ABSTRACT
The Rivers are flowing with brim of water storage at very low levels in almost all major rivers of Andhra Pradesh. The occasional rains due to the occurrence of Earth Tremors of the India, is a very surprising feature of the country. This finding is supported by the author's travel across AP from Visakhapatnam to Masullipatem and then to Guntur and Amravati regions of the land of plenty and follows the observations made by him. Especially on 12 July 2012 morning at Vijayawada, next in Masullipatem the earth tremor waves observed. These have given rain in the following days at Vijayawada and Visakhapatnam. The felling down of trees, by the building contractors and the no knowledge of the new public of Visakhapatnam, is mentioned by several people as the lack of rains. Even the hilly tract with lavish trees are being systematically are being cleared away of the trees. Quakes two have occurred in Kashmir Valley of 6.3 and 5.1R magnitude on Thursday, 12 July 2012 at in Hindukush mountain range in Afghanistan. Kashmir rocked around 7h31m for a few seconds. Again at 8h15m a second time the earth tremors occurred. For Mars the space vehicle would travel next year in November. The instruments to be loaded on Mars space vehicle identified and made ready.
INTRODUCTION
China there was an earthquake on Saturday 31 June 2012 on Richter scale 6.6R, with 35 people injured. Urmakhvi had severe earth tremor and people ran out of the houses. Hazing near mountain region around 5h07m morning with initial Richter scale 3 and then 4, several times it vibrated. About 30,000 houses damaged and 64,500 people became orphans with no houses to live in. Rains in India at their minimum fall. The blowing winds in Bhimilli district have created havoc in Chepalapadu coast of Village Bhimilli. Sunday 1 July 2012 the winds in the early morning have smashed three boats to a distance of one km and sunk in the sea along with the net system to a depth of about 10 meters down the sea. About 10 peoples work the man made cycle-plowing machine is able to execute the job most successfully. Mr. Anand the inventor has completed his degree course.
RAIN SLASH
The night of 1 July 2012 there was rain around one A.M., in Visakhapatnam early morning with lots of wind. However, by morning around 4A.M., it was very sultry and use of ceiling fans became a necessity to have good sleep.
The fishermen with help supporting ropes pulled out the boats to the shore but in each boat Rs.5, lakh expense nets and the engines were destroyed. Totally about 15 boats smashed. Kapuladibbadipalem, Pukkalepalem, Chinna Uppada, Chepaladibbadepalem, Kothhur, and Peddauppada fishermen boats got destroyed. Compensation of Rs.7500/- is not enough to acquire a “netted boat” (kuttu padava).
The throughout night rain a drizzle, continuous up to morning, on 2 to 3 July 2012 was a bit surprise but it brought down the Visakhapatnam temperature to a new low level. However, the AP state famers are facing the problem of no rains for the sowing operations.

IUCN data
Of the total 64837 species globally assessed, the IUCN classified 3947 as Critically Endangered, 81 as extinct, 63 as extinct in the wild. In the remaining threatened categories, there were 5766 species in endangered, data regarding 10,104 in Vulnerable and 4467 in Near Threatened categories. Scientific data of about 10,497 species was unavailable so they termed as Data Deficient.
Oldest Rock Find
Australia claims to have the oldest piece of rock art created about 28000yeras ago in Northern Territory rock shelter known as Nawarla Gabarnmang. The rock discovered in June last year had been subjected now to the radiocarbon dating. The cave where the art was found has been in occupancy since 45000years.
RAIN DING DONG
The rain on the three days of 5, 6 and 7 July 2012 was only a shower.
Gas Leak in AP
A pesticide plant in Srikakulum District at 9h12m A.M., on June 30, 2012 experienced a fiery explosion released toxic gases in Nagarjuna Agrichem causing injuries to 17 people. No wind and hence the escaped gas was confined within the proximity of the gas factory. They had no disaster preparedness. An explosion occurred in Block-V of the plant and it raged until 3.P.M. Advanced fire-fighting equipment was brought from Visakhapatnam nearly 100 km away. People staying near 10 to 15 km fled their homes. No agriculture activity near the factory taken up due to the factory and as the soil was contaminated. Lost 18 years the company was polluting the air causing respiratory and skin diseases affecting the people bout 25km radial distance. The intermediate being produced is Myclobutanil, with raw materials used being Para chlorophenyl acettonitrile, n.butayl bromide, 2-butyl-2-chloromethyl, acetonitrile, and bromomethane etc hazardous materials.
Kshtriya
In actual fact, although they were Kshtriya in the Hindu caste hierarchy, they seem to have genetically descended from the Shakas and Hunas, who had invaded north India during the Gupta period, and had subsequently settled down in North India and due to their war-like attitudes and been absorbed as Kshtriya into Hindu society.(a publication of Indian History)
THE INNOVATIVE FARM BOY OF AP
Only Rs.150/- payment entitles a coolie available for the agricultural works. For an acre of agriculture land Rs.2000/- need to pay as wages to the workers. However, with the machine invented by Kottur Anandam of Bhuddharam village of Pedamool mandal of Rangareddi Zillah at a cost of Rs.350/- with an investment of an old cycle of Rs.150/- he showed wonders. Handle fixed on the seat portion removing away the seat. In the back portion, he has fixed the iron rods made plowing item by welding it hard. The plowing item can be detached as when he requires. In one acre, he has able to clear the weeds within a day with this instrument. About 10 peoples work the man made cycle-plowing machine is able to execute the job most successfully. Mr. Anand has completed his degree course. [See the photo in Fig.2].
EARTHQUAKE AND LANDSLIDES
Quakes two have occurred in Kashmir Valley of 6.3 and 5.1R magnitude on Thursday, 12 July 2012 at in Hindukush mountain range in Afghanistan. Kashmir rocked around 7h31m for a few seconds. Again at 8h15m a second time the earth tremors occurred. In Punjab the tremors are of low magnitude. Delhi might around 7h30m the earth tremors occurred as per several peoples report. Rithviks from TTD Kalyanmandapam in Vizianagaram prayed for the grace of God on Thursday for Varuna Yagam.

