ABSTRACT
The morning of 7th February 2008, during the hours of partial eclipse invisible in India, i.e. from about 8.10A.M up to 10.30.A.M. the spectral observations made by the present author showed the yellow band of Solar Spectrum was fuzzy broad and had certain hues of the green and orange colors on either side of the yellow band. The solar sunspot flare might have caused this change. Also the intensity of Sun light fell down by about 30% of the morning glow. By 10.30A.M clouds slightly gathered but have dissipated away by afternoon then there was a bright sunshine. The Orion constellation was at the zenith around 10.20 P.M night of 7th Feb 08 and both the Hunters belt stars and the knife were clearly visible to the naked eye. The present authors’ theory correlates the REDRAIN of Kerala, Jammu & Kashmir Snowing and the fall of temperature in Visakhapatnam and Mumbai, with a kind of activity triggered by the SUN SPOT number 982. Most significant is also the finding of the agitated Sea of Bay of Bengal during the three days 11th-13th Feb.08. But the present author has a theory those solar disturbances affect via nearby planets the Earth's atmosphere. The Solar Wind drives the planetary bound external matter, which impacts on to the earth’s atmosphere in the regions, other than at terrestrial poles. This material needn't necessarily be the same type of charged materials, like the accelerated particulates those cause the Aurora Borealis.
Introduction:
A) TREMBLOR:
The Wednesday 6th February 2008 there was a trembler earthquake of magnitude R4.0 with epicenter at Mejia in Bankursa District at 11:40.A.M. It was felt at the neighboring districts of Birbhum and Bhurdwan of south West Bengal. The trembler lasted for several seconds.
B) Weather on the East and West Coast of India:
Almost the same day of Wednesday Mumbai city has experienced the Chills of the lowest winter temperature of 9.4C.Visakhapatnam city on the east coast however was warm since 3rd February 2008. In fact the warmth reduced in the morning of 7th February 2008, during the hours of partial eclipse invisible in India, i.e. from about8.10A.M up to 10.30.A.M. The spectral observations made by the present author showed the Yellow band of Solar Spectrum was not broad and had certain hues of the green and orange colors on either side of the yellow band. The solar sunspot flare might have caused this change. Also the intensity of Sun light fell down by about 30% of the morning glow. By 10.30A.M. clouds slightly gathered but have dissipated away
by afternoon then there was a bright sunshine.
C) SKY OF VISAKHAPATNAM ON THE 7TH FEBRUARY 2008:
In the night of 7th February 2008 the Mars planet, Aldebaran (Rohini) and Betelgeuse formed almost an equilateral triangle with 11.5degrees.Capella seems to be much brighter than Aldebaran (Rohini).Gemini stars Castor and Pollux are very distinct and bright. Mars seems to be slightly displaced towards the west by a degree in the straight line of Betelgeuse, Mars and the star Capella. The Orion constellation was at the zenith around 10.20PM night of 7th Feb 08.Both the Hunters belt stars and the knife was clearly visible to the naked eye.
Could it be that the solar flare of the Sunspot 982 to an extent affected the release of Martian material into the Earth's atmosphere? Hither too made studies of solar phenomenae, in literature and reported in several websites, relate the Aurora Borealis created by accelerated particles along the polar Magnetic field lines. But the present author has a theory those solar disturbances affect via nearby planets the Earth's atmosphere. The planetary bound external
matter driven by solar winds impact into the atmosphere in the regions other than at terrestrial poles. This material needn't necessarily be the same type of charged materials, like the accelerated particulates those cause the Aurora Borealis. Friday 08th February was very warm due to some kind of Greenhouse effect in Visakhapatnam. The sun was felt intense inspite of the cloudy weather. As a result there was a flash of heavy rain in the night of Friday that continued on the morning of Saturday 9th Feb. 2008.Till the Saturday 09th Feb, 2008 the rainfall at Visakhapatnam was recorded as about 10mm. Due to a low pressure depression, it has heavily and extensively rained from Orissa to Andhra Pradesh coastal area, on Saturday 09th Feb.08.
D) Rain of Fish.
On Monday night at Kandanserri village in Kerala there was a rain of fish. It was explained by the fact that small fish could have been picked by the water vapor clouds and the sustained fish floating in the water laden clouds for several days before they were brought down by the fish-rain. But this incident has jolted the people since this followed a RED RAIN that occurred a few days earlier. No explanation was given for it. It may not be a coincidence that at Peddatippaocean mandalam of Chitoor district in the Konduvari Palle, the same Monday evening 11th February 2008 lightning struck and killed two kids returning from school to their village and who took shelter under that fateful tree. The report on the 12th Feb 08 says that it rained heavily (12mm) in Araku Valley the most above seasonal average.
E) Snow
Surprisingly it has been snowing in Jammu & Kashmir heavily since last six days, and the main road between Jammu and Kashmir got totally blocked due to avalanches. However on Sunday 10th Feb 08, the Srinagar city had bright sunshine. A powerful Tornado has hit USA at Cataniaspring causing extensive damage. In Visakhapatnam the rainy weather and dull atmosphere continued on the Tuesday 12th Feb 08 and what people all complained were the severe cold and the wetness of the environment? At about 6 0'clock in the evening the moon was almost at zenith and the clouds high up produced a circular ring around the crescent moon of about 1 degree. The scattered light was blue with no tinge of redness. The author to his amazement felt the acoustic vibrant Bay of Bengal Sea? The sound was different from that of tidal waves. The report of a softened interior region of earth causing sound vibrations on to the surface is interesting in this context.
F) Agitated sea
During the Days from 11th Feb 08 to 14 Feb 2008 the sea at Visakhapatnam was much agitated with the water droplets splashing the atmosphere and that affected the visibility. The sound of breaking waves splashing in the sea was phenomenal. 13th February was Radha Saptami when Lord Surya considered ride on Seven horses by names: SuryaPrabha, ChinnaShesa, Garuda, Hanumantha, (after the puja of this ride of the Lord in the morning people observe the Chakra Snana) followed by KalpaVruksha, SarvaBhupala, and the seventh one, ChandhraPrabha.14th February 2008 there was a sudden temperature fall in New Delhi and the turnips in Moghul gardens of Raj Bhavan have bloomed. Sunshine was relatively good during the 14th Feb and on the 15th Feb 08 at Visakhapatnam. 15th February 2008 the Moon light showed at 9.00PM night the scattering of RED light around about 2 degrees wide at arms stretch implying the conditions of the clouds have drastically changed with loss of water content.
CONCLUSIONS:
The second and third week of February offered physically significant events of the earth’s atmosphere, due to the partial solar eclipse of 7th Feb 08, the SUN SPOT number 982, and the solar wind driven external planetary material on to the Earth’s atmosphere other than at poles.

