The remarkable change of season of rains from the Niruthi Ruthu Pavanalu to the Esanya Ruthu Pavanalu has emerged during the days of the Dasara Festival of 2012 in India. The onset of Esanya Ruthu Pavanalu credited with the spell of good rains in Andhra Pradesh starting from 1 October 2012 that continued to the second fortnight of the rainy season. The rains stopped on the 24 October 2012. On the night of 25 October,2012 it was found that the dust plays a role even at considerable heights to smoothen out the penetration of the Moonlight at Visakhapatnam. It was a festival day in India. The typhoon in America and The Earth tremors in Andhra Pradesh have plunged the humans to dismay and disbelief of the thrust of Nature during the last week of October 2012.

Titled Findings and a Summary Report

RAIN

The state facing the onset of (Esanya Ruthu Pavanalu) on the October 1, 2012 especially in Visakhapatnam they began. The Niruthi Ruthu Pavanalu beginning from June 1 to September 30 is receding away but delayed by fifteen days. On Monday October 15, 2012, the Niruthi Ruthgu Pavanalu has withdrawn totally in Telangana area.

The rain clouds that engulfed around 1h40mA.M of 20 October 2012 have unleashed a heavy rain that resulted in thunder lightning death of an individual around 4 A.M on Sea in Parvada Beach and injured three more persons who have survived the onslaught but returned safe. The clouds developed around 1h30A.M and rains occur in the morning time or the cloudy weather prevails as was the case observed the two days of mornings 21 and 22 October 2012 with very little rain. The pictures given in Fig.2 and Fig.3 give some details of the clouds that were moving from the East to West. The 22nd October daytime is very hot with blazing Sun but evening sky loaded with clouds with no visibility of Stars to photograph. There was a drizzle of rain on the 24 October at Maharanipeta, Visakhapatnam in the evening just a sprinkle for few minutes in the evening around 7P.M. The hot Sun prevailed on the days 25 to 27 October 2012 and the evening sky was quite visible in the night of 25 but on October 26,2012 the night sky was studded with haze at a considerable height and the Moon picture taken gave a splendid view.

Sandi the biggest moving Typhoon affected American cities Washington D.C, New York (3.75lakhs people), New Jersy (30000 people), Connecticut, Pennsylvania, Maryland, North Carolina, Virginia, Delewar, Vermont, Meain, and New Hampshire states. The influence is on 6 crore people from Atlantic to Canada about 1600kms. The sea waves from 6 feet to 8 feet would thrash the land. The gales velocity 120-140kms, sea waves a height of 14 feet, forward velocity 23Kms, affecting 12 states might damage 2.84lakh houses. The rain would register about 30cms. Located 684kms from New York on Monday led to closer of 468 subways, the Seaport and the trains. The hurricane is troubling all most six states in USA and would lost till the Wednesday.

Sandy made landfall in New Jersey on Monday night with 120km/hr gusts with six million losing power. About 258 shelters provided for 16 states in which people spent Monday night. The Hurricane turned to Canada later in the day and brings heavy snowfall along its path.

In England, Scotland Yard of Met is for sale and it moves into a smaller building due to anti-recession budget cuts.

The Pakistan experienced a 5.3R magnitude Earth tremor on Sunday 28 October 2012 at Khyber and Punjab in the evening in several areas.

WINTER
The winter has set in with a splash on the evening of October 29, 2012 in Visakhapatnam.

Process of Cloud Formation

Cloud formation and rain are complicated processes that also use fungal spores as agents for making rain. Volatile organic gases like terpenes (lemons have pleasant smell due to them), loft into atmosphere they oxidized by Ozone with transformed gases turning into three types of nano-sized particles on which rain condenses. Each particle carries with it lot of potassium covered in organic gel that results in organic gas condensation.

GENOME

The four million regulatory important switches for regulating our genes, can assign functions to more than 80% of entire genome of a human being. Surprisingly 75% of human genome transcribed into RNA, with transcripts, at some instant into body’s different types of cell. The catalogued switches not only activate but also deactivate genes and control how much protein is made and at what time. See Figure 1 for the digital map of the human genome with each color representing one of the four nucleotides.

