ABSTRACT
Jainlmare, Outpost, in Rajasthan, recorded 52.4 C on 2 May 2016. On 1 May 2016, Visakhapatnam recorded 38.6 C. Nellore on Monday, May 2 , 2016  in  RSR High School compound a whirl wind rising to a height of 300 feet suddenly developed, in the midday, when people ran helter-Skelton, and said they have not seen such huge whirl wind. There was a gale of wind and heavy thunders in Visakhapatnam between 6 PM to early morning 4 AM on 4 May, but ironically no rainfall at all. The temperature record was 35.6 C on 3 May 2016, but with minimum 29.2 C, resulting in hot night weather. Researchers believe the newly found comet was formed in the same region as Earth, then booted to the solar system’s backyard like a gravitational slingshot as planets jostled for position. Three ladies laboured to dig a water Farm Pond, in Anant Bellappukonda lady coolies M. Varalakshmi, Nageswaramma, Sankaramma started on Feb 24, and in 45 days completed the task. PD awarded Rs. 5000/- reward to these ladies!! Mandal Tashildar complimented Bapurao Thajne in Malegao taluka Klambeswar village who dug a well in his house after being rejected to share water from a place held by higher up cast people who objected his wife. Within 40 days he dug the well that spilled water. Shivamogga: On Mother’s Day a boy named Pawan, aged 15 years gave a rare gift to his mother by digging a well  within six weeks labour, single handed dug the well of 45 feet depth, when his hand broke he employed two coolies to complete the task of digging the water well. It took two months to complete the job. A week before Mother’s Day he gifted it to his mother to use the water for Abisheka of Lord Shiva.  The new comet, known as C/2014 S3, was discovered in 2014 by the Panoramic Survey Telescope and Rapid Response System, or Pan-STARS. C/2014 S3 was dark and virtually tailless when it was spotted about twice as far away from the sun as Earth. Akshya Trutiya May 9, 2016 a phenomenal day of purchase of Gold by several people in India. The Mercury transit across Sun on the evening of 9 May from 4 PM to 6.30 PM was a site that thrilled many people who observed it throughout India. Dug small water lakes in Thammadapalli (g) helped farmers to grow twice the crops, and made available drinking water. It is 50 km away from Warangle, about 600 families living there, sloppy hill areas chosen to dig and small lakes created. Not a single drop was allowed to flow away, and was collected in the ponds. South American country is researching how to use a technique called fog harvesting, to collect mist in large quantities, and deliver it to communities that currently depend on water shipped in from the city in tanker trucks. I wish to record that on 10 May 2016 the Sun heat was excessively hot in Visakhapatnam, the drinking water became burning hot, around 12 O' Clock in the afternoon and it was sufficiently hot even at 6 PM. The last three days I found that in the evenings also the hot weather prevailed in Visakhapatnam an unusual experience. During observations of V404Cygni, the team of Astronomers discovered by optical measurements of Black Hole accretion disc, an intense wind from the Black Hole. This wind has a velocity of 3000 km per second si that it could escape the Black Hole's gravitational field. Two medium earth quakes measuring 4.9 occurred at 1.24 PM with epicentre at Chandel in Manipur at 60 km depth) and 3.3 R (at 5.26 PM at Seriapati at a depth of 10 km) rocked Manipur while another of 3 R hit Gujarat at 11.30 PM with epicentre at Bamas Kanth at a depth of just 5 km. Another medium intensity tremor, measuring 3 on the Richter Scale, hit Gujarat at 11:30 PM. The epicentre was in Banas Kantha at the depth of five kilometres, it said. On the night of 14-15 May it rained slightly in Visakhapatnam with huge and thick cover of clouds. The people at Beach enjoyed the cloudy weather. More than 60 people have been killed by lightning over the past two days during tropical storms across Bangladesh, local media said Saturday. Most of the 64 lightning deaths since Thursday have occurred in rural Bangladesh, where farmers are busy with the current harvesting season, leading Bengali-language newspapers Prothom Alo and Samakal reported. The reports of casualties could not be verified independently, with lightning deaths not usually monitored by government agencies.  The planetary alignment of on Friday 13 May 2016, Earth, Venus and Mercury, coupled with Mars and the Sun linking up at the same time is likely to put more stress on our tectonic plates. In India the Gujarat, Manipur and Andhra Pradesh-Odisha flt the Earth Tremors. More Bangladesh witnessed an unusual chain of Lightning bolts that killed several people almost 64 in the agricultural fields.

