ABSTRACT
Casting the metals in a centrifuge creating up to 20 times normal gravity helps the liquid metals to fill every part of a mould, producing a perfectly cast alloy, even with complex shapes. They Swedes report the Hyper-Gravity explicitly. During six minutes of free fall, they heated to over 700degree, in a small furnace carried in a sounding rocket launched from Kiruna, Sweden, then monitored by X-rays as they cooled. The Earth Tremors preceded the occurrence of the Solar Eclipse. Unusual heavy downpour following the “Neelima” cyclonic weather of Southern India stormed the Andhra Pradesh state and several cities recorded above 20Cms of rain. Visakhapatnam experienced continuous rain on 3 and 4 of the November 2012. The Neelima appears has been followed by a deep depression in Bay of Bengal and the two cyclones cannot be separated since they just overlapped in creating the havoc of rain. People felt the damage is due to Neelima explicitly. The Sun was visible only on 5 November 2012 around 12h30m A.M.

INTRODUCTION
Cotton Branch Anicut in Dhumme Gudem on Godavari River partially destroyed, on Wednesday 31 October 2012 nearly 100 meters with Poclain and other explosive material, to give way for the Hydel Project. The SLS Company from Bangalore with 129crores of rupees is building the Hydel Project. It would give 24 Mega Watts electric power. The anicut was built in 1854 by British regime and Ak engineer designed it. At that time, it was 210meters length, from 15 to 25 meters height and another nearby with Sunnam Bhatti (Lime mortar unit) about 1800 feet lengthy anicut built.

Predicted food would be Banana in future, (says CGIAR) since the potatoes will become out of date following changes in Atmospheric Weather. About another 22 very old agricultural crops researched for the weather influence. The Maize, Rice and Wheat (Godumulu) crop production would decrease due to temperature changes.
The handicraft decorative and very traditional and wealthy Saris production by hand and small industry are not to be subsidized by Government in future, as such the sales have dwindled. (See a photo in Fig.1)
OBSERVATIONS AND FINDINGS
It has rained in Visakhapatnam Maharanipeta, from the evening of 31 October 2012 to the afternoon of 1 November 2012. Gopalapatnam a suburb of Visakhapatnam has the Megadhrigada water Reservoir that has recently filled at 59.8 feet on Thursday an unusual thing of this season following the rains of the “Neelima” Cyclone on the Wednesday 31 October 2012. The maximum capacity is 60feet. The total fill by night would allow the gates lifted for the water to ease out. Megadhrigadda reservoir at Visakhapatnam was full on 1 November 2012. Surprisingly on 3 November 2012 throughout it was raining as a drizzle in Visakhapatnam an unusual phenomenon and the locals termed it as Mrigisira Star effect since this star brings rain to Andhra Pradesh. The rain continued until the evening of 4 November 2012 as a continuous drizzle throughout the day. The cloudy weather continued until the morning of Monday 5 November 2012 and around 12h10m A.M the clouds gave to the Sun shine a welcome thing by the public.