THE FESTIVAL SEASON IN INDIA

In eighteenth century Tirupati Hundi earnings only Rs, 1, 09,883 of which for Srivari (utsavamulu) worship festivals only 32,627 spent. TTD under English Government domination the balance amount credited into the treasury of Chittoor. Yearly 11 Brahmoutsava festivals (utsavamulu) performed earlier shrunk to just one under the British Rule. In 1933, put under Palaka Mandal authority. Today daily earnings amount to Rs. 2crores. In 2012-2013, it would be about Rs.828crores of rupees. From lakhs Rs.1.07 in 1825-26, Rs.21.24 in 1955-1956, Rs. 63 in 1960-61, Rs.266 in 1975-76, Rs.784 in 1980-81, Rs.1568 in 1985-86, Rs.4067 in 1991-92, Rs.8506 in 1995-96, Rs.18011 in 2001-02,Rs.30711 in 2005-06, Rs.60126 in 2009-2010, Rs.69474 in 2010-11, and Rs.75655 in 2011-2012 is the income of Srivaru in Tirupati.

DUSTY PLASMA

Physicist Explain how Nonlinear Dust Acoustic Waves Arise in Dusty Plasmas ;    Oct 16,2012 science daily report: ROB physicists :  Shukla Kanta H.C and Dr Bengt Eliasson Faculty of Physics and Astronomy, said Dust acoustic waves (spectral properties) can propagate inside these plasmas like sound waves in air, and can be studied with naked eye or with standard  video cameras. Large amplitude dust acoustic waves in dusty plasmas behave. They develop into solitary (arise from a balance between the harmonic generation nonlinearities and dust acoustic wave dispersion), spiky pulses or into shock waves (when dust fluid viscosity dominates over dispersion when dust particles are close enough to interact and collide with neighboring dust particles). “Dust grain clustering and dust structuring in planets and in star forming regions,” Says Padma Kant Shukla.

Millisecond Gamma Pulsar : A Black Widow

Identified PSR J1211-3430, spins 390 times/sec, from NASA’s Fermi satellite rapidly spinning pulsar with very high spin frequency changes with time, in binary system, the radiation from the pulsar heats it. Article published in Science gives details the companion star unusually dense eight times massive as Jupiter but has 60% the planets radius. It is 30 times as dense as the Sun. This is a Black Widow. Circulates in 93 minutes trajectory with only 1.4 times distance of Earth-Moon binary system is 13000 Km/hr with a lightweight companion is even faster unto 2.8 million kilometers per hour.

SUNDAY TELUGU PROMOTION

Every Sunday classes held in Visakhapatnam to promote Telugu Language to make children students know at least 100 poems of Telugu and every poem recited offhand rewarded with Rs.10/-.

NEW ANIMALS PRODUCTION

New type of animals with cross breed of Lion and Tiger to give Liger, and for Liger and Lion gives Liliger. The only liligar in the world is in Russia.  Zoo productions include (like productions of Vishwamitra Rushi of India) Hercules liger Guinea’s record weighs 450kg. Horse and Zebra gives Zores, Donkey and Zebra production known as Zonki, Wolf (Thodale) and Dog production known as Wolfsdog, Camel and Lama born called Kama, Male tiger small (chirutapulli) and female lion known as Lepon, Goat (sheep) and Meka called the “Sankara jati” Geep,  and Bottle Nose Dolphin and False killer whale known as Wolfish etc. In ancient times in India and, world over as well now, it is known that Mule produced by Male Donkey and Female horse.

PETROL FROM AIR PRODUCTION

London scientist claims that sodium carbonate produced carbon dioxide by electrolysis converted as methanol combining with hydrogen produced by water in air and finally sent into gasoline fuel reactor to produce petrol. The finding is asserted by Institute of Mechanical Engineers, England.