Weather of Visakhapatnam during the Fourth week of Jan २००८ KLN

Weather of Visakhapatnam during the Fourth week of Jan 2008

ABSTRACT
The weather has drastically changed during the forth week of January 2008 at Visakhapatnam and trade winds over North India and Coastal Andhra region might have been triggered by Upper atmosphere cloud formations in the Scandinavian, Europe and Alaska regions. The conjunctions of the Moon and Mars and especially Moon and Saturn have been specifically suggested by the author, that have prompted the initiation of
Cloud formations at a height of 20kms to 80kms during the third week of January, 2008.
He has an alternate explanation of this phenomenon based on the fact that the Coronal Hole magnetic fields have coordinated with the said conjunctions. Prompt reports of Scandinavian countries Mother of Pearl and the Nacreous January & February clouds to an extent justify the author’s theory. But the most significant observation made by the author was that made on the 31st Jan 08 night of a panoramic view of Red-Rosy cloud cover sky of Visakhapatnam. The last week China experienced heavy snow fall which may only be partially due to IL NINO effect as per the present author’s theory.
Introduction:
With reference to the Blog-spot posts made 1, 2 it was observed that the Weather phenomenon at the coastal Andhra Pradesh during this week from 19th-30th Jan 08, has a direct link with the Moon and Planetary conjunctions2 that have happened during the week 19th to 26th January 2008. It may not be a wonder that the Mars, Moon and subsequently Saturn Rings have contributed when in conjunction to the earth’s atmosphere. This happened as well due to the fact that the earth was submerged in the
Magnetic fields of the Coronal holes of the Sun. But there seems to be a strong possibility that the upper atmospheric layers of Scandinavian countries and over the Alps, nearly at a height of 9-16kms icy-cold clouds might have contributed to chilly weather in the Andhra Pradesh. Beautiful pictures of the Mother of Pearl Clouds have become now available at SpaceWeather.com (30th January 2008).
Overcast Skies:
Surprisingly the 23rd January 2008 night was very clear & visible with the bright moon and the sky was devoid of any cloud. By 9.15PM on 24th January 2008 the entire sky got overcast with patchy clouds. The maximum and minimum temperatures recorded at the some cities in Andhra Pradesh on the 26th January 2008, justifies the fall in temperatures due to the Low-pressure depression formed in the coast near to Visakhapatnam. But the dramatic recovery of Low-Depression effects was noticed on the on the 28th January 2008. Amazingly the temperature patterns of morning and afternoon have changed drastically. Since 26th January to-date 30th January 2008, the afternoons were found to be quite chilly unlike the mornings. This was a REVERSE situation of weather pattern compared to the second and third weeks of January 2008. Could it be that the Alps and Himalayas cool weather had descended to the lower atmosphere almost ground level at Visakhapatnam? That means the movement of the Nacreous clouds was made by a trade wind circulation rolling them from Arctic Circle? January after mid-month, it seems hardly a night went in Scandinavia, Iceland, Alaska and Northern Canada and England, by without someone spotting the phenomenon. They are usually visible within two hours after sunset or before dawn. These occurred on Jan. 19-21 and Jan. 24-26 as one report emphasizes. A picture taken by Ross in Norway, on Jan. 25th, shows a typical apparition. Nacreous clouds, also known as "Mother of Pearl" of clouds have been described as peppered with tiny ice crystals. They blaze with iridescent color when struck by light from the setting sun. It is the icy crystals at minus 85 Celsius (-120 F) that make nacreous clouds which, float around (15-25kms) 9 to 16 miles height in the Lower stratosphere,, curling and uncurling when they are subjected to modulation by atmospheric gravity waves. For much of January, these clouds rolled across the Arctic region with puzzling regularity and with the sudden abundance3.
Coronal Hole Magnetic field influence:
The Thursday 31st January 2008, afternoon was warm at Visakhapatnam and, then there
was a flash of rain downpour (the beginning of pre monsoon weather?) in the evening?
between 7.30PM to 8.30PM. Friday it was sunny and fine weather through the day. On the 1st February 2008 the sky was cloudy and in the evening it has put up an enormous
Panoramic view of Rosy-Red cloud covers over the entire city. Space Weather.com has
highlighted the He I 1083nm (John Nassr) flare of the 982 sunspot and that would
