday they expect to have a height attained to the level of 821feet.
The In Ujjain the temples have submerged in the flood waters of Kshipra on Saturday 23rd July 2011.There exists a low-depression region over Orissa, Andhra Pradesh and South Coastal Tamil Nadu that brought rain to West and East Godavari districts with showers in Rayalaseema and Telangana. The low-depression persisted till Saturday evening. It rained heavily on the 26th in Telangana.
The warm water flow that randomly occurs in the tap water pipes is attributed to the possible Rao and Anti-Rao quanta generations deep inside the local regions. The fact that they pass through the lead casing of the pipes is interesting.
The pH changes in the Sea water due to the pollutants and as well the dissolving of carbon dioxide gas by the turbulent Bay of Bengal Sea caused the microorganisms survival intolerable. Some of them a few which have short period of life cycles lasting hardly few hours manage to roam the atmosphere. They exist floating about 50 to 200 meters high in the humid conditions of the air. They might also be the house for viral and peculiar bacterial infections that move with the wind currents at low levels. The entire sea coast of Andhra Pradesh has been totally devoid of the botanical species of flowers and plants that prefer to grow in salty, humid and heavy fall rain streams of the red-mud and other types of mineral-salt sand dune-mud hill slopes. Similar is the case for the 238 threatened species of Rhododendro kanehirae.
In Bhuveneswar on Tuesday midday the Sun had the entire seven colors ring around it and one scientist explained it as due to refraction of light from the water vapor in the atmosphere. It was reported by the present author way back in 2008 [ref.3, 4] that Aero gel Massive objects might form with certain conditions of volcano and earthquake tremors occurrence in a local region. “The significance of this finding is that the earthquake in Indonesia does indeed produce a formation of AMO (the aero gel massive object) over the Indian peninsular region emphatically covering by a canopy the Andhra Pradesh region (known in ancient literature as land of trillinga) on the date 8th April 2005”. These give rise to color full rings around the Sun in the midday.
The Visakhapatnam had a sudden and intense heavy shower for about two hours during 1.00AM to 3.00AM on Thursday morning on 28th July 2011 with about 6cms rainfall in the city and 7cm rainfall in the Airport region. Several places in the state received rains From Wednesday morning to Thursday morning Chenoor received heavy rainfall of 10cms. In Mednur it rained 3cms. Anakapalli received 5cms rainfall. Mandhani recorded 7 cms, Eluru and Nuzvid had 6cms rain fall. Note the difference in the clouds of the Low-depression and the cumulonimbus clouds that bring the sudden heavy rain.
Many complex buildings in Visakhapatnam are badly designed not to store the cellar water underground by the measures required by rain harvesting constructs and so the cellars are flooded making the state fire department people to spend government money pumping out the water. The underground tapping of water would be congenial for improved weather situation in Visakhapatnam. The Rajendra Prasad and the Bhavnagar Buildings of the KGH have constructed, the several storied lavatories and urinals, the infectious water and residue of the patients, which ooze out through the boundary walls on to the Mrs. AVN College Road opposite the very Collectorate building. The facilities of the Urinals and the Lavatories must be created underground, (it’s the design and practice in foreign countries) for these hospital wards of Rajendra Prasad and Bhavnagar buildings. Also the outlet, into the main underground system developed with the WORLD BANK loan must be immediately undertaken, for infectious out flux of water. Whenever there is a rain or even otherwise due to blocked flow conditions this infectious water is oozing out submerging the roads and causing a health hazard to the dwellers of the Relli Veedhi and especially official colony residents. It’s coupled with the many disease born people begging and squatering on these roads throughout the day.

Only thing it has been mixed with the ash content of the volcano eruption on Thursday i.e. on the 14th July 2011.

Moon on the day after the Full Moon has not produced any spatacular scenario due to the fact that the clouds have been overloaded with the ash content of the volcano eruption. The rising Moon has shown certain ripples of the passing by clouds. These clouds have not brought any rain at Visakhapatnam till the 21st July 2011.