FINDINGS & RESEARCH DATA
The last few days in spite of slight showers of a sprinkled rain, the city of Visakhapatnam covered with clouds. The Sunshine was to minimum through the days 6 to 9 July 2012. Police saved 300 people travelers and about 100 locals who got stuck due to sliding of Hill slopes at Chang La Pass in Jammu-Kashmir on Saturday July 7, 2012.
RAINS AT LAST
In Guntur Zillah the rain made the Krosur, Uttukooru Kappalavagu to over flow due to excessive rains of Monday July 9, 2012 morning. Palnadu ryots are happy. Metta farming these rains have given a lease of life. Drying away Banana trees, Kanda, Tamalapaku (Beetlenut plant), Vegetables and Cotton crops survived. Machavaram received 107.2mm in Narasaraopeta division registered maximum rain. Dachepalli 82.2mm, Gurujala 68.6mm, Chebrolu 30.4 Rentachintala 30.6mm and Macherla 36mm rain registered. In Krosooru (bayyavaram and pisapadu eddu vagulu overflowed) and Amaravathi (Kannayyavagu, Ammagaribhavi excess flow obstructed the traffic) had heavy rains. The report is that the low pressure moving across the state AP has decreased resulting in few here and there rains. Friday 13 morning to Saturday 14 July 2012, several places it rained as Rajahmundry 11, Avanigadda 10, Chittoor 9, Palakonda, Sirisilli, and Venkatagiri 8, Anakapalli 7, Bhimavaram, Adhanki, Dhavaleswaram, Mehabubabad 6, Tenali, Vizianagaram, Sultanabad, Medchallaha, 5, Nuziveddu, Nellore, Machilipatnam, Bobilli, Kaikalur, Palamneru, Sangareddi, and Madhani 4cms each. As a result, Nagarjunasagar anicut released water about 2000 cusecs from Friday night. For seedlings water was released from June 29 to July 6, 2012 i.e. hardly 2 TMC.
SANSKRIT UNIVERSITY
Rs 5 crores given as a donation by devotee Chandra Sekhar to establish the Sanskrit University in Mantralaya, AP. He gave it on Sunday July 8, 2012 speaking with the newly joined students in the Sanskrit University. Speaking with the news journalists, he said that the students are the prime factor of the Sanskrit Progress in India. Behind the Golala Place of the Mantralaya Mattam, the new University works would be undertaken. This declared by Mantralaya of Raghvendra Swamy Mattam additional “Apta” secretary to News-Today of 8 July 2012.
SEA WEEDS FOOD
Sea weeds possess human health related items said AU Botanical Acharya and his student Dr. Y. Sarojini research worker after having investigated the Rushikonda, Park Bach, Vuda Park, and Ramakrishna beach resorts. The B.Complex Vitamin, Proteins, Minerals, Rich Minerals and Fatty acids present in the Edible Algae sort about 18 plants posses these. Three varieties of these Algae sort weeds, of the colors, Wheat, Green and Red identified for richness of these edible items. The vitamins B1, B2, and B6 are rich in these plants. Tides make these weeds to wash to the ashore and are locked up in rocks. These when dried and made as powders used to extract by chemical processing these various health-improving items. Processed foods, Ingredients soup and Vegetables mixed with other foods would help to use as snacks.
RED CHILLIES
Adranil to function at lightning speeds the Capsicum of Red chilies would help and in turn would reduce the excess weight of human body as per a recent finding in London. It dissolves the fat of the human body. See Fig.3.
AN ALARMING WATER STORAGE IN INDIA
Anxiety building up as major rivers, barring those in Central India is showing deficient storage of water. Expected 154.421 billion cubic meters (BMC) now it is at July 5, 2012 only 25.191 BCM in 84 major reservoirs. Current year’s storage nearly 57% of last year’s storage. It was 62% last week. Worst hit are Godavari, Krishna, Indus, Cauvery and the west flowing rivers of the South. Storage in Then, Bhakra and Pong dams in Punjab and Himachala Pradesh is lower by 37 to 45% than normal. The 15 reservoirs in Odisha, Jharkhand and West Bengal are full only to 40%. Maharashtra storage is only 39%. Uttar Pradesh it is only 26%. Dams in Karnataka 59%, AP 18%, Kerala 45% and in Madras State only 4% totaling about 30 reservoirs in south India.
EARTH TREMORS AND RAINS
The occasional rains due to the occurrence of Earth Tremors of the India, is a very surprising feature of the country. The weather in Guntur on 13 July 2012 was extremely hot, forerunner of rainfall in Vijayawada and Visakhapatnam. The Visakhapatnam received less rains due to the heavy clouds on Friday that gave rain shower hardly 10 minutes. On Saturday, it rained only 2.3cms. In airport, it rained 12cms while in the city it rained only 6cms in this season of rains. Expected 17cms only 4cms it rained in the city of Vizag. In airport area, it rained 12cms out of expected 15cms rain. Explanation is that trees are predominant in Airport area. In 2011 Laila storm gave 20cms rain.

SPACE TRAVEL BY INDIA
For Mars the space vehicle would travel next year in November. The instruments to be loaded on Mars space vehicle identified and made ready.
CONCLUSIONS
An important observation made by the author is that the Earth Tremor waves are just an indication of the most probable rainfall in the region. Such rains minimal and would not cater to the needs of the state agricultural produce.
