A nod by the Supreme Court on Wednesday. 16 Dec 2015, on appointment of Archakas, as per Agama, treatise relating to its functioning, as ny deviation violates freedom of religion. Agamas are treatises on matters like construction of temples, installation of idols and conduct of worship of Deity. Any deviation from the age old custom would be an infringement of the freedom of religion.

bringing down temperatures, trees and power lines, sheering off roofs and walls
and causing flash flooding in the city. Emergency crews picking up the pieces
after 72mm of rain dumped on the east: December 17, 2015 6:08am. The
Bureau of Meteorology recorded rainfalls of up to 72mm at Rose Bay in the past
24 hours, while further south at Kurnell copped 80mm during the tornado. There
were abnormally strong winds reaching over 200km/h in parts of the city. December
25 will see storms in Sydney and rain in Melbourne, with only Adelaide and Perth to enjoy sunny
weather this year.

Landslide hits Chinese city, and the industrial park, destroying Guangdong province
on Sunday, 20 Dec 2015, with at least 91 people were missing after a huge mound
of mud and construction waste collapsed at a business park in southern China
and buried 33 buildings in the country's latest industrial disaster. The
mudslide smashed into multi-storey buildings at the Hengtaiyu industrial park
in the city's north-western Guangming New District, toppling them in collisions
that sent rivers of earth skyward. Villager Peng Jinxin said the mud came
like "huge waves", as residents ran out of the way.
On 20 Dec 2015, the weather was cloudy but no rain in Visakhapatnam, Muralinagar.

mass of a PROTON is only 1 GeV. Both the teams presented data on December 15,

The tourist resort of Pahalgam, which serves as a base camp for the annual Amarnath Yatra in south Kashmir, as the mercury there settled at a low of minus 2.1 degrees Celsius compared to the previous night at minus 7.2 degrees Celsius. The famous ski-resort of Gulmarg recorded minus 10.0 degrees Celsius. The minimum temperature in Kupwara in north Kashmir went up by over four degrees from the previous night's minus 4.5 degrees Celsius to settle at zero degree Celsius. He said Kokernag town in south Kashmir recorded the minimum temperature of minus 1.5 degree Celsius, while Qazigund settled at a low of minus 2.2 degrees Celsius. The minimum temperature in Leh, the frontier region of Ladakh, increased by nearly five degrees from the previous minus 15.1 degrees Celsius to settle at a low of minus 10.2 degrees Celsius. In the southern Brazilian state of Rio Grande do Sul, nearly 1,800 families in dozens of towns had been forced to leave their homes. with police drafted to flood response.
UNUSUAL CHILLI WIND IN VISAKHAPATNAM
Morning hours from 2AM, to-day 26 Dec 2015, chilly winds have struck
Visakhapatnam, and it became necessary to wear woollen clothes to protect oneself.
It was cloudy with minimal sunlight on the last four days at Visakhapatnam, though
was not raining, possibly a forerunner of the sudden gust of strong blowing wind on
the morning of 26 Dec 2015. Is it related to the American Tornadoes?
EARTHQUAKE on 26 Dec 2015
Tremors felt in North India after earthquake struck at 12:44AM in the Afghanistan-

ROSES BLOOM IN NYC: CHRISTMAS DAY
Record warmth beats the winter chill of 2015, with New Yorkers on the
Christmas Day left winter coats, sported T-shirts as mercury hit 21C even though
the skies were over cast. An uncharacteristic warm winter has flower beds sprung to
life, a very unseasonal sight. Daffodil bulbs in suburban gardens sprung up tender
green periscopes. Roses in city parks showed their plumage against Christmas tree
backdrops. It is unusual to smell, the fragrance of a viburnum in December, at NYC
Botanical Gardens.
COLD WAVE SWEEPS NORTH INDIA
Leh region in Jammu and Kashmir recorded minus 16.2C on Friday, 25
December 2015. Delhi 5.5C, chilled the Dal Lake, Kargil minus 15C, Churu in Rajastan

GOLD COINS OF HAN DYNASTY
Number of gold coins and plates, 378 in total from a 2000-yr-old Han dynesty
tomb in East China were unearthed. Findings include 20 thin plates, about 22cm long
and 10 cm wide. Gold coins weigh about 250g unearthed in Nanchang city. Generals
were rewarded with 50,000 kg of gold and a prince left 1,00,000 kg of gold at his
death. Han dynasty dates back to 206BC-24AD, the tomb belongs to Liu He,
grandson of Emperor Wu. The present author comments the wealth possibly due to
trade with India, which in those days had valued money in the form of Gold.
Last Four Days severe Winter
Winter chill people are facing, since last four days beginning with a thud of
chilli winds around 2 AM, morning on Friday, 25 Dec. Thick fog settling on Sunday

As many as 58 million of California's large trees are at risk due to the ongoing drought, according to a new study and, researchers say that means big changes may be ahead for the state's forests even if El Nino does drive increased rainfall in the coming year. Using imaging tools on board the Carnegie Airborne Observatory, an ecologist and a team from the Carnegie Institution for Science surveyed forests affected, by the drought that's been ongoing since 2012. Their research, which shows how California's forest canopies have lost water over time.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
The author is indebted to Late Prof. K. R. Rao D.Sc.(Madras) D.Sc.(London) for his concern of Nature and eventualities that inspired the author, to monitor the awesome peculiarities of Nature. The research yielded lot of information on phenomenal events of changes of weather and the world over the peculiar happenings. I regard the sudden rain on 19 Dec 2015, as something different, astounding weather with unusual cold.