The Figure 3 presents the Sun spectrum and the Orange filter shows the orange glow in the clouds as a diffused ring with considerable width. This Fig.4 exhibits the scenario of the twilight at the RK Beach in Visakhapatnam in the evening of 19th July 2011 around 18h38m and 18h39m PM. The filters used namely Deep Yellow, Deep Blue, Green and the Sky Blue filters respectively. Surprisingly the Deep Yellow filter has shown a tainted yellow with Gray color and the sea appears to be in gray hue. But the deep blue filter has shown the striking deep blue of the Bay of Bengal Sea mixed with probable darkness of the evening. The green gave a pleasant surprise with the slight blue sea and a panoramic twilight of Green hue. The bright sky blue color may be misleading but it has a tremendous amount of blue shade of the Sea. From this it is confirmed the sea coast has enormous amount of Oxygen and the water vapor produces various shades of the color spectrum. The shifts of the colors observed are an indication of the role of Rao and anti-Rao quanta. Astronomers expect water vapor to exist even in the early Universe.  The Quasar APM 08279+5255 at a distance of 30billion million miles away, with a black hole 20billion times massive than  our Sun and  which, produces 1000 trillion Suns energy, has an environment which is unique, and has about 140 trillion times more water than that on the surface of the Earth. The Milky Way, water frozen in the form of ice, is some 4000 times less. Quasar water vapor is distributed around the Black hole and spanning hundreds of light years, the gas is unusually warm and dense by astronomy standards. [Ref.1].This establishes the fact that the Rao and Anti-Rao ubiquitous presence throughout the universe. Also recent finding that Saturn gets water from its own Moon Enceladus in a huge halo of water vapor around Saturn is interesting that the molecular generated quanta may play a substantial role. [Ref. 2-4]

The deficit rain fall in the Andhra Pradesh regions during the 1st June 2011 to 20th July 2011 are illustrated graphically using the data given in a local newspaper Eenadu. The brilliant Sun and its spectrum on the 27th July 2011 evening shows in the back drop the cumulonimbus clouds engulfing the sky from the West. The 28th July 2011 evening twilight image captured at 18h48m PM is strikingly different in the sense that the Dark Blue shade combined with the darkness of the sky gave a dazzling scenario. Note the difference in the Clouds of the Low-depression and the cumulonimbus clouds that bring the sudden heavy rain.

The intense Sun heat at the sun set time showed a remarkable spectrum profile at 17h07mPM and the clouds gathered by 18h09mPM that brought rain in the wee hours of Thursday 28th July 2011  morning at Visakhapatnam for about two hours during 1AM to 3AM. Figure No.8 presented an exemplary recording of the gravitational waves that have lasted for very few seconds in the sky at 17h08 minutes on the 29th July 2011. The intensity profile changes are given to gauze this gravity wave phenomenon. The intensity profile showed the wavelength of a few Millie seconds. The occurrence of the earth tremors in the region of West Godavari District T Narasapuramin and Jangareddygudem mandala areas on the Friday 29th, 2011 in the afternoon at around 14h24mPM for 3 to 4 seconds justifies the observation made by me. It was quite accidental.  Velagapadu, Veerabhadrapuram, Madhahnapuvarigudem, Maladevipeta, 100 Raannapalem, Venkatapuram and Appalarajugudem villagers heard sounds accompanying the tremors and in the houses vessels, cots and other items have made jittering sounds of noise. I surmise that the earth tremors of low intensity have struck the sky and the clouds have responded to them. The fast changing scenario of weather at Visakhapatnam superbly captured within a few minutes and later in the evening at the Beach coast of the Bay of Bengal waves is very remarkable and a prize worthy capture.

ABSTRACT:

The 3rd to 15th July the sky has the peculiar gray hue that tainted the sea as well to be gray. The atmosphere loaded with pollutants other than the carbon dioxide cause the X Ray and the Microwave scattering and of the possible cosmic rays as well. Also the Solar Coronal Holes, Sun spot flares and the CME have possibly a direct influence in the Earth’s deep mantle and upper core surface materials. The processes involving the peculiar massive interactions moving at speeds greater than the velocity of light through the Earth cannot be ruled out. This affords as I conjecture, a completely different view of the Geo-Physics.

EPILOGUE:

The sudden change of weather in Visakhapatnam from the night of June 30th 2011 resulting in showers and fall of maximum temperature during the day time was welcomed by one and all citizens. This may perhaps a consequence of the movement of clouds from the Monsoon that edged the Vidharbha hills and extended over from Telangana to the Coastal Andhra Pradesh. The slight showers in Rayalseema generally little rain region is happy thing. The low pressure depression as the forecasters felt continued for a few more days in this part of India. Earlier there were extensive rains in Uttar Pradesh and the Ganga River has overflowed at several places. There was a report however that the source of Ganga River, a very big Glacier of Himalaya region, has receded away, by as much about 30kms distance shrinking its size. If this continues the scientists believe that the Glacier might disappear in about 20 years time plunging the 8% world’s population in a great turmoil of life and living in the North India. First week of the July was vey cloudy except for a heavy or two rains scattered over different places in and around Visakhapatnam. A few spectral images of these clouds have been recorded by the present author for sample analysis.

