Water supply has been ensured through deep tube wells under the subsidy scheme. During a visit to the Dudhnoi farm, Dudhnoi Krishi Chakra Agricultural Development Officer Priyanku Majumdar lauded the women's efforts and expressed optimism about their yield. Apart from Jujube, the women have also cultivated papaya and turmeric on their farm. The women are already planning to cultivate the same crop again and have tied a tongali (traditional Assamese headgear) to signify their determination. The Jujube produced by these enterprising women is sold to traders in the market, making them self-reliant and economically independent. This initiative by the two women is a shining example of how individuals can use their skills and resources to support their families and contribute to the agricultural sector.

Feb.21,2023:Japanese astronomers discover 'space tadpole' orbiting black hole.

Yesterday 11:30 pm.Ateam of researchers led by Miyuki Kaneko at Japan's Keio University used data from the James Clerk Maxwell Telescope to identify an unusual cloud of gas about 27,000 light-years away in the constellation Sagittarius. The curved 'Tadpole' shape of the molecular gas cloud strongly suggests that it is being stretched as it orbits around a massive compact object. At the center of the Tadpole's orbit, there are no bright objects which could be massive enough to gravitationally hold the Tadpole. The best candidate for this massive compact invisible object is a black hole. Because black holes don't emit light, the only way to detect them is when they interact with other objects.

Feb.23,2023:Why are the famous Venice canals drying? • 8h ago. Some experts suggest that the region hasn’t been able to recuperate from the after-effects of last year’s drought. With some of Venice’s secondary canals almost drying up in the past few days, images of docked water taxis, gondolas and ambulance boats have garnered a lot of attention on social media. Experts believe that a prolonged long spell of low tides and lack of rain are responsible for the issue in the city. The low water levels have come as a surprise because Venice is known to suffer from frequent flooding. In 2019, it witnessed the worst floods since 1966, which resulted in damages worth hundreds of millions of euros.
