The surface of MOON is constituted by Lunar Dust, loose material, rocky and Boulder formations, and it has several secrets that it holds at its bosom.[1,2] The contention of present author, is that the material of the Moon, gets topologically excited, under disturbed conditions. The Plasma Sheet, the Earth’s magneto tail, [3], solar stream wind/particles, Cosmic and Asteroid debris etc produce those disturbed environments.
The Lunar probes, like the Chandhrayana Mission need to be planned to incorporate devices that might possibly reveal the material properties of the Moon. The topological excitation of the Molecular/Crystalline force fields has been extensively reported, by the present author, in a series of articles [4].
The Topological Excitation acquiring a Charge and as well a Spin, has been termed as Rao particle. The Rosfet Device [5] is a spin-off of a research study on these excitations.
The Electron gets “entangled’ with the Rao particles [6], which the later are of two types, a Rao particle and the other an Anti-Rao (AR) particle. AR-Electron forms a pair, like the Electron-Hole (the exciton). But the Rao and Anti-Rao are topological particles that posses a winding number.
The richness of concept of topological excitations, generated in the material on the surface of Moon in disturbed environments, is quite vivid.
The Electrons of the Molecular/Crystalline-like structures of the Lunar surface Material, gets involved with the Rao and Anti-Rao particles. The floating [7] electrically charged dust (observed by NASA’s Lunar Prospector and NASA’s Surveyor 7 Lander) as reported by Space.com staff [8] also gets associated with topological excitations to form the New Bosons.
This physical feature provides immense possibilities of exciting research on Lunar Dust. The finding that Electrons pepper the Moon Surface has therefore an explanation in the present formulation and Model considerations by the present author.
Thus the Moon’s surface Material with the Mentioned topological excitations, offers a comfortable bed, for the resting Electrons. In two ways, it can happen. How they differ? Firstly, the free electrons/or the lone pair Electrons Spin and Charge may be absorbed in the bed of topological excitations. Next path way is that such Charged and Spinning, topological excitations, get associated with the peppering Electrons, to form a New Gas of Bosons.
Use of Rosfet Device to investigate the Characteristics of these topological excitations is one technique.
But more profound is the applicability of the Generalized [9] Dr.K.V.N.Rao’s SST (sensing signal technique) at different Electromagnetic frequencies. This technique is more powerful than the conventional Spectroscopy methods of analysis. [10] (See the photo and the Caption given)

Dr.K.V.N.Rao’s generalized SST helps to launch more than one sensing signal to understand the disturbed Plasma Environment, of the Lunar surface and its embedded atmosphere. Compact Space Probes based on Dr.K.V.N.Rao’s SST would be a boon to Lunar/Chandhrayana Missions being planned in a global enterprise.
Either of the mentioned Devices, help to understand the AIRGLOW, [11], Gaseous Discharges and Microwave Plasma Diagnostics [12] of the Moon.
Reverting to a discussion on the Rao particles, proposed by the present author, it is to be noted such a particle, has. a characteristic winding number. This feature is the strength of the new formulation proposed. The winding number decides the effective mass possessed by the Rao particles and the Binding Energy levels of the “AR-Electron” Boson.
With the temperature, on the Lunar surface, ranging over far below freezing and to high temperatures beyond 1500 degree Kelvin it offers, transition features, of certain properties, of the Lunar Material.
The interactions responsible, for the transitions, have coupling constants that generate Direct or Exchange contributions to the Energy levels of the New Boson.
The material on the Moon has definitely certain internal fields. Obviously, the topological excitations of the material on the surface of Moon is a subject

EROSION THREAT :

16000sq.miles of Tamil Nadu were erroded before Rama Sethu Dam cum bridge was constructed in 18,143,930 year B.C. Further erosion was stopped by Rama Sethu, till today. 24000sq.miles more of presentTamil Nadu will be eroded if Rama Sethu is breached. (See maps Fig 1 and Fig 2.)

Sun, Moon, Sea, Earth and Wind do not belong to any party.Man has to save his inheritance from Nature, not destroy it due to insufficient study.