The sudden vigorous South-West Monsoon gave wide spread rains that were evenly distributed in three different regions. Mulug recorded highest of 20cms, Naraspet 11cms,Gudivada, Pakala 10cms each, Jagtial, Bhadrachalam 8cms each, Kamareddy, Bheemgal, Bodhan, Mudhole, Ramayampet, Narasipatnam 7cms each, Nuzvid, Utnoor 6cms each, Allagada, Owk, Manthani, Yellanadu, Sirpur, Hanamkonda, Navipet Mahabubabad, Armoor 5cms each. The Thursday on 7th July 2011 the rains continued in Coastal Andhra Pradesh.

National weather report is that Bikaner had lot of Dust wide spread. Bhubaneswar was covered with Haze. Chandigarh, Dehar Dun and Chennai were partially cloudy on 10th July 2011.

B).SpaceWeather.Com Data:

On July 7th, the sun produced a series of strong shortwave radio bursts. Click on the dynamic spectrum below to play a 21 MHz sample recorded by amateur radio astronomer Thomas Ashcraft in rural New Mexico. The action begins about 18 seconds into the 2 minute recording: The roaring-static sound you just heard was a combo Type III-Type V solar radio burst caused by electron beams moving through the sun's outer atmosphere. The source of the electrons could be a newly-emerging sunspot group in the sun's southeastern quadrant, although this is not certain. The active region is crackling with C-class solar flares, and it could produce more radio sounds in the days ahead. Ham radio operators, point your Yagis toward the sun! During the early hours of July 9th, a coronal mass ejection (CME) billowed away from new sunspot 1247. A preliminary analysis of data from NASA's twin STEREO-A and -B spacecraft suggests that the flank of the CME could hit Earth's magnetic field sometime on July 11th or 12th. This is not a major CME, but it could spark polar geomagnetic storms when it arrives. C). GOOGLE SEARCH:

An earthquake of magnitude about 7.1R occurred, on the east coast at Honshu, Japan. At 5:57 PM Pacific Daylight Time on July 9, an earthquake with preliminary magnitude 7.1 occurred off the east coast at Honshu, Japan . (Refer to the United States Geological Survey for official earthquake parameters.) “It was centered 10 kilometers deep offshore 423 kilometers northeast of Tokyo. A small tsunami of up to 50 centimeters was expected along the affected region, the meteorological agency said.

II). Regional News of rains and the Earth Tremors

On Monday 11th July 2011 around 4AM there were earth tremors within a span of 5 minutes extending over a region of 10km radius in Chitoor district, covering Chitoor town neighborhood villages Obenpalli, Gangasagar, Reddigunta, murakambhattu, and in rural regions of chitoor. Putalapattu mandal region covering the puthalapattu, mbandapalli, chinnibhandapalli villages experienced the tremors around 2h50mAM. The earth termers in thavanampalle and puthallapattu have been found to be of 1R magnitude while, in Chitoor it was recorded as 0.25R.

In North- Andhra 5% less rain from June 1st, 2011 to July 13th, 2011, in South coast it was 6% less rain, Rayalseema recorded 32% less rain, Telangana had 25% less rain and in total in Andhra Pradesh state it has been found to have about 19% less rain relative to the Annual averages. The low depression that formed on Wednesday 13th July 2011 has weakened by evening on the same day, due to its movement away towards the Chattisghad region of Orissa State.

III).  MY OBSERVATIONS:

The Thursday 7th July 2011 morning rain in Visakhapatnam that lasted from 3AM till 7.30AM was rather peculiar in many respects. The rain was like a splashing of water vapor from a pressurized nozzle bottle, hardly two or three minutes it was raining heavily, then stopping for a few minutes and again repeating the showers. The rain brought in extremely cold atmosphere and people have to resort in the early morning time, to cover themselves with blankets. The reason of this cold spell of rain might perhaps be related to the movement and descent of upper atmosphere clouds from a height of about 80kms, which gathered the clouds from not only the snowy Himalaya region but as well from the Chinas recent flooded wet lands. The curious mixture of these cloud patterns that existed for only few hours time of not more than 24 to 96hours with repeated appearance might be a subject matter for weather scientists in India and the University students of serious and concerned scholastic studies.

The 10th and 11th July 2011 Visakhapatnam experienced very warm weather and sweltering heat. On 12th Tuesday afternoon it gave a relief due to cloudy weather but it didn’t rain on that date.

On 15th July 2011, the household tap water has been found to be slightly warm. The last one week rains in about 15 districts gave a relief to the farmers. But from 1st June to 13th July 2011 the last year rains were 234.3mm while this year it was only 144.5mm. Excepting Srikakulum and Krishna districts all other districts in Andhra Pradesh recorded less rainfall.