eventually developed to a full form. The Venus and Jupiter have been in the early morning of 1st Feb 2008 almost 1 degree apart. They would continue to be in conjunction till the 4th Feb 2008 and Moon would also be nearer to them. Why that is the Friday and Saturday weather in Visakhapatnam so chilly in the afternoons is of course not quiet clear. It’s just not the winter weather, since the chilly wind was totally different.
Maximum and Minimum Temperatures of Andhra Pradesh: सी figure
Weatherman:
Weatherman in India found that the North coastal region is under the influence of a low-depression that formed on 1st February 2008.Under this influence he reports that there were slight showers in Andhra Pradesh and the sky remained cloudy. The temperatures over several cities have fallen. Chilly winds are blowing. The Northern India low-depression or the western disturbances have been sited as the reason of the weather changes in Andhra region. He says that the Upper atmospheric low pressure depressions
have been moving over Iran, Pakistan and Afghanistan and move towards northeasterly direction in North India. North India has been therefore experiencing heavy cold and shivering weather. In Rajasthan as well the temperatures have fallen down under this influence. Usually these trade winds should have been limited to North Andhra region up to the region of Telengana. But this season they have extended up to the North Coastal region. Therefore a low-depression has formed now in this part of India. It’s only a light low-depression which has been fizzling out away and hence the temperatures would again rise to normalcy. Kashmir is under the grip of severe cold and the temperature recorded was -15degree Centigrade. Phalgaon recorded -15.4, Dras, Kargil, Leh parts of Kashmir lakes have frozen.Kinouri district of Himachala Pradesh recorded -10.0, and Amrutsir recorded -1.0 temperatures. Delhi, Saharanpur of Uttar Pradesh state recorded zero degrees. Heavy snow fall is occurring in Jammu, Kashmir, Punjab, Bihar, Uttar Pradesh and Himachala Pradesh regions. A solar wind stream has hit Earth on 31st January 2008 and a Norway HotPay2 rocket went into the aurora borealis up to a height of 340kms, and recorded data on 19 different equipment and the skies seems to have turned vivid green as per spaceweather.com of 2nd February 2008. Sunspot 982 has been breaking up on 2nd Feb. 08. The solar wind stream of 608.7km/sec and density 2.1protons/cm^3 would pummel Earth’s magnetic field and sever geomagnetic storms might occur over the days during 2nd to 5th Feb 08.

ALTERNATIVE TO वाटर D.N.SINHA Dated 26.1.2008..

ALTERNATIVE TO WATER

According to the SMPV(U) Rules and Act,every 5 years all pressure vessels have to undergo a Hydro static test or a cryogenic test. The t4st has to be done at 1.5 times the design pressure the pressure .Regarding the Hydro static test the amount of water to be used is a huge quantity. Considering the conservation of the natural resources, which are,non renewable the amount of water that is wasted under this test is enormous, and as on to day is unable to meet the demand of water as it is.
Under the circumstances the various recognized research organizations must come up with an alternative test, such as an instrument using ultrasonic waves or any other instrument for such purposes without using water. Our research policy is to be self sufficient in many things and water is such. The government of India must think of an alternative instead of following some age old rules.I am only an Engineer but not a scientist to even suggest any kind of alternative, but I am sure Research in the various Institutions, like the NPL,NCL,OR DEFENCE Institutions must come up with an alternative ,as it is use ful for all purposes. As most of the transport vehicle transporting LPG,or Petroleum products or even storage tanks have to undergo this test,it is also expensive for getting at so much of water besides wastage. The instruments should be made available to third party competent persons who inspect these sorage Tanks, must be able to buy them and use them. You cannot expect a single lorry owner who buys his Lorry and builds the tank under loans from Banks, cannot think of additional expenses like this.
When they undertake to transport these products they are paid amounts which are quite low and this does not help in allevating their social position but puts them under great pressure in life.We talk about farmers sops, but no one talks about these poor lorry owners, who drive long distances for their livelihood for this meager amount paid by OIL COMPANIES..Equality should be in all kinds of livelihood and not just for a few. By talking with these poor owners I have realized how difficult it is for them to meet both ends.It is time Scientists think in these terms and do something about it without sacrificing safety.