Binding Ropes: Dries Grass used even today in villages were used for binding the logs and other ropes (probably Coir) were used (verse 65) including cane like flexible tree bows (kashtas)

Two end piers: 125 feet each either end of Bridge connecting to Dhanuskoti on the Indian end and Talaiman on the Lanka end.

Time Frame: Construction was done in 5 days using 10 crore workers (100million) or more probably by division by labour for each facet of the Dam cum bridge.

ABSTRACT:

The article recommends that the Geologists, Physicists and Geochemists and other types of geo-related scientists to expedite the analysis and collection of valuable material of the Mother India dating back to PURANIC era. This era dates back to 18 crores of years. The material would be last to the greedy excavators and the HI-TECH super giants who have scant respect for the Ancient Land of India andtheir sole concern was to exploit as much possible. Heavy machinery and huge transport systems are being used to shuttle away precious materials of Ancient origin. The younger generation at least should know the nature of the Land and Mother Earth their predecessors have enjoyed. Such were the descriptions of regions in Ancient India, perhaps from the days of Puranic era of a few million years ago. Many a Physicists and Geophysics students would definitely in my opinion after publication of this article embark on the Geomorphologic features of this prime land of interesting study. Few people are aware of the total disappearance of about 21 hills of Erada konda region(vizag), and that material was used to construct the North and South break waters of Visakhapatnam port Harbor to facilitate exports. No scientific and Geological record of it exist*.

INTRODUCTION:

Southern peninsular region around the Hyderabad and Secunderabad cities needs to be clubbed with the regions of Karnataka, Maharashtra and Gujarat.The recent Bhuj earthquake that produced a spiraling upsurge that completely flattened the excellent region of fine artisans of India,damaged even the Ahmadabad city and in between areas. The black soil at Nandade and Nasik and adjoining regions was useful to cultivate Cotton. Such is the case of black soil in Andhra Pradesh from Bellamkonda region to Lingalagutta. Lava flows of the past created the geomorphologic scenario of these fertile lands. Dhrawad rocks are very famous. The object of present study is to recommend the Geologists, Physicists and Geochemists and other type geo related scientists to expedite the analysis and collection of valuable material of the Mother India dating back to PURANIC era. This era dates back to 18crores years. The material would be last to the greedy excavators and the HI-TECH super giants who have scant respect for the Ancient Land of India and their sole concern is to exploit as much possible. Heavy machinery and huge transport systems are being used to shuttle away precious material of Ancient origin.Political pundits and rulers of the Land have different eyesight and many a times are unscientific since, they have limited knowledge pool and exist surrounded by big industrialists. The best can be done is to associate various scientists and engineers to maintain records of excavations, digital photographs of the regions, sample collection at periodical times, note the disappearing positions of the hilliocks, rocks, quartz and nano-materials, fine sands, and the black, yellow and red soils and their admixtures.

Deccan Traps:

They were created at the end of Cretaceous era formation and beginning of Eocene of intense volcanic activity. Many fissures in Earth's crust outpoured basaltic lava. Volcanic plateaus over 1800 meters in ht more than 1,000,00sq.kms in area were formed.

RED soil:

Granites and gneisses on weathering give rise to red soils. Wide diffusion of iron in them and characterized by high texture, porous, absence of lime,Kankara and free carbonates, but have some soluable salts. Bajra can be grown on these red soils. Poor in iron oxide, phosphoric and nitrogen content.

Black soil:

Titaniferrous magnetite or iron and black constituents of rocks mostly derived from schists and basic gnesses.The later derived soil is found shallow while the former derived soil found in considerable depths. Retentive of moisture compact in texture, tenacious when wet. Unworkable in rain since the ploughsget stuck. Has iron, lime, calcium, magnesiumcarbonates and alumina. Potash content is available.