1 May 2016
It was an extremely HOT day, recorded 38.6 C, from the early morning from, 8 AM till 6.00 PM and being a Sunday many people confined themselves at home. The Sun was bright blazing RED colour at 6 PM. People  from Telangana were  moving away en-mass with the families to Mumbai.

Sun Strokes and strong HEAT WAVES
May 1, 2016 Visakhapatnam registered strong heat wave with temperature touching 38.6 C, and night temperature at 28.8 C. On Sunday the Heat Waves have occurred in Rayalseema, Telangana and Andhra. From 3 to 5 degrees excess heat was recorded due to the hot winds flowing across the south from Northern winds. For another four days this weather may continue.  Western disturbances from Arabia Sea covering central India and Bay of Bengal wet winds might reduce temperatures in these areas. About 14,482 public water facilities, on the high way roads would be provided. Hyderabad also registering above 42 C, and only in the evenings it is becoming somewhat cool. Such is the case in Visakhapatnam also. Jangameswarapuram 45 C,  Anantapur 44.2 C, Kurnool 43.1 C,    Vijayawada 42.7 C, Nellore 42.6 C, Guntur 43 C, and Rajahamundry 42 C. are the registered temperatures on the  May 1, 2016.
GANGA RIVER
Water Resources Minister Uma Bharti said she would announce in the House in July 2018 that the river has been cleaned and rejuvenated. She said the return of river dolphins, turtles and gold fish in the Ganga aqua life system would be the biggest benchmark to prove that the river has rejuvenated.

30 April 2016: 5:17 PM  ALLAHABAD: The River Ganga is drying up as temperatures continue to rise across the country. Locals in Allahabad, where Yamuna and the mythical river Saraswati meets Ganga at Prayag, expressed their concern over the falling water-level of the Ganga amid worsening heat wave conditions. "Today, the condition is such that there is no water in the river. People can easily walk and cross the river from one end to another. The water level has become so less that it is a matter of concern for all of us. We are extremely worried as Prayag is losing is importance. On seeing such a condition, people too are worried," said a local, Mohan Lal.
The duration of the project is three years, from 2016 to 2018, and German contribution it will be to the tune of Rs. 22.5 crore. Dr Ney said his country understands the "devotion and cultural importance" of Ganga and will do its best to bring back "Mother Ganga to its pristine glory".

COMET C/2014 S3 MANX NO TAIL

              Fig.1 Comet c/2014 S3
Astronomers have found a first-of-its-kind tailless comet whose composition may offer clues into long-standing questions about the solar system's formation and evolution. "Manx" comet, named after a breed of cats without tails, was made of rocky materials that are normally found near Earth. Researchers believe the newly found comet was formed in the same region as Earth, then booted to the solar system’s backyard like a gravitational slingshot as planets jostled for position.
The new comet, known as C/2014 S3, was discovered in 2014 by the Panoramic Survey Telescope and Rapid Response System, or Pan-STARS. C/2014 S3 was dark and virtually tailless when it was spotted about twice as far away from the sun as Earth. C/2014 S3 appeared pristine, an indication that it had been in the solar system's deep freeze for a long time,

13 states in water grip
54 crore farmers in the grip of drought with the rural population in 13 states, with food and fodder getting scarce. Bundelkhand was the worst affected, where dal has become a luxury, and a two week internship programme planned for students.  Latur in Maharashtra to Mahoba in Bundelkhand on May 21, 2016 plan to organise a 10-day Paidal Yatra.

TIRUMALA WATER FOR A YEAR
Tirumala Ggarbham dam, Akasha Ganga, Papvinasam lakes filled with 75% water totally 3840 ML water was collected. This would lost for 300 days utility. Daily requirement is about 13 ML water. Additionally Kalyan Dam and Sri Vari steps (metla) underground water (Bore) giving about 8 ML water. For nearly one and half years there won’t be any water problem.

HEAT WAVE AND SUN STROKE
Jangameswarapuram registered 46.4 C, second highest in the country, with Jainlmare, Outpost, in Rajasthan, recorded 52.4 C, and Rameswaram also recorded 46.4 C.  Nandigamma 44 C, Tirupati 43 C, Kurnool, Gannavaram 42 C, Tuni, Nellore and Arogyavaram 41 C, were the recorded temperatures on 2 May 2016.

SUMMER HEAT 2 May 2016
A constable on duty in Visakhapatnam lost consciousness on the job at Maddilapalem due to dehydration. Women traffic cops are worst hit. 300 personal and 50% have no sun shades for their work. Duty timings changed from 7 AM o 11 AM and from 5 PM to 9 PM.