EARTHQUAKES

Earthquakes rattled Pacific Northwest coast Sunday after strong earthquake of magnitude 7.7R in the west coast of Canada, Haida Gwali set off tsunami warning, to far off south as Victoria and Hawaii. The epicenter of the Canadian quake, which occurred at 8:04 pm Saturday (0304 GMT Sunday), was located 139 kilometers (86 miles) south of the town of Masset, the US Geological Survey said.  It comprises about 150 islands located north of Canada's Vancouver Island. Their total population is about 5,000. The Haida people make up about 45 percent of the total population.

A 3.9 magnitude shook Los Angeles morning around 8.24A.M  another of 5.1R magnitude hit 97Km south of Sandspit at 9h17m Another one hit at 11h54m A.M.(Magnitude 6.4R). Residents of the north-central coast felt the ground roll and swayed hydro-poles sway as the powerful earthquake jolted the coast Bella Coola and resident Carsten Ginsburg said the quake lasted 40 seconds. Its epicenter 17 Km below ground about 200Kms south-southwest of Prince Rupert. An earthquake of mild intensity jolted different parts of Balochistan on Wednesday morning.  The earthquake was measured 5.6 on Richter scale and felt in Kalat and adjoining areas at 8:15am. The epicenter of the earthquake was located at a focal depth of 9 km in southwest of Quetta.

The quake at 2.35am on Sunday centered 30km southwest of Whanganui at a depth of 34km New Zealand's North Island.

In Andhra Pradesh five districts Guntur, Prakasam, Krishna, Kammama and Nalgonda affected by earth tremors on Monday morning around 11h50m A.M, with epicenter located between Narasaraopeta-Vinukonda at a depth of just 10km. The tremors recorded as 3.8R identified with the probable place as the Prakasam district Gundlakamma river earth interior layers. This year 3.5-4R scale earth tremors occurred within the state. Guntur city, Amravati, Pedakurapadu, Pidugurallu, Veldurthi, Nakarikallu, Belamkonda, Narasaraopeta, Achammapeta, Krosur, Vinukonda, Shavalyapuram, and Nuzvid affected. Kamma Zillah Chintakani (Naguluvanka, Chinnamandapa, Patharlapadu, Pandhillapalli, Nerada) and Bonakallu (Mushtikuntla, Chirunomulu, and other villages) mandalams the earth tremor occurred at 11h50m A.M. Krishna district 11h52m A.M in Chabdharlapadu Nandigamma around 12hours the earth tremor lasted about 3 seconds. Veerulupadu mandal Jhammavaram, Bodaawada, Kanchikarla mandal Kishera, Gundapalli, Jaggaihyyapeta mandal earth slightly moved. The bike rider felt the thud of the earth tremor. Prakasam Zillah around 11h59m A.M from 2 to 5 seconds the earth tremor occurred. Yerragondapallem, Pullalcheruvu, Tripurabthakam, Darshi, Podali, Donakonda Mundkamuru, Ballikurapa, Santhamaguluru, Adhanki, Korishapadu, Chimakurthi mandals earth tremors occurred.  Nalgonda district between 11h 55m to 12 A.M Haliya, Dhamaracherla, Vemulapalli, Thiparthi, Miryalaguda, Suryapeta and Nakireekal areas the earth tremors occurred. Mahabhoobnagar experienced in Nallamall forest areas, afternoon around 14P.M earth tremblors happened as per the reports of people in Amrabad mandal. Since they lasted only 2 to 3 seconds, they could not identify them.

CONCLUSIONS

The author feels that the present day atmosphere of the Earth has significantly changed from the past weather scenario era and the dust accumulation is very crucial and the publication like the one made by Shukla Kanta H.C et al from University of Uppsala, Sweden on the dusty plasmas is very interesting. A similar study on dusty plasma made earlier and results reported at an Ind. Sci. Cong session by the present author. Fig.5 of this paper shows how the dust plays a role even at considerable heights to smoothen out the penetration of the Moonlight at Visakhapatnam.