MOUNTAINS WITH TOP HUGE BOULDERS:

This is the landscape of Secunderabad and Hyderabad. I was fortunate enough to travel by train between Secunderabad and Guntur by a superfast express train and noticed the following on the 1st March 2008.Undoubtedly the Secunderabad and Hyderabad region was formed due to a fissure upsurge of volcanic activity and the outpour of smoldering boulders and rocks that formed slate like features. The repeated upsurge is responsible for these slates like formations of valuable mineral contents from the Earth's interior Mantle region.Upto Pidugurallu (railway station) region the drip water irrigation is found to be very popular. This farming is known in Telugu language as Bindu Sedhyamu. The land in between is full of Hills and boulders of immense size that got shaped in attractive eye catching forms due to withering away in weather over millions of years.Small stretches of the irrigation able lands are being effectively and intelligently used, by the drip irrigation schemes.

PIDUGURALLU:

The very name Pidigurallu suggests their origin due to the volcanic eruption. These rocks were those that were far flung into this area of Andhra Pradesh from a fissure disruption of fiery rocks upsurge of Earth's mantle material. The people described them most aptly as fiery rocks of lightning. The area extends over a few kilometrs.The Pidugurallu gives an easy estimate of the power behind the upsurge. No where in the world of civilizations a word of this kind was coined by the Ancienters of the Globe.

THUMMALACHERUVU:

Next the Thummalcheruvu, most probably the pre-cambrian or the pre-Puranic lake area, that is now being used to grow rice, cotton and Mirchy. Up to Nadikudi junction region the land is being used for rice, cotton and Mirchy cultivation. But am surprised to note that the Eucalyptus plantations, over these fertile lands probably under government subsidy. But that's dangerous that these would suck away the possible underground water reservoirs. The pattern of crop growth seems to be the same up to the Bellamkonda. Drip irrigationis very popular to the region of Miryalaguda.Telengana names usually have the suffix "guda", like mettaguda.

NADIKUDI JUNCTION:

Several cement factories have sprung up in recent times and the entire surface area is being pulled away for easy slate stones that can be pulverized(NANO-MATERIAL NATURAL) and directly used by manufacturing industries. The entire region up to Lingalagutta is full of unprecedented activity of Mother Earth milky Lands excavations. The excellent fine quartz stones are being arranged in lots of Railway Wagon 22-Ton loads to beshipped to foreign countries. It is pitiable to see the conditions of the manual labor that are being employed here for the Mother Earth excavations.

BELLAMAKONDA:

After the Bellamkonda region begins somewhat a very fine sandy region via Sattanapalli (fine sand) up to Gudipudi and Lingalagutta. Note the change in the local names of these regions. The change is not either pertaining to a reference of Andhra region or the Telanga but to Geomorphologic structures and the soil fertility etc. Such were the descriptions of regionsin Ancient India, perhaps from the days of Puranic era of a few million years ago. Many a Physicists and Geophysics students would definitely in my opinion after publication of this article embark on the Geomorphologic features of this prime land of?(Uncertain Materials***) interesting study. Construction of the Rama Sethu Bridge (known as Adam's Bridge) prevented the errosion of the Sothern peninsular region. Was it a Geological?***Marvel of a man made dam or a Puranic story? Am sure political pundits of either group would scratch their heads. (See the articles by Dr.DVNSarma at this Blog Dashboard) Thanks to The RAMA SETHU the southern pennisular of India exists today, consisting of Tamil Nadu and parts of Andhra Pradesh and the KERALA State.

REGADA BHUMI:

The black soil known in Telugu as Regada Bhumi and has been adopted in Latin in a very subtle but corrupted form. Of more interest is the Black soil that is immensely present in the region between Bellamkonda and the Lingalagutta city.

LINGALAGUTA:

This region offers excellent hillocks that would soon disappear due to blasting and lorry transporting away of Kankara and road building material. Crushing machines and labour of probably of very low wages may be found working round the clock.

SIRIPURAM:

Siripuram is really a wealthy land of crops but tobacco plantations have been encouraged by British to kill the profits of the other produce. But these days the cotton, rice, mirchy and tobacco are being grown.

BLACKSOIL AREA:

Nallapadu the very name suggests the Black soil content of the region.

GUNTUR and TENALI:

Landscape in this area of Andhra Pradesh drastically differs from the Hyderabad and Secunderabad regions. Approaching Guntur peoplenote the fine yellow dusty sand and an admixed sand of red soil at Tenali, but pure Red sand hills near Guntur.

