ABSTRACT
The
extra mass of the Andromeda Galaxy was due to Dark Matter! An initial pulse of neutrinos was
detected 7.7 hours before the first light from SN1987a reached Earth. This
was followed by a second pulse of neutrinos, which arrived about
three hours before the supernova light.
The gravitational potential of the Milky Way has slow down the light. A new
machine by NASA of radio frequency resonant cavity thruster design produced a
force that is not attributable to any classical EM phenomenon and thus
potentially demonstrating an interaction with the quantum vacuum virtual
plasma. In an Earthquake of magnitude 5.5R scale occurred in Andaman region on
Saturday August 2. A 6.5R magnitude Earth Quake struck in Ludian County in
southwest China Yunnan province. On Sunday 5.0R magnitude Earthquake jolted
Xigaize prefecture in Tibet with epicenter at 10km depth. All these three Earthquakes are related as per the present paper report
in spite of vast distances apart of the events.
Waves of the sea were splashing on to the
protecting boulders and projecting the water like a fountain upwards, was an
admirable sight during the August 9
to 12 at Maharanipeta, Visakhapatnam. Super Full Moon was on August 10. An
important observation by the author is slashing of Sea waves on the beach shore
protective rock boulders in Visakhapatnam, during the days from August 9, is
due to the impact of the Typhoon
HALONG which left 10 dead in Japan at weekend and dozens were injured.
Rain lashed the Japan country’s north on the following two days.
A
SIGNIFICANT OBSERVATION: The rains though appear to be sporadic and spread over
the world are linked with the Sun. America hurricanes, tornados, England sudden
spells of rains in remote places and the China, Japan typhoons and scattered
rain in India all seem to be a rotating
pattern world over. Thanks to filling up of water in the rivers in India due to
heavy flows from the western side is really remarkable. Water accumulation in
the clouds and dwindled underground water world over is phenomenal. This is interpreted by the present author as
a significant find and the origin is identified with the Sun and weather
reports till to-date have not identified the link with the Sun.
By 3h30mPM on the August 12, 2014 the clouds moved in and there was a heavy
rain, with thunder and lightning, maximum from 5h45m to 6 h15mPM. Rain started
around 5h20mPM and lasted till 6h45mPM. Typical observation by the author was ‘synchrocyclotron’ movement of
lightning and thunder over a radius of at least one and half miles at
Visakhapatnam literally nonstop circulation extending over into the sea. This
is the second time author felt and experienced such rain, years ago, when he
was in Kolhapur.
The air movement in
Visakhapatnam city dwindled due to the unscientific and bizarre construction of
multi-stored flats by greedy and unresponsive flat-building contractors. The
entire city from Palm Beach area to the Mrs. A.V.N. College and down town
Dwarakanagar, Dabagardens and almost to the end of the city to Kailashgiri hill
top have been fully occupied by multi-storey building flat systems. All the
fully grown trees were cut down mercilessly in spite of public protests. People suffering a lot due to suffocation. Health authorities must be alert to do the needful.
INTRODUCTION
MASSIVE GROUND WATER
DEPLETION
In USA over 14 year period, Colorado, a major river in
the southwestern US river basin lost 65 cubic km of fresh water, since the
basin region experiencing severe drought over last 14 years. Is it related to
Global warming?
BULLOCKS AND ELEPHANTS: ENGLISH IN 1860.
The wagons of a goods train on the narrow
gauge railway from Dabhoi to Miyagam were pulled by pair of
Bullocks in 1860 in India under British Rule. Elephants were used to push
wagons on a shunting yard. Six days of exhibition concluded on Thursday August
7 at 8.PM at Visakhapatnam.

The largest Encyclopedia was the book by a Chinese King who died in 1721.
The set contained 5020 volumes. English Clergy men arranged the alphabetical
order of an Encyclopedia later.
FISHERMEN TO BE SHIFTED
The Fishermen of Visakhapatnam are to be shifted to Bhimilli beach resort
to settle in Dutch township and the ancient place of Indian fishing locality.
CLOUD BURST
A cloud burst occurred on Thursday July 31 around 2h30mAM in Tehri that
flooded the canal and a five people were killed.
SPEED
OF LIGHT AND NEUTRINOS
New correction to speed of light could
explain SN1987 neutrino burst. New Journal of Physics Jul 28, 2014. Franson's hypothetical interpretation of SN1987a is correct, there are
two clear neutrino pulses separated by five hours reaching Earth, but little
evidence of two corresponding pulses of light. If Franson's results are
correct, then the 7.7-hour gap between the first pulse of neutrinos and the
arrival of the light could be explained by the gravitational potential of the
Milky Way slowing down the light. This does not explain why two neutrino pulses
preceded the light, but Franson suggests the second pulse could be related to a
two-step collapse of the star. An initial pulse of neutrinos was detected
7.7 hours before the first light from SN1987a reached Earth. This was
followed by a second pulse of neutrinos, which arrived about three hours
before the supernova light.

