ABSTRACT
The worst snowstorm in 20 years shut public transport, roads and schools at several places in the world. The energy needs of an Indian Family, is one KW while USA it is 10KW says Prof. Yuvan T. Lee. Sun gives us enormous energy in one single hour that can be used by all human other forms of life. America coastal Alaska felt an Earthquake on Saturday Jan 5, 2013, of magnitude 7.7R about 102 meters from the city of Craig and deep about 9 Km inside sea. I have given a paper in Physics Section, of ISC 2013 Kolkata on “Analysis of the Thunderbolt Lightning at Visakhapatnam during the onset of a mild Earth Tremor on 14 August”, author Professor Dr Kotcherlakota Lakshmi Narayana. The special report of this paper noted by the ISC recorder at Kolkata on 6 January 2013, specifies the twin occurrence of a mild Earthquake and as well lightning with heavy shower. The author reported that “Possible Role of Anti Matter upward movement, from the bottom of the Earth, along the lightning”. This is a unique report first of its kind at least from Visakhapatnam. Ref.Nos.1 & 3 listed.

INTRODUCTION
Kumbha Mela at Prayaga
Kumbhamela with crore of people taking part at Rushikesh in Prayaga, a place of two visible rivers and another one underground. This has a special flavor in view of its occurrence after 144 years of cycle, and many foreigners are taking part. Makara Sankranthi bath, January 22, 2013 Ekadashi (eleventh day of Moon) bath, 27 Pushkar bath, February 10, No Moon Day bath, and on 14th and 15 February Vasanta Panchami (fifth day) baths are considered as very sacred. Rice of 4 tons, and other edible pulses being sent from Visakhapatnam Chinna Munishinawada, Sujata Nagar, Visakhapatnam said the Rushi of that place.

100th Session of INDIAN SCIENCE CONGRESS, Kolkata
It was a very memorable experience of attending the 100th session of ISC meet held in Kolkata the new campus of Calcutta University, with my stay arranged 14km away in Netaji Subhas Bose Institute ground floor a classroom. I have given two papers and one put in abstracts and presentation in Physics Section on 6 January 2013 around 6PM. The other in Mathematics entitled “on Artificial Gravity etc.” with effort of a delegate (see his photo in the Fig.5 circled) in Mathematics was made presentable, hope it would be published at least in late abstracts.

ARTIFICIAL GRAVITY
Indian Science Congress 2013 at Kolkata my paper in Mathematics section (reference given) on Artificial Gravity etc., picked up and included in the presentations by a Learned Professor. (See photo No.5 circled) Ref.2 listed below.
RAIN AND LOW TEMPERATURES
The Visakhapatnam city shrouded with the clouds and the temperatures reached the minimum during the days from 8-11, Jan 2013.
Tuesday night 8 Jan 2013 (around 1 AM), there was rain at Visakhapatnam and as well at Hyderabad for a short while but it has increased the cold weather. In Uttar Pradesh and Bihar states the temperatures recorded low especially in Agra, Lucknow, and Kanpur less than zero degrees. In Lucknow 49 years record stunned the low of -.2 degrees and in Kanpur -1.1. In UP fog cold made 34 people to die in accidents the total as now 233 by 10 Jan 2013. Gopalganj Zillah zero degrees and in Bhagalpur, Shansthipur and Vanti Zillah recorded less than two degrees.
Snow forecast for Thursday 10 January 2013 in eastern Syria and over the mountains. Temperatures were running 5 to 10 degrees Celsius (9 to 18 degrees Fahrenheit) below average for this time of year across Syria, Lebanon, Jordan and Israel. Winds have been strong, in some cases blowing more than 70 kph (43 mph), which makes the wind chill much colder than the air temperature.
JERUSALEM , Thursday Jan 10, 2013 at 12:39pm IST the worst snowstorm in 20 years shut public transport, roads and schools in Jerusalem on Thursday and along the northern Israeli region bordering on Lebanon. 10 to 15 Cm (4 to 6 inches) of snow had piled up in the city centre and more than that in outlying areas. The elders of Jerusalem do not remember such a snowstorm in years. On 11 January 2013, the full Sun glare reflected from the cold and foggy weather of Visakhapatnam was enchanting but many people fell sick. The Visakhapatnam outreach place Lambasingha recorded 2.5C with the Sun light visible only at 11AM as per Regional Agricultural Research centre scientist .The Girijan place is planned for lease by some enthusiasts to develop it as a winter resort.

            13. The origin of these two oppositely moving Orionids from the Nebulae region (img_5560kln) below the Belt stars of the Hunter is conjectured by me as due to oppositely jet emitted plasma balls of Rao and Anti Rao quanta structures. Since there is little scope of gravity and anti-gravity events in the noxious Nebulae region the only possibility is for the molecular massive cluster formations. They have ejected these Rao and Anti Rao Plasma Fire balls that rolled from the Nebulae region in a process of quantum tunneling. Ref. The Peramma Action Constant of 3.51 cal/kg has been found out.  The PAC equals about 83.87 nrads. The physical rads (1J/kg=100rads) damage the tissue while nrads (nutrition rads) energies the growth of tissue. Essentially it is the latent nutritional potency heat that sustains the growth of the human organism.” # The recent publications in the Science and other journals claims to have solved the problem of observation of shifts of spectral lines even at the Biological living single cell level by adoption of changes in the sophisticated electronic devices and modifications in the spectrometers that were historically used since the years 1920-1924. In this context, the present method of analysis is very minimal in the use of instruments for the observation and record of the images of the spectral regions, is very significant. Moreover we have a quantum approach unlike the earlier concepts of classical physics approach. The force field quanta generation has also been modeled by the present author to account for certain discrepancies that were reported in literature of the NQR of chlorine dioxide.”