FULL MOON of 15th July 2011

Spaceweather.com “writes that according to folklore this is thunder Moon, after the booming electrical storms of the summer. They also recorded a sunspot 1251 with a plasma fountain on the sun’s southeastern limb and the 1250 sunspot bisected by a light bridge. Coronal Hole of 14th July 2011 solar wind should reach the Earth around 19th July 2011 Credit to SDO/AIA. Solar wind speed: 519.1 km/sec density: 0.9 protons/cm3 updated at 1306 UT X-ray Solar Flares 6-hr max: B2 1206 UT July 14th, at 24-hr: B4 0052 UT July 14th up dated at 1300 UT”

IV). My observations are that the Full Moon rise, though obscured by thick black clouds gave a full glimpse of it between 7.00PM to 7.45PM. The Moon shine has scintillated the ripples of the Bay of Bengal sea waves with jingling colors. The spectra recorded by me were very nice and worth a careful and full study in view of the CME effects and the Solar wind dust on the equatorial region of the Earth.

Undoubtedly, the Gray sky scenario at the Visakhapatnam coast persisted in spite of the brilliant Full Moon, the Day celebrated as of Buddha Enlighten years ago. The twilight Blue hue of the sky has not obscured the Gray tint of the sea waters. This is a remarkable finding and supports the fact that the equatorial region is endowed with Carbon Dioxide like atmospheric pollutants. These pollutants, our observations reveal that are greatly influenced by the Solar wind dust and the radiations of the terrestrial magnetosphere.

I have noticed that the blue hue of the sky on the Full Moon rise around 18h54m PM to almost 19h03m PM has a distinct shade of very deep coloration which, in my finding is a result of the X-ray and Microwave scattering by the pollutant loaded black clouds that were ready to engulf the Moon into their fold. An amazing Green Air Glow around the Moon. This followed the very deep Bluish-Gray sky Scenario of the Full Moon 15th July 2011. It’s a very rare event and very exciting.

The 13th and 14th July 2011 Moon shows the clouds overloaded with the pollutants of the atmosphere other than the usual carbon dioxide content. The earlier CME originated on 7th July might have taken a very long journey to reach the terrestrial atmosphere of the Earth in the equatorial region.

On the 15th July 2011 the Full Moon day of an auspicious event for India and the Buddhists, the sky has exhibited a splendor of the deep Blue-Gray hue of breathtaking scenario from 18h54m Pm to 18h57mPM. Note the sky already has been tainted with the whitish silver lines of the thick black clouds with the brilliant Moon Shine at the Moon rise at 19h02m PM.

For three days on June 30th to late night 2nd July 2011 a private company requirement of decommissioning the Ammonia storage Horton Sphere has been successfully carried by me a team of youngsters. This gave confidence the Indian expertise is available with the local talent to undertake major decommissioning major outdated and old technology based storage and other huge constructs of metallic basins and reservoirs. Few photographs are presented giving the details of the different stages of the maneuver.

 

My experience as an explosives expert gave me immense confidence to undertake such an hazardous and dangerous job and I have undoubtedly set an example of indigenous talent to help India to further the cause of its modernization and development towards the adoption in Industry, manufacture and production based on more safe and sound technologies of the 21st century.

 

The team work was carried out with a clock-work precision and collection of the samples was made almost every hour. First the nitrogen was pumped in to flush out the ammonia that has been transported away to distantly located vapor flare tower. And later the rotation spray technique has been used to flush in the water to gather away the residual ammonia. Traces of ammonia if any have been gauzed and carefully handled with the appropriate detection instruments. The entire operation has been meticulously carried out with almost a full twenty-four devotion.

 

The heroic feat has by International standards has set a yardstick that India also is a developed nation to cater its own Industrial needs of technology expertise.

Prior to a full Moon the moon reaches the sky before the sunset and, reflecting the ruddy light of the setting sun, makes the whole sky slightly redder. Just after a full moon, when sunset precedes moonrise, the moon is no longer there to reflect the pinkish tint, so twilight turns bluer. It was noted the shifts in the Ocean’s color each twilight consistently it is reflecting the sky’s colors corals spawned during twilights of radiant blue: the third and fourth nights after a full moon between 9.20PM and 9.50PM Like sea urchins the elkhorn, see color shifts through their skin, which contain photo receptors, not sure why they prefer blue hues to red. Its’ of course, not uncommon in the Visakhapatnam coastal region during the period just after the twilight in subdued light conditions the flying of certain type of small birds, which probably feed on the miniature creatures that float over the 50 to 100 meters height along the sea shore.