Because of the heavy rains in about after 30 years of gap, people in Andhra Pradesh relieved but with heavy loss of crops over extended areas. The Neelima appears has been followed by a deep depression in Bay of Bengal and the two cyclones cannot be separated since they just overlapped in creating the havoc of rain. People felt the damage is due to Neelima explicitly.
For the long time the rivers and the Anicut have all flooded in Visakhapatnam city surroundings with the rainwater to the full brim and much of the water has flown over to the Sea. Mudusarlavo (169feet) and  Ghambiram full. Tatipudi reservoir filled to 294 out of capacity 297 feet, and Raivada full to 113 meters out of maximum of 114m, excess left to the sea. Eleswaram also registered 84m with maximum capacity only 86m, so excess left to Sea. The water storage in Visakhapatnam district was expected to lost for the entire year until the next rainy season. I am glad that it filled to the brim due to the rains of November 2012.(See the note below). Mr. Kotcherlakota Amarnath B.E. (Civil) M.Tech, (Khargpur) worked hard to build the Megadhrigadda Dam in Visakhapatnam before he succumbed to Cancer.
SUPER STORM OF USA ON MONDAY
US Coastal scientists reported that super-storm Sandy knocked out more than one-half of a high-frequency radar network that measures shifting of Atlantic Ocean currents just offshore. The 28-radar network stretches from Cape Hatteras, North Carolina to Cape Cod, Massachusetts. Only 11 sites are transmitting data after the storm that struck on Monday night 5 November 2012.  The net works run by US Government operating late 1999s. The New York University was devasted by the storm. Eight diesel-powered generators placed to support building supply. The generators are supporting the freezers and incubators of specimens. Cafeteria kept open for the scientists at work.
As per a report of weather predictions agency of USA, another hurricane likely to hit this area, The hurricane is Athena affected New York, New Jersey and Canitecut experienced heavy rain on Thursday 8 November 2012 and about 59 miles speed winds and 672 Aero plane flights cancelled.
GOLD and SILVER COINS
The Veerapunayunipalle Mandal in Kadappah Zillah at GonumakulaPalle (Shivaru) nearby Modenna Kona about Nine Golden and Silver Nine coins discovered and handed over to police. Gonumakulapalle Sheep keeper while grazing one sheep went and lifted with its horn a stone and at the same time, a small (pid’atha) box discovered on 31 October 2012. When broken open he found Nine Golden and the nine silver coins with Arabic writings. The sheep keeper handed over the coins to the police.
The idols and certain precious stones discovered in RAMBILLI Mulajam Mandal Elamanchali on Wednesday evening November 7, 2012 due to inflow of floods. Two feet height idol one, two small ones discovered. Villagers kept them for obviously worship. Earlier near Pandava Gruhamulu in this area revealed precious stones of Vajralu and Golden flowers.

THE ASTRONOMICAL UNIT OF DISTANCE
The IAU defines the AU as 149597870700meters i.e. 149597870.7Km or 920555807.273miles. While meter defined as, the light travels in Vacuum, as 1/299792458 of a second.

Himalayan System
The glaciers estimated about 12000 cubic km of fresh water. Largest Lake is 700sq.km in Pangong Tso crosses India-China border. The Lake Manasarovar has an area 410 sq.km. Yamdrok Tso Lake in central Tibet is 640sq.km. Himalayan peaks two are 8000m high and more than hundred peaks are beyond 7200m in height. Himalayan-Karakorum range has nine of ten highest peaks on Earth. Hindu Kush, Karakorum, Pamir, Titan Shah and Tibet have 66 highest mountains. Aconcagua outside Himalayas is the 67th highest peak. The rivers Ganges, Indus, Brahmaputra, Mekong, Yangtze and Yellow River originate here. The current estimates are they originated about 450million to 500million years ago nine times the original estimates. Radioactive uranium in garnet and zircon grains indicates this age. Himalaya in Sanskrit means abode of Snow.
Groups involved in protection of mountain areas are 1. UNFCCC (1992) 2. FAO- Task-Manager (1994). 3. Mountain Forum Global Network (1995) 4. IYM (2002) 5. SARD-M project, GLOCHAMORE and Mountain Research Initiative MRI, formed during world summit. 6. 10-year action plan COP 10 in Nagoya (2011-2020). The 54 meeting of NDC (2008) sought the real work of Planning Commission Task Force.

CYCLONES DISASTER
The Guatemala Thursday at 10h35m A.M Earthquake killed about 48 people with fall of heavy stones on main roads, almost 100 affected another 100 not traced. Quatzltenganol 8 people and San Markash about 40 died. Canada also felt the Earth Tremor in the western side near the Seaside at 6,3R scale.
New Agneya Bay of Bengal low depression formed on Wednesday, November 14 2012 that would strengthen by Friday to rain on Friday and Saturday. The temperatures would fall by 4 degrees at several places. In Kaligapatnam and  Kakinada temperatures registered on Wednesday 5 degrees and Visakhapatnam  registered 3 degrees less. The Lambasinga registered 4degrees with cold weather.