EXTENT OF OUTPOUR OF VOLCANIC ERRUPTION:

This completes a brief description of the stretch of the extent of outpour of the volcanic material ash, rocks and the formations of small hillocksfrom Secunderabad to Guntur.

CONCLUSION:

I thought it would be a strong recommendation to the Geologists, Geophysicists and Geo Information Scientists to become of the rapid transformation of geomorphologic and geotopological changes unleashed by the unconcerned, unplanned and unscientifically launcheddevelopment activity in Andhra Pradesh. The activity is being executed and implemented in an extreme greedy manner both by the Governments and the MNCs and corporate sector Industrialists and companies with a view to make unprecedented profits and immediate gains. The demand was generatednot only by the home consumption of Industrial produce in India but mostly for export orientation of genuine and precious resource materials.The millions of years ago generated material unstudied by the scientific experts in India are being shipped away in Mega-Ton containers for hoarding in far off places from the Indian Coastal line. Special railway line facilities and special transport bridges and means of Transport has been facilitated in Andhra Pradesh in the guise of development. It is pitiable sight to see the workers employed on these excavations of theMother Earth. The output decorates the luxurious apartments and fabulous building constructions of Hotels etc.

**Deccan traps:

The Deccan traps are of 65 million-year-old and extend from Saurashtra to Central India. The 500,000sq.km Deccan traps hold a lot of potential for oil and diamonds. The project investigations indicated large thickness of Mesozoic sediments with all possibility of oil entrapments. The Deccan traps consisted of hard molten rocks with thickness ranging from 800meters to 1.5Km. Life forms were active about 160million years ago and all organic related hydrocarbon deposits come mostly from Mesozoic formations globally and they are easy to drill. But the Deccan traps overlaid on the Mesozoic sedimentation made it difficult till now to prospect the oil.

On the National Science Day 28th February, 2008 Professor Kotcherlakota Lakshmi Narayana gave a guest talk regarding the human endeavor and Computer system in the Global enterprise of the world. He addressed the 9th and 8th standard students of Shri Gujarat Vidya Mandir Hig School, Sultan Bazaar, Hyderabad,-5300095 for about a half hour from 2.15PM to 3.25PM. He outlined the analogy of inputs and outputs device considerations and how the brain may function as a CPU. ROM device of the human being needs to be perfected at the High School level itself so that their IT facility would work at optimal performance. He said that RAM is provided by different environments of School tests and as well in a creative effort of art and engineering. He stressed that every child should look towards the Global Marketing of any design, product or a project undertaken at home or outside at an enterprise of his employment.The driving force behind every child or pupil is the brain that he has and best use of it for a specific achievement in Life needs to be aimed at. When asked by a student that he wants to become a Computer Engineer he advised him to acquire ingenuity like the Wright brothers who flew the first airplane. A girl students question regarding the possible influence of Saturn on Earth, he replied given the hot and warm conditions of the SUN, he said that it might create certain effects that may compound with Saturn's Ring atmospheres and, produce some disturbances on the Earth. For another students' querry that the Ancient Vedas describe the presence of Jala (water) in the interior of Earth; he said that what exists there is a fluidous state of molten iron and nickel etc elements, which due to their rotational motion produce the magnetic north and south pole of Earth. One may regard this as Jala if need be. Regarding whether Vedas are to be studied he replied if his CPU (or the Brain) intends to take up the course study in the Vedas it is up to him to decide since we are a part of a Culture that has immense respect of Secularism.
The Vice-Principal Madam Annie Jose, (who got the Management permission) and the members of staff (Science and Physics teachers) were happy to talk to me. It is fortunate that I met Mrs. D. Bharati (Phy/Maths teacher) D/o Prof.D.S.R.Murthy (Tel.No.27203101) at SGVM High School and found that she is a relative of Dr.Y.Bhupala Rao, [Tel.No.27404173 central excise Colony] (& a student of late Professor Kotcherlakota Rangadhama Rao, D.Sc. (Madras) D.Sc. (London)).
He also met the Principal Madam of PRAGATI College for Women at the same premises and found her to be good in scientific outlook and temper to advise the ARTS and COMMERCE students of her college. They were busy with some exams.