On 19th June 2011 at 18h24mPM the author is able to capture the Bluer twilight in spite that the upper atmosphere is endowed with gray clouds. What has been surmised is that the lower bluer reflections are very dominant and the upper gray clouds have been camouflaged by the blue hues produced by the Moonshine on the Earth’s upper atmosphere. But on the horizon and on the sea waters the Gray hue of the hidden powerful gray upper atmosphere clouds may be noted. On 21st June around 18h04mPM the Gray clouds have dominated the coastal beach scenario. The powerful has also made the sea waters to have the same type of the grayish blue hue. On the 28th June 2011 also these floating clustered gray clouds may be seen producing bizarre reflection of the Sun reflections. Note the intense brightness that indicates the production of X-rays and other rays such as Microwaves. The spectral image captured shows the Violet and the deep blue hue features of the clouds. The transition color spectra profiles of the setting Sun between 18h10mPM to 18h16mPM in the clouds and the predominant Yellow hue splash seems to be very significant. The cloud, passing over the middle portion of the setting Sun, shows the splendid Yellow color splash around them. The Images of spectra obtained even on the 30th June 2011 remarkably show the Yellow hue dominance of the clouds that are passing over the Sun during the midday as well.

The set of six profiles presented of the spectrum of sun light to several orders of dispersion, are obtained using the deep yellow, sky blue, Orange, Light Yellow, Green and the Deep Blue filters respectively. Deep Yellow and surprisingly the Green filters show the Yellow brilliance of the Sun. Deep Blue filter shows no Yellow predominance at all. Green filter shows in the first order spectrum the predominance of the Green hue indicating that the oxygen and its related constituents are present in the cloud. The transition absorption features may be noted in almost all the first order spectra obtained and in several of the overlapping color hues of the spectra.

Control over the Sea Coast Mineral Wealth Exploration:

It’s very interesting to note that the Indian Government may soon acquire the control over about 350 nautical lines of the coast for Mineral and other wealth of the Indian Sea, Bay of Bengal and the Arabian seas. But whether the Indian expertise has reached the levels of the sophistication, management and the domestic utility of this wealth seems to be redressed with immediate concern and seriousness. Since the Multi National Companies have very succinctly entered the Indian production, manufacture, resource export and the like. Soon the International Ocean Depth Propriety Society of the Sea bed authority at Geneva is to confirm these rights. This exploration would certainly alter the weather scenario at the Indian Coast. Almost 26 private parties have already dug the 7km to 22kms have exploited Illimenite, Rutile, Silimenite, Zircon, Monzite , oil and natural gases. The Global demand and export of the fine resources needs to be scrupulously evaluated.

This figure gives the transition color spectra profiles of the setting Sun between 18h10mPM to 18h16mPM in the clouds. The predominant Yellow hue splash seems to be very significant. The cloud, passing over the middle portion of the setting Sun, show the splendid Yellow color splash around them.

The set of six profiles presented of the spectrum of sun light to several orders of dispersion, are obtained using the deep yellow, sky blue, Orange, Light Yellow, Green and the Deep Blue filters respectively. Deep Yellow and surprisingly the Green filters show the Yellow brilliance of the Sun. Deep Blue filter shows no Yellow predominance at all.

The first order spectra of the Sun obtained with Deep Blue, Green, Light yellow, Orange, sky blue and the deep Yellow filters are respectively given. Green filter shows in the first order spectrum the predominance of the Green hue indicating that the oxygen and its related constituents are present in the cloud. The transition absorption features may be noted in almost all the first order spectra obtained and in several of the overlapping color hues of the spectra. This is an important and significant finding.

FINDINGS and CONCLUSIONS:
The most surprising thing is that the in the second fortnight of June 2011 the Visakhapatnam experienced a maximum temperature of 36 degs to 38.5degs C. There were no rains during this fortnight. These are explicitly stated and elaborated in the image analysis and intensity profiles of spectral features listed in the Figs.1-13 given above. The images were obtained by the author using his personal IXUS130 Canon digital Camera.