ITCHHAPURAM VILLAGES FACE WATER CRISIS
Villages Chinna Lakshmipuram,Pedda Lakshmipuram,Donkuru, Sivakrishnapuram and Chinna burujupeta Mandals in Itchhapuram  are forced to depend on water from pits dug up at in the sands near the shore of Bay of Bengal. Drinking water supplied by tanks but this year no official is listening to their problems.

CLOUDY WEATHER
Today, 3 May 2016, from 3 PM it was all cloudy in Visakhapatnam, especially in the evening from 6.30 PM the clouds have engulfed the city but unfortunately there was no rain in-spite the cloud was thick and mostly threatening of a heavy down pour. Around 10.30 PM the thundering was heard but not so intense. There was a gale of wind and heavy thunders in Visakhapatnam between 11.30 PM to early morning 4 AM on 4 May, but ironically no rainfall at all. The temperature recorded was 35.6 C on 3 May 2016, but with minimum 29.2 C, resulting in hot night weather.

SRIKAKULAM
A lake that dried up allowed the kids to catch up the dying fish at the surface, in large quantities, in Srikakulam, Peddapadu Uracheruvu, on Tuesday 3 May 2016.

CLIMATE CHANGE
Climate change may cause exodus from West Asia and North Africa, which is a home for 500 million people. They would become so hot that human habitability is compromised. During hot days temperatures south of Mediterranean will reach around 46 C. by mid-century.

FOG HARVESTING CHILE SELF-SUFFICIENT
South American country is researching how to use a technique called fog harvesting, to collect mist in large quantities, and deliver it to communities that currently depend on water shipped in from the city in tanker trucks. The research centre at Alto Patache comprises six white domes with a weather station, a kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms, all which run on 200 litres of water a day on average, from harvested fog. First one installed in 1992, and about 150 have been deployed but only 40 currently on run. Intense solar radiation that hits nearby Pacific, evaporating large quantities of water that is then carried in land by strong winds, and when the moist air mass reaches the snowy peaks of Andes Mountains west of desert, it cools, and turns into a thick mist. Indigenous people call the mist as CAMANCHACA. It means darkness in Aymara language.  The mist condenses on the polypropylene threads, gathering into drops that eventually seep down into an awaiting container. It can collect 14 litres of a water a day.

TINIEST ENGINES

Nano-machines can navigate in water, sense environment or even enter living cells to fight diseases. Proto type made of charged particles, of gold, bound together with temperature responsive polymers in the form of a gel. They are powered by light. Bio-compatible, cost effective and fast to respond.
HYDERABAD
Hyderabad weather continues to remain hot with temperatures being recorded well above the normal levels. So much so that Hyderabad recorded the highest maximum in 43 years. While the capital city of the newbie Telangana did receive light rain, no respite has been observed during the past few days. Currently, the maximum in Hyderabad settles at 42 degree Celsius, which happens to be four degrees above the normal levels. Even on and off thunderstorm activity during the past week failed to bring down the sky high maximums. Telangana lies in Interior Peninsular India closer to the Tropic of Cancer. The state lies in such latitudes that the rays of the sun are almost perpendicular during the summer months. Thus, the city gets heated up at a faster rate and observes higher temperatures. Pre-Monsoon showers have begun to affect the state of Telangana. However, these rains are not only light and patchy in nature but are also highly localized. Thus, Hyderabad continues to reel under high temperatures.
El Nino Declines:
Updated on May 3, 2016 4:00 PM (IST): El Niño declines, to become neutral soon. For the first time, all of the Niño indexes have settled below the value of one, including Nino 3.4 that governs the Indian South-west Monsoon. Nino 3.4 has seen a gradual drop since last week from 1.1°C to 0.8°C.

SPRITES ON 1 May 2016
Fig.5  Sprites on 1 May 2016.
Sprites are an exotic form of upper atmospheric electricity, sometimes called "space lightning" because they reach altitudes associated with meteors, noctilucent clouds and auroras. Some researchers believe they are linked to cosmic rays: Subatomic particles from deep space striking the top of Earth's atmosphere produce secondary electrons that, in turn, could provide the spark that triggers sprites.

Pfotzer Maximim  Oct 22, 2015
Note that the bottom of the Pfotzer Maximim is near 55,000 ft. This means that some high-flying aircraft are not far from the zone of maximum radiation. Indeed, according to the Oct 22 measurements, a plane flying at 45,000 feet is exposed to 2.79 uSv/hr. At that rate, a passenger would absorb about one dental X-ray's worth of radiation in about 5 hours.