Dr DVNSarma worked with Prof.Harold Clayton Urey, at University of California, La Jolla, CaliforniaScripps Institute of Oceanography, moved along with him as a research assistant from Chicago. October 1957 to Jan 1959for an year and couple of months in Chicago. He was given the job of extracting diamond carbon material from Meteorites,those objects which was originally of Moon size, at the time when solar system was formed and got refined and reformed dueto often collisions. Prof Urey H.C had his own version of creation of universe from gas and dust clouds. He thought water was a sticking agent and objects of moonsize formed primordially that collided with each other, got modified and reformed. They melted away due to radiations and reformed into Planets with atmospheres. When there was no water on the Moon Prof Urey.H.C was made to eat a cake of no water on Moon after Apollo findings.Important findings have been made by DVNSarma regarding the Meteorites and for this purpose he developed a new technique of isolation of material that constituted the Meteorites.THE TECHNIQUE OF Dr.DVNSarma:The task of isolating the carbon content of Diamonds was difficult since, too small a content. He was spared with only 100gms to 200 Gms of the preciousmaterial and was given the object of finding the contents. He used a new technique unlike the one usually employed by the Chemistry people and found theDiamond Carbon by X-Ray analysis. DVNSarma was thrilled to find tiny magnetic crystals under a simple magnifyingmicroscope and discovered the tiny micro-diamond crystals of micro-grams weight. A dinner was given to him for that finding.Later Kgs of material was used by Miller, using the technique of KNO3 dissolution, who won the Nobel Prizefor isolating Diamonds. He Dr.DVNSarma published one paper along with THOSHIKA MAYEDA an American-Japanese researcher. The paper was published in Geochemical & CosmosChemica Acta. At California: At University of California the Professor gave DVNSarma a higher rating and gave him a fatty fellowship may be as a post-doctoralFellow, even before his Doctoral degree was awarded by AU, to the jealous eyes of the others.
DVNSarma arrived in America on Oct 1st, 1957 at Chicago by flight from Mumbai, on the 30th Sept 1957.He moved with his ProfessorTo California spent there six months before taking a sea voyage to India. He took French liner ship to reach Boston (England) fromNew York that took six days of sea travel. By train saw Oxford and London from there by ship to Calais (Paris) crossing the Channel. Spent at a Luxurious Hotel Continental (Royal peoples) paying $10 a night visited the Amphitheaters,went sight seeing in Paris and had been to the Eiffel Tower and the surrounding Gardens. He had been to Germany and at Dusseldorf in a hotel he was amazed to see a German treating him with a glass of water in a perfect marching style, with perfect right angle turns, march step covering of the distances, placing and removing the glass of water in an extremely METHODICAL way.From Paris he went to Rome by train. There he had been to Vatican and Maples and several amphitheaters of sport pleasure of the Italian kings and public. He went to a film theater and found Italian language of the movie very nice and fine. (A modified Latin perhaps with Sanskrit).Rythem of language was similar to Sanskrit. Traveled by sea 10 days from Italy to reach Mumbai via Karachiand Aden (Yemen).He saw Karachi under escort by police officers and found Aden a wonderful place like the Lebanon.QUANTUM ORBIT PLANETS: The idea of Quantum Orbits planets that melted away and became gases is still an opinion of DVNSarma that he holds to his heart. ABSTRACT:

The present author surmises that the Sun, Saturn have provided the backdrop conditions for the Earth's atmosphere, due to solar winds. The Lunar eclipse, though not visible in Visakhapatnam, has definitely yielded certain effects that have been observed by the author. It was an enchanting site and the weather was somewhat hazy hence it allowed finding the extent of the Romantic Blue Hue of the Moon up to a circular region of 30degrees radius. On the 19th February 2008 the author has observed, between 4.30pm and 10:00pm, certain gravity waves in the atmosphere. These waves were of two kinds one set moving from east to west and the other from south to north. The criss-cross patterns of the complex gravity phenomenon is very significant in view of the onset of total lunar eclipse. The Romantic Blue was a different experience than that quoted in literature as a flash of turquoise (blue) bracketing the red of totality of a lunar eclipse. The after effect of the Lunar eclipse was the windy weather at Visakhapatnam beginning from the time of MID-ECLIPSE.