ABSTRACT:
The solar flare with CME has produced a wide variety of effects on both the terrestrial and the biosphere environments. On 8th June 2011 the Sun setting exhibited brilliant Yellow Airglow that was image captured by the author at 18h07mPM.On 7th June 2011 at around 7h53mPM the gravity waves were detected and recorded. Double jet Lilly on the 2nd June 2011 gave a pleasant surprise of Bio-bloom of flowering. The cloud clusters inspite of the moisture content in the sky haven’t brought any heavy rain in Visakhapatnam solely due to the fact of the careless and unscientific method of development works and complex constructions that have been engineered and executed without the Greenery maintained. On 8th June 2011 the Sun setting exhibited brilliant Yellow Airglow that was image captured by the author at 18h07mPM.On 7th June 2011 at around 7h53mPM the gravity waves were detected and recorded. The use of certain filters has enabled the author to locate the airglow rings around the Full Moon on the 15th June 2011 around 23hPM and their spectral intensity profiles are given. Transition regions of the Green, Yellow, Orange and the Red dispersions of the 1st order spectrum of 15th June 2011 showed certain spectral term absorption peaks. The set of six intensity profiles of the Air-Glow rings around the Moon has been analyzed with a view to ascertain the crossing over behavior of the different spectral features.

INTRODUCTION: 

Unhindered Grayish Deep Blue sky has been the weather scenario in Visakhapatnam in spite of the Warmth of the Sun since 1st June 2011.The sudden growth of the typical plants and flowers, though seasonal, has surprised by some peculiarities of their growth and abundance. For about three days of a lull in the cloudy weather. The Monsoon clouds have given a different glimpse during the 6th to 9th June 2011. Only on the 12th evening 2011 the rains have splashed at the Beach coast of Visakhapatnam though the monsoon brought rains in coastal Andhra Pradesh in other districts crossing at some places the average rain fall.

SUDDEN SPURT OF CHANGE IN WEATHER:
What surprised many a people were the sudden guest of swirling and uplifting wind that has tripped the long container vehicles sideways. It lasted for about a half hours at 4.30PM on June 10th 2011 at purushotham check post of Andhra Orissa state border near the city of Itchapuram of Srikakulum district. It is reported that the Monsoon arrival has stalled at Nellore for about 6days from 2nd June 2011 and moved on Tuesday 7th, but only to stop again on the Wednesday 8th and Thursday 9th, 2011. On June 9th, 2011 at kuppalopadu of district Bimilli and the village kallivaripallem a lightning stroke struck on a paddy crop heap instantly killing the people who took shelter in it. Topsoil contaminated by the radioactive fallout of the Fukushima, Nuclear Power plant, in Japan is creating a 20% excess radiation damage among the school children. The very low level irradiation has its definite affects reflected in the present authors’ personal opinion at the Visakhapatnam beach coast sky line. The combined complex effects of the sudden solar flash on  June 7th, 2011 from the complex sun spots of 1266-1227 that occurred at 1h41AM ET (06h41mUT) has also influenced the weather scenario at Visakhapatnam. Mahaboobnagar district Vanaparthi town witnessed a golden ring round the Sun around 2.00PM afternoon on the Tuesday 14th June 2011.This almost a week after the Solar Sunspot complex 1226-1227 blast of CME. The solar splash at 1h41AM ET (06h41mUT) occupied a size of the half Sun on the 7th June 2011 as per a NASA report. 

EARTHQUAKES:

The Newzeland has experienced two earthquakes of magnitude 5.2R and 6.1R within an hour near the Christchurch region. This has made the movement of Monsoon clouds from the west to east in Visakhapatnam on the 13th June 2011 at around 10.30PM. But the actual Monsoon has not yet arrived in
the coastal districts and Telangana region. The glimpse of the Moon around 20h02mPM gave a chance to capture the Moon shine spectrum. This profile has been presented in the Fig.3. The U.S. Geological Survey says a magnitude 6.1 earthquake struck near New Zealand's Kermadec Islands According to the USGS, the quake struck at 21:17:00 UTC on Saturday, which is 9:17 a.m. Sunday morning local time. The earthquake hit Christchurch, on the country’s south island, just before 1 p.m.  The epicenter of the quake was 12 miles below the mostly uninhabited islands, which are approximately 620 miles east of New Zealand's capital city of Auckland. Meanwhile, a magnitude 3.6 quake rolled across the San Francisco Bay Area at 7:05 p.m. local time on Saturday. Also on Saturday, scientists from the Icelandic Meteorological Office confirmed that an eruption began in the Grímsvötn volcano at approximately 17:30 UTC. The eruption produced minor seismic activity in the region and on the eruption plume that had risen to an altitude of over 65,000 ft. a short time later. Radio evangelist Harold Camping had predicted that 'Rapture' would begin on Saturday, May 21, 2011 with an earthquake in New Zealand.