The new camera they built has just three main components: an LCD array
that allows light to pass through, a RGB photoelectric sensor, and a computer
to control the LCD and to process the data that is received from the sensor. To
create an image, the LCD array is placed between an object to be
"photographed" and the single pixel sensor.

MICROWAVE THRUST
A new machine by NASA of
radio frequency resonant cavity thruster design produced a force that is not
attributable to any classical EM phenomenon and thus potentially demonstrating
an interaction with the quantum vacuum virtual plasma. Technology makes space
flight cheaper, speedier and opens up new ventures of cosmic exploration.
It is an electric propulsion device.
MILKY WAY
Scientists estimate that the Milky
Way contains nearly half as much dark matter as its neighboring Galaxy the
Andromeda, though the two are of similar dimension. The extra mass of the
Andromeda Galaxy was due to Dark Matter!

Comet 67P/Churyumov-Gerasimenko imaged by Rosetta's OSIRIS narrow angle camera on 7 August from a distance of 104 km. While the comet’s head (in the top half of the image) is covered with parallel linear features, the neck displays scattered boulders on a smooth underground. In comparison, the comet’s body (lower half of the image) seems to have much more jagged features. By combining two similar images taken 17 minutes apart, a 3D anaglyph can be made.

2MASS0103(AB)b:'Tatooine' type planet orbiting binary stars
(Phys.org) —An international team of space scientists led by Philippe Delorme of Joseph Fourier University in Grenoble, France has taken a photograph of what might be a very large planet orbiting two suns. In their paper they've uploaded to the preprint server arXiv, the team describes how they compared the objects in their photograph with data previously captured by telescopes in 2002, to derive the orbital motion of the system. In so doing, they have found they've captured on film either a very large planet, or a brown dwarf circling binary stars.
Heavy
incessant torrential rains in Odisha, on Sunday August 3 killed twenty three
people, raised water levels of Mahandi River and State Government on Monday
alerted 12 districts. It crossed danger marks. Several other rivers like
Baitarani, Salandi and Jalaka are flowing above danger marks. It expected to
hit delta region on Thursday and 12 lakh cusecs water to flow in the river at
Munduli on August 7.
Other major rivers in Odisha State and in AP
the river Vamsadhara in Srikakulam and the river Nagavalli at Thotapalli in Vijayanagaram
are flowing just below danger marks due to these rains.
Assam hit by flood
worst
Last two weeks incessant rains in Assam
caused Brahmaputra and its tributaries to raise its levels with several
breaches. An entire village Ramharichar
has been washed away. Worst hit are Lanimpur and Goalpara districts and
North Kamrup, Jorhat, Sibsagar and Tezpur sub divisions.
e. EARTHQUAKE
(A). In Andaman region an Earthquake of
magnitude 5.5R scale occurred on Saturday August 2, night news by India Weather
Bureau.
(B). A 6.5R magnitude Earth Quake worst
hit struck in Ludian county in southwest China Yunnan province killing more
than 589 people and injured about 2300 people, on Saturday August 2, with
epicenter at a depth of 12km in the town of Longtoushan. 10,000 troops deployed
for survivors safety in ‘golden 72 hours’. Artificial lakes created in the
quake hit village complicated the relief efforts of rescuers.
(C). Earlier on Sunday August 3, a 5.0R
magnitude Earthquake jolted Xigaize prefecture in Tibet close to Arunachal
Pradesh and Nepal border in India. Epicenter was at 10km depth.
A
finding important by the author: All these three Earthquakes mentioned above are
related as per the present paper report, in spite of vast distances apart of
the events. Deep earth events, within its interiors, like the severe Earthquake
the one that jolted Japan, cannot be easily detected.
Vijayawada ruled out as capitol for AP
since it is located in a seismic zone. There are about 26 fault lines and
lineaments which are potential sources of tremors in and around the city. Jammidoddi,
Gundala, Moghulrajapuram, Hanumanpeta, Madhuranagar, Ayyapanagar, Jawahar
Autonagar, Enkipadu, and Satyanarayanapuram areas in Vijayawada are vulnerable
to seismic activity. The news was vehemently opposed by local TV broadcasts.