INTRODUCTION:

The Earth light on the moon is about 60 times as bright as the Moon-shine on the earth. The surface of the moon not illuminated by the sun receives pale-light from the earth. This is termed Earth-shine or Earth-light and so Moon becomes some what visible. The detailed spectroscopyrevealed that the earth-shine on Moon contains a greater percentage of Blue-light than the sun-light.

LOCAL WEATHER:

On the 16th Saturday and 17th Sunday the sky was quite clear and the stars were visible. Especially the Orion constellation gave a delightful view. The Moon at its zenith at 8.00pm on 16th was 2degrees away from Mars while the next day it was 11degrees away from Mars. Also on the 18th Sunday the weather was very sunny and people who qued to visit the SCIENCE EXPRESS** train felt the warmth of the Sun. On 18th February 2008,In Visakhapatnam at Waltair recorded temperature was 22.6C minimum, and maximum at 5:30pm 28.2C while at Airport minimum was 22.2C and maximum at 5:30pm was 31C.The humidity at Waltair varied from 76% to 74% while at the Airport it varied from 80% to 81%.

GRAVITY WAVES:

On the 19th February 2008 the author has observed, between 4.30pm and 10:00pm, certain gravity waves in the atmosphere. TOTAL LUNAR ECLIPSE:

Total Eclipse begins 10:01 pm EST and Mid-Eclipse occurs at 10:26pm EST and partial eclipse begins 8:43pm EST and ends at 12:09am EST. Further he says that transition of the Earth's shadow takes about an hour. The first of red appear around 10 pm EST (7 pm PST), heralding the coppery hues that scroll across the Moon's surface and fades away after 11 pm EST (8 pm PST). Be alert for another color: turquoise. Observers of several recent Lunar eclipses have reported a flash of turquoise bracketing the red of totality. Eclipse researcher Dr. Richard Keen of the University of Colorado explains:"During a lunar eclipse, most of the light illuminating the moon passes through the stratosphere where it is reddened by scattering. However, light passing through the Upper stratosphere penetrates the ozone layer, which absorbs red light and actually makes the passing light ray bluer." DATA and OBSERVATIONS:

The weather on the 20th February 2008 was a dramatic change of warm Sun. On the evening of 20th February, 2008 WEDNESDAY the author found the romantic blue shrouded Moon hovering over the Visakhapatnam Beach at 7.15pm. It was an enchanting site and the weather was somewhat hazy hence it allowed to find the extent of the Romantic Blue Hue of the Moon up to a circular region of 30degrees radius. The angle measured by an arm's stretch distance. Sirius is a main sequence star that is about 70 times more luminous than the sun.

ROMANTIC BLUE:

A contrast with the Romantic Blue Moon has been the Sirius (Mahashvana*) in the constellation of Canis Majoris of Magnitude -1.46, Right Accession 6h 42m, Declination -16° 39m, of type A1 (blue-white) and at a distance of 8.7 light years. This star is at the mouth of Canis Major (the large dog); brightest star in the sky Sirius ("the scorched one") the common name or Alpha Canis Majoris- Bayer listing,9 Canis Majoris- Flamsteed listing, HD 48915 - Henry Draper Catalog listing, and BD -16 1591 --Bonner Durchmusterung listing.

ASTRO-PANCHANG:

The waning gibbous Moon was a little bit away to the right of Saturn on January 25, 2008. But the Astro-Panchang of India specifies that the Moon, on 21st Feb 2008, would be with the Saturn (Shani) and Ketu (a mystic object or a location in the Solar system).Surprisingly it specifies the Sun along with Rahu (a mystic object or a location in the Solar system).For the 21st February the FULL MOON begins at 8:20am in Andhra Pradesh and Ends at night 6:53pm.So the Lunar eclipse was not visible at Visakhapatnam.