LOW DEPRESSION:
It is noteworthy that the low depression that formed on Tuesday 14th June 2011near the Orissa coast has its effects extending from Chattisghad to South Tamil Nadu. Due to this from Monday morning to Tuesday morning it rained in Beemilli and Itchapuram 5 cm. Kalingapatnam, Kakinada, Parvathipuram, Ranastalam, Amalapurm, Palasa, Tekkali, Chodavaram, Pathapatnam it rained 4cms. While Visakhapatnam, Saloor, Tuni, Pattipadu, Chipurpalli, Mandasa, Adilabad received 3cms rain.Anakapalli, Araku, Yellamanchalli, Paderu, Bobbilli, Therlam, Peddapuram, Polavaram, Sompeta, Veeraghattam, it rained 2cms.

Puyehue-Cordon Caulle volcano Erruption:

Melbourne Australia report that Chile Puyehue volcano eruption of Ash and Debris has engulfed the southern Australia sky with gray colored clouds and the local strong winds have total disrupted Air traffic. Via the Pacific Ocean the Ash clouds have covered the skies of New Zealand and Australia.
The steam hangs above the Nilahue River in Chile as a strange phenomenon with by a huge surge in temperature ranging from 6degs to 45degs has been caused by hot ash and rocks being spewed from the Puyehue-Cordon Caulle volcano. Earlier on Thursday 9thJune 2011, the cloud dipped as low as 10,000 feet (3,048 metres) temporarily forcing the closure of South Island airports, including New Zealand's second largest city, Christchurch and tourist destination Queenstown. The cloud, which has travelled some 10,000 kms (6,000 miles) across the Atlantic and Indian oceans, however the situation within Australia was more positive. Air New Zealand and other carriers avoided the fine ash particles, which pose a danger to aircraft engines and bodies, by flying below 20,000 feet or around the cloud. The ash started out as rhyo-dacitic (fragments of pumice) but may be including more andesitic (fragments of scoria) particles recently. The time ash reaches us just the extremely fine flour-sized grains of volcanic glass are left. Whether these grains are from pumice or scoria doesn't make a lot of difference to jet engines. This is an excellent opportunity to look at the impacts from local volcanic ash to agriculture, infrastructure and people's homes and work. Eruptions from Ruapehu, Tongariro and perhaps Taranaki could give us mm to cm of ash to deal with, much like the San Carlos de Bariloche area in Argentina is coping with right now.

The Grayish-deep blue sky panoramic view on the 12th June 2011 at 18h07mPM was perhaps mingled with ash from a distant volcano of extremely fine particulate matter that are in the authors conjecture extremely sensitive to the Ultra-Violet and the Microwave initiated X irradiance. The gene mutations have definitely occurred due to the Solar flare phenomenon of strange happening at very specific localities and with intense effects of unknown character.

The cloud clusters mingled with a variety of debris of the upper atmosphere on the Earth does indeed have shown its richness of gray matter of the sky on the 13th June 2011 at around 22h20mPM. I repeat that these cloud clusters inspite of the moisture content in the sky haven’t brought any heavy rain in Visakhapatnam solely due to the fact of the careless and unscientific method of development works and complex constructions that have been engineered and executed without the Greenery maintained.

This figure records the author’s findings regarding the spectral intensity distribution and the absorption characteristics of the environmental atmosphere at Visakhapatnam.

Transition regions of the Green, Yellow, Orange and the Red dispersions of the 1st order spectrum of 15th June 2011 showed certain spectral term absorption peaks.

Movie making helps the record of sequence of the Sun irradiance dispersion features in the atmosphere upper layers especially in view of the volcano eruptions and the radio-active dust of Japan and the CMEs of the complex solar splash events.

This figure has brought out clearly the absorption peak features of the atmosphere in the transition regions of deep blue-green and as well the green-yellow-orange-red regions of the color intensity profiles. The use of certain filters has enabled the author to locate the airglow rings around the Full Moon on the 15th June 2011 around 23hPM and their spectral intensity profiles are given.

The sequence of colored filters images captured by the author in the moments prior to the total eclipse of the Moon and the diffraction air-glow rings have been obtained with clarity.

The sequence of Blue, Sky Blue, Green Orange, deep yellow filters images captured by the author in the moments prior to the total eclipse of the Moon and the diffraction air-glow rings that have been obtained with clarity. Direct Moon images in the clouds have not given the crystalline structure due to the fact that the debris in the atmosphere has certainly diffused the characteristics of the clouds.

Intensity profiles of the Full Moon prior to the total eclipse have been one of a fascination and have given rich dividend on the nature of the particulate matter of the sky.

The total eclipse observed at Rajahmundry, Visakhapatnam and reported in the eenadu newspaper has been one of the enchanting experiences well documented by the photographers. The sparkling lightning of the volcano eruptions ash clouds, and the mud-like thick ash material collected by a person are very painful in view of the disaster due to the eruption.