HYDERABAD HEAVY RAINS
Hyderabad received 8 cm rain on Friday, 6 May. Temperature fell down from 42 C to 32.2 C on Friday, 6 May.

Telangana recorded less Summer Heat
On the Sunday 8 May 2016, Telangana recorded three degrees less hot Sun, while in coastal districts the temperatures recorded three degrees higher.

POTATO CULTIVATION
In Visakhapatnam agency areas found to be fine for cultivation of Potato crop, this year 2000 acres of land being used.

WATER WELLS
Dug small water lakes in Thammadapalli (g) helped farmers to grow twice the crops, and made available drinking water. It is 50 km away from Warangle, about 600 families living there, sloppy hill areas chosen to dig and small lakes created. Not a single drop was allowed to flow away, and was collected in the ponds. Several ponds called “Uttakuntalu” helped the families to make it an area of splendid cultivation, and about 50-60 acres being grown. About 12 such ponds exist in this small town. The creation of these ponds helped the dried up wells in the village to ooziest the water.  Every year they are able to grow rice, Cotton and Maize, two times the crops. Small pond costs Rs.3 to 4 lakhs, bigger one costs 8-9 lakhs. Within 25 to 45 days the ponds creation would be completed.

OCEAN WAVE ONSLAUGHT
Gara Mandal had forward ocean wave motion entering the dwelling areas and last year during the rains it happened, but this year without any rain the sea has been moving on to the residing areas. Bandervanipeta the sea moved forward by several meters. Some fisherman lost their boats into the sea.
May 10, 2016
About 308 districts in India facing shortage of potable water. Uttara Pradesh, Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh and Karnataka are facing the acute shortage of drinking water, while Uttara Pradesh and Madhya Pradesh reported 50 and 46 districts with acute drinking water facilities. In Maharashtra and Karnataka 33 and 27 districts are grappling with shortage of drinking water. State governments executed about 9914 sustainability structures including 824 pits and trenches, and 682 check dams, 82 percolation tanks, 107 village ponds/traditional water bodies and 628 rooftop rain harvesting structures were provided during 2015-2016.

12 May 2016
Today, 12 May afternoon surprisingly the Visakhapatnam city engulfed with roaring thunderous clouds since 2.00 PM in the afternoon. It rained from 4 PM to about 6 PM. It was the first rain for  this season. The weather was quite cool till the morning of 13 May 2016.

13 May 2016: Tokyo Scientists from Kavli IPMU, have reported analysing 12.4 to 14.7 billion light years away galaxies, their results indicate that even in the farthest reaches of the universe General Relativity is valid. Data on 3000 galaxies have been analysed. The expansion of the universe can be explained by a cosmological constant proposed by Einstein. General Relativity states that Gravity raps up space-time expansion of the universe. They used FMOS, (Fibre Multi-Object Spectrograph) on Subaru Telescope which analysed data of galaxies billion light years away.  The mysterious dark energy could be driving the acceleration of the universe, the alternate theory.
RAINS IN ANDHRA PRADESH
Highest rainfall of 4 cm at Koilkuntla in Kurnool district, Salur, Bobbili and Pathapatnam had 3cm rainfall over last 24 hours, 13 May. Lightning  killed four persons, two boys aged 9 and 12 siblings died on the spot while playing at Billapuri village in the agency area and two shepherds died in Geegirama village of Salur Mandal. the sheep returned home, without their herdsmen. Family members found the bodies in the fields.

12 May 2016, 7:22 am EDT - Tech Times
Solar-powered cement that glows in the dark and is able to withstand the harsh effects of the sun's ultraviolet rays for 100 years is something that could revolutionize the solar road industry. For the past several years,  solar road has grown popular because it is a different way of lighting a road. However, regular glow-in-the-dark materials do not last long because they are made of plastic that easily degrades after only several years of exposure to the sun.

This is the first time a report of Earth Quake lines spreading from the Bangladesh to different places in India, has been research out-looked. The sequence of lightnings over Bangladesh, killing more than 60 people in the fields, is a consequence the author feels, pertinent to the earth quake manifestation across the land over several paths touching Gujarat, (two quakes)Manipur and Srikakulam. The model envisages a new design of the Earth Quakes initiated by the  lining up of the events with the celestial line up of Mercury, Venus, Earth, coupled with Mars and Sun.