SATURN and SUN:

The present author surmises that the Sun, Saturn have provided the backdrop conditions for the Earth's atmosphere, due to solar winds. The Lunar eclipse, though not visible in Visakhapatnam, has definitely yielded certain effects that have been observed by the author. Analysis need to be understood in the light of the fact that the lunar eclipse extent slightly extends beyond the usually understood eclipse totality or occurrence of a partial eclipse. First of all it was noticed that clouds have enveloped the sky at Visakhapatnam at 10:00pm on the 20th February 2008 and a flower tree has just then bloomed in full fluorescence (at Narasimha Ashram) and fragrance which, filled the air. The atmosphere was remarkable silent ofany bird chirping. Especially the crows were silent.

The 21st February observations were that there was a bright sunshine followed by an after effect of the Lunar eclipse, of a windy weather at Visakhapatnam beginning from the time of MID-ECLIPSE. The wind direction was from East to West.
The Romantic Blue that sustained almost to the mid-night of 20th Feb 2008 gave way to the usual bright Moonshine and the haze has dwindled.

Gravitational lens effect and Cosmic showers and environmental global challenges are detailed. Biomedicine, Immunological studies, Zebra Fish (originally collected in India) mechanisms, Green Giants, Magneotshpere, Sun and Earth studies by IR, NIR, Radio etc displayswere very illustrative. School children and teachers, thanked me for making them to prepare notes in a very easy and fast manner, especially due to the pressure of quick movement in the train to accommodate other viewers from schools. ABSTRACT
The morning of 7th February 2008, during the hours of partial eclipse invisible in India, i.e. from about 8.10A.M up to 10.30.A.M. the spectral observations made by the present author showed the yellow band of Solar Spectrum was fuzzy broad and had certain hues of the green and orange colors on either side of the yellow band. The solar sunspot flare might have caused this change. Also the intensity of Sun light fell down by about 30% of the morning glow. By 10.30A.M clouds slightly gathered but have dissipated away by afternoon then there was a bright sunshine. The Orion constellation was at the zenith around 10.20 P.M night of 7th Feb 08 and both the Hunters belt stars and the knife were clearly visible to the naked eye. The present authors’ theory correlates the REDRAIN of Kerala, Jammu & Kashmir Snowing and the fall of temperature in Visakhapatnam and Mumbai, with a kind of activity triggered by the SUN SPOT number 982. Most significant is also the finding of the agitated Sea of Bay of Bengal during the three days 11th-13th Feb.08. But the present author has a theory those solar disturbances affect via nearby planets the Earth's atmosphere. The Solar Wind drives the planetary bound external matter, which impacts on to the earth’s atmosphere in the regions, other than at terrestrial poles. This material needn't necessarily be the same type of charged materials, like the accelerated particulates those cause the Aurora Borealis.
Introduction:
A) TREMBLOR:
The Wednesday 6th February 2008 there was a trembler earthquake of magnitude R4.0 with epicenter at Mejia in Bankursa District at 11:40.A.M. It was felt at the neighboring districts of Birbhum and Bhurdwan of south West Bengal. The trembler lasted for several seconds.
B) Weather on the East and West Coast of India:
Almost the same day of Wednesday Mumbai city has experienced the Chills of the lowest winter temperature of 9.4C.Visakhapatnam city on the east coast however was warm since 3rd February 2008. In fact the warmth reduced in the morning of 7th February 2008, during the hours of partial eclipse invisible in India, i.e. from about8.10A.M up to 10.30.A.M. The spectral observations made by the present author showed the Yellow band of Solar Spectrum was not broad and had certain hues of the green and orange colors on either side of the yellow band. The solar sunspot flare might have caused this change. Also the intensity of Sun light fell down by about 30% of the morning glow. By 10.30A.M. clouds slightly gathered but have dissipated away
by afternoon then there was a bright sunshine.
C) SKY OF VISAKHAPATNAM ON THE 7TH FEBRUARY 2008:
In the night of 7th February 2008 the Mars planet, Aldebaran (Rohini) and Betelgeuse formed almost an equilateral triangle with 11.5degrees.Capella seems to be much brighter than Aldebaran (Rohini).Gemini stars Castor and Pollux are very distinct and bright. Mars seems to be slightly displaced towards the west by a degree in the straight line of Betelgeuse, Mars and the star Capella. The Orion constellation was at the zenith around 10.20PM night of 7th Feb 08.Both the Hunters belt stars and the knife was clearly visible to the naked eye.
Could it be that the solar flare of the Sunspot 982 to an extent affected the release of Martian material into the Earth's atmosphere? Hither too made studies of solar phenomenae, in literature and reported in several websites, relate the Aurora Borealis created by accelerated particles along the polar Magnetic field lines. But the present author has a theory those solar disturbances affect via nearby planets the Earth's atmosphere. The planetary bound external