The set of six intensity profiles of the Air-Glow rings around the Moon has been analyzed with a view to ascertain the crossing over behavior of the different spectral features.

The deep yellow filter intensity profile of the Moon would be of a great interest due to the similar Yellow spectral feature of the Sun spectrum obtained on the very day of the total lunar eclipse of 15th June 2011.

WATER HYACINTH LEAVES AND FLOWERS

INTRODUCTION

This particular floating plant is according to the information gathered is an attractive with bluish flowers, with a stem and horn and were found in South America. Many tourists during the 19th Century without knowing its potential collected almost from eighty countries, it appears and put them in water ponds.

Ten Such plants can accord the information, multiply to 600,000 covering an acre of water within 8 to 10 months. Hyacinth can be cultivated treating waste water and remove all the pollutants and make the water pure.

It was observed that Nitrates, Phosphates and Potassium which are common water pollutants can be absorbed by these plant leaves leaving the water pure. The Hyacinth also was found to absorb Toxic wastes, pesticides and heavy metals. Harvesting the Hyacinth will provide cleaner water.

Some scientists in India have found that aquatic weeds can remove Toxic Heavy metals and Organic wastes from polluted water. Experiments showed that weeds like Water Hyacinth could remove up to 75% of Zinc, 62% of Cadmium and Chromium, 72% of Copper and 59% of Nickel in anything around 48 hours at 100 ppm concentration. The figures mentioned could be approximate, but close to them.

On 30th MAY THE HINDU published an article, by Shri BVS BHASKAR AS “WATER HYACINTH CHOKES KONASEEMA DRAINS”. There is a mention of the name of an Environment specialist one Shri. SARMA. It is saddening to note such statements. It is a challenge for the scientists to solve such problems and not blame the plants. After the British left it is the duty of every scientist and the government to solve the obstruction problems.

The real R & D effort necessary:

Sincere scientists should come forward from the Indian Universities and other R&D Institutions and do more research on this, as India has many water ponds, almost in most of the rural areas and Industrial WATER EFFLUENTS and also such purification might even help in not letting the ponds go dry, which of course is a wishful thinking, but a sincere effort of research on this could provide us with good and useful information and thus provide the country with clean water for various purposes. It would save a lot of money for the country if the real R & D effort is made. I am only an Engineer, but Research at the appropriate stations with appropriate Technology could certainly prove useful to a country like India.

It is Imperative that a country like India struggling at every stage for oil and gas, throwing the burden on the people of the country has to do a lot of capacity building regarding various Research efforts, Scientific Developments and use of Technology. Most of the universities in India spend a lot of money in the name of research, but nothing comes out to reach or help the common man or woman and that is of practical use.

The only attempt to our knowledge, regarding the real practical use of the exuberant growth water weed viz., Hyacinth was that made by the Kolhapur Municipality in the State of Maharashtra. The Municipal authority sold of the weed to a private entrepreneur party of environmentalists, who have used very big thick and strong ropes and the iron grill nets to pull away the weed that has occupied almost an area of about three fourths of a square mile extent on the surface of the famous Rankala Lake(erstwhile lake of the Temple of Goddess Maha Lakshmi) in Kolhapur city. The party concerned dried the pulled out weed on the open fields during the summer months and later used strong mechanical crushers to chip of the leaves, stems, roots and etc portions of the Hyacinth weed mass. Later they powdered it the dried material and packed it neatly to market it away. The powder has found many an application in the form of fertilizers (compost preparations), as a fodder for buffaloes and as a raw material for the agricultural land mud mixing beds for different types of crops growth. The R & D effort of course is missing since they the entrepreneur party looked it only as a commercial market product.

Buying Technology?

But somehow, it looks as though Indian Industry, Government and all other like Institutions prefer to buy Technology to clean water from other countries, rather than to take a jump into such a research. Clean environment and removing Pollution could be only a myth in India.

Actually the weed Water Hyacinth is considered in our country as that clogs the waterways and interferes with Agriculture, forgetting its valuable ability as a pollutant filter.

The long trailing roots of the plant absorb dangerous insecticides, phenols and phosphates and many other metals as already mentioned.

BIO GAS

It appears that The NASA (The National Aeronautical and space Administration) of the USA is trying out ways and means to make practical use of this plant. It has also been shown through studies at National Space Technology laboratories in USA that Hyacinth can be decomposed or fermented to obtain ‘ BIO GAS’ A FUEL SIMILAR TO NATURAL GAS.