LANDSLIDES
IN NEPAL
Kosi River hillock rocks created an overflow
of water in Sindupal District after midnight and about 9 people died in Nepal.
Bihar state, Supaul city flooded on Sunday 3 August, also became very alert due
to the floods in Kosi River. The Union Minister Shuisma Swaraj declared the
blasting off the obstructions to the river Kosi in Nepal has avoided the danger
to the state of Bihar.
Weather
August 3, was totally cloudy but no rain at Visakhapatnam. August 4 and 5
were very cloudy and slight sprinkles of rain. August 5 the midday was cloudy
but no rain. The evening sky was very clear and Moonshine prevented record of naked
eye visible stars. The day August 6 was relatively hot in Visakhapatnam and
the moving clouds with no rain enhanced the suffocation.
August 7 happens to be a cloudy day in Visakhapatnam and the moon
visibility was reduced by 50%. August 8, full Sun shine in the morning, but
cool due to the winter, afternoon cloudy weather with no rain and people today
busy with Varalakshmi Puja.

Splashing of sea waves

important observation by the author is slashing of Sea waves on the beach shore
protective rock boulders in Visakhapatnam, during the days from August 9, is
due to the impact of the Typhoon
HALONG left 10 dead in Japan at weekend and dozens were injured. Rain
lashed the Japan country’s north on the following two days.
Splashing of sea waves on to the
embankment at Maharanipeta was a great spectacle many a beach visitors have
spent time watching the waves splashing with high up displays like sudden
fountains on hitting the big protective boulders. The beach at Maharanipeta
moved forward to the embankment on the,
Sunday August 10 Full Moon Day, with no splashing of waves but over
loaded waves was a big eye sight for the bewildered public gathered at the
boundary wall to watch the raised sea water. The public viewed the splashing of
waves for the four days from August 6 to 9. Splashing of waves on to the
boulders at the boundary protecting huge rocks was again a great spectacle on
the eve of August 11, 2014.Movement of clouds was noticed on the eve of August
11, 2014.

August 12, continues to
be humid less Sun light day at Visakhapatnam in the early morning but later by
midday it became very hot due to the full glare of Sunlight.
By 3h30mPM, on the August 12, 2014 the clouds moved in and
there was heavy rain with thunder and lightning maximum from 5h45m to 6 h15mPM.
Rain started around 5h20mPM and lasted till 6h45mPM. Typical observation by the author
was ‘synchrocyclotron’ movement of lightning and thunder over a radius of at
least one and half miles at Visakhapatnam literally nonstop circulation
extending over into the sea.
This is the second time author felt and experienced the rain,
years ago, when he was in Kolhapur, Maharashtra state. What surprised is the
similarity of the phenomenon. Every 20 minutes are so the lightning and thunder
moving over the surrounding hills in Kolhapur, gave a triumph of enchanting
observation that lasted little longer from 5h30m to 7h30mPM at Kolhapur.
Luckily my seat in the garden at my quarters, in open in the rain was on the
top of a hill. The difference being the circulating and the big Sine wave
fashion of lightning in Kolhapur has become an unforgettable event of
observation by me. The motion was a perfect ‘synchrocyclotron’ over the hills
at Kolhapur extending a distance of three miles radius minimum. That also
occurred in month of August.
Rain lashed city on
Tuesday August 12, to ward off people from sweltering heat during last five
days. A girl a cattle rarer of 18 struck by lightning was dead at Buddivalasaa
village in Visakhapatnam rural. City Waltair received 28mm rainfall while at
Airport it was 45mm rainfall. It rained for an hour.
Sunny
Day
Haryana was shattered with floods and one bridge has totally collapsed. Long Island in New York USA flooded with heavy rain on Tuesday August 13 in morning people were wading through the one foot water.
August 13 happens to be a sunny day in the morning. By afternoon around 2PM the weather became cloudy and with no air flow. August 14, started with a cloudy weather but afternoon it became very Sunny and with no much air movement. It definitely indicates a sudden thrust of hot weather from 10AM to 11.50.AM at Visakhapatnam Sea port. The sun lasted for a few hours and the cloudy suffocating weather took over by 12h05mPM. It rained from 12h58mPM to 2h20mPM and the cloud weather cleared with the full Sun shine but it was not as blazing as it was in the two hours time before the start of the cloudy weather.
[see the news item given above by The Hindu on August 14]. Chilean quake caused ice quakes in Antarctica: ice sheets in Antarctica vibrated a bit more than usual because a 8.8R magnitude earthquake with tremors lasting from one second to 10 seconds. This observation deals with a specific earthquake unlike what is found by the author as series of earthquakes world over within a span of hardly half month i.e. about fifteen days.