Friday 08th February was very warm due to some kind of Greenhouse effect in Visakhapatnam. The sun was felt intense inspite of the cloudy weather. As a result there was a flash of heavy rain in the night of Friday that continued on the morning of Saturday 9th Feb. 2008.Till the Saturday 09th Feb, 2008 the rainfall at Visakhapatnam was recorded as about 10mm. Due to a low pressure depression, it has heavily and extensively rained from Orissa to Andhra Pradesh coastal area, on Saturday 09th Feb.08.
D) Rain of Fish.
On Monday night at Kandanserri village in Kerala there was a rain of fish. It was explained by the fact that small fish could have been picked by the water vapor clouds and the sustained fish floating in the water laden clouds for several days before they were brought down by the fish-rain. But this incident has jolted the people since this followed a RED RAIN that occurred a few days earlier. No explanation was given for it. It may not be a coincidence that at Peddatippaocean mandalam of Chitoor district in the Konduvari Palle, the same Monday evening 11th February 2008 lightning struck and killed two kids returning from school to their village and who took shelter under that fateful tree. The report on the 12th Feb 08 says that it rained heavily (12mm) in Araku Valley the most above seasonal average.
E) Snow
Surprisingly it has been snowing in Jammu & Kashmir heavily since last six days, and the main road between Jammu and Kashmir got totally blocked due to avalanches. However on Sunday 10th Feb 08, the Srinagar city had bright sunshine. A powerful Tornado has hit USA at Cataniaspring causing extensive damage. In Visakhapatnam the rainy weather and dull atmosphere continued on the Tuesday 12th Feb 08 and what people all complained were the severe cold and the wetness of the environment? At about 6 0'clock in the evening the moon was almost at zenith and the clouds high up produced a circular ring around the crescent moon of about 1 degree. The scattered light was blue with no tinge of redness. The author to his amazement felt the acoustic vibrant Bay of Bengal Sea? The sound was different from that of tidal waves. The report of a softened interior region of earth causing sound vibrations on to the surface is interesting in this context.
F) Agitated sea
During the Days from 11th Feb 08 to 14 Feb 2008 the sea at Visakhapatnam was much agitated with the water droplets splashing the atmosphere and that affected the visibility. The sound of breaking waves splashing in the sea was phenomenal. 13th February was Radha Saptami when Lord Surya considered ride on Seven horses by names: SuryaPrabha, ChinnaShesa, Garuda, Hanumantha, (after the puja of this ride of the Lord in the morning people observe the Chakra Snana) followed by KalpaVruksha, SarvaBhupala, and the seventh one, ChandhraPrabha.14th February 2008 there was a sudden temperature fall in New Delhi and the turnips in Moghul gardens of Raj Bhavan have bloomed. Sunshine was relatively good during the 14th Feb and on the 15th Feb 08 at Visakhapatnam. 15th February 2008 the Moon light showed at 9.00PM night the scattering of RED light around about 2 degrees wide at arms stretch implying the conditions of the clouds have drastically changed with loss of water content.
CONCLUSIONS:
The second and third week of February offered physically significant events of the earth’s atmosphere, due to the partial solar eclipse of 7th Feb 08, the SUN SPOT number 982, and the solar wind driven external planetary material on to the Earth’s atmosphere other than at poles.