EARTHQUAKES
North Myanmar experienced on Sunday at 7h42m A.M an Earthquake of magnitude 6.8R about 117Km away from Mondalaku. About 10Kms below the earth, the epicenter was located. One bridge about 80% (located on Irrawaddy River in Shavabo city), Gold firm’s excavations and several Buddha Temples damaged. 12 people died. Thailand capital Bangkok also had the tremors. America Kentucky state Louisville Sunday night 4.3R Earth tremors occurred. About eight states felt the tremors. In Manipur also on Sunday morning at 6h44m A.M half-minute earth tremors in Impala occurred.

SUN ECLIPSE
On 14 November 2012 in Australia, Polynesian, South Pacific Ocean, parts of Antarctica and Southern parts of South America with a maximum of 4 minutes the Eclipse of the Moon became very visible. From 1h08m AM to morning 6h5m A.M this eclipse  occurred with maximum around 3h42m A.M on 14 November 2012. The eclipse occurred near the Sun rise on Wednesday Nov 14, 2012 in Australia (Tuesday afternoon on Nov. 13 in the U.S.), streaming video of the eclipse starting Tuesday at 2:30 p.m. EST. The Moon's shadow travelled at 9,000 miles over Earth's surface in just over three hours. The Eclipse began at 5:45 a.m. (AEST) and finished at 7:40 a.m. During totality, several stars and planets were all visible. A Total Solar Eclipse occurred on November 13, the New Moon in 22ยบ Scorpio. As the Moon moves between Earth and Sun, a lunar shadow cast along a hundred-mile-wide (160-kilometer-wide) path.  It traveled virtually the entire length of the southern Pacific Ocean over several hours.  The best places on land to see the totality when the sun appears to be fully blotted out by the Moon is along 62 miles [100 kilometers] of coastline on Northeast Australia, overlooking the Great Barrier Reef of Coral Sea. The eclipse swept  over the Pacific Ocean until reaching the final moments of the totality about 500 miles (800 kilometers) west of Chile’s coastline at 23:48 Universal Time  (UT).  The longest duration of totality, lasting 4 minutes and 2 seconds, occurred at 22:11 UT over the open ocean. A total Solar Eclipse would be seen from parts of Australia, New Caledonia, New Zealand, South America and Antarctica on November 13–14, 2012. It would be November 14 local time when the eclipse is visible in places west of the International Date Line. The eclipse starts at 19:38 Universal Time (UT) on November 13 and ends at 00:46 UT on November 14, 2012. The penumbral eclipse (P1) starts at 19:37:58 UT and the partial eclipse (U1) starts at 20:35:08 UT.  The Tuesday's late night total eclipse of the Sun began over the Arnhem Land region of the Northern Territory, where the Moon's shadow touched down at 3:35 p.m. ET (20:35 GMT).
The total eclipse (U2) starts at 20:37:03 UT, and the point of greatest eclipse occurred over the Pacific Ocean (latitude 39°57.6’S, longitude 161°20.2'W) at 22:11:48 UT.  At this instant, the axis of the Moon's shadow passes closest to Earth's centre. The maximum duration of totality is 4 minutes 2 seconds. The total eclipse (U3) ended at 23:46:27 UT followed by the end of the partial eclipse (U4) at 23:48:24 UT. The penumbral eclipse (P4) ended at 00:45:34 UT.  In Sydney Australia nearly 1300 years later the Sun Eclipse occurring and to watch the spectacle thousands of people gathered in Australia to observe it on Tuesday November 13, 2012 after midnight and expected number of visitors touched the figure 50000.
The Solar Eclipse observed on Internet and the photos presented in Fig.7 and Fig.8. The amazing totality is really worth witnessing each time it occurs. Thanks to the modern facilities of Net live Video worldwide observation, it is a thanks-giving event.
Leonids Showers
This year is a bit unusual in that the Leonids showed two peaks of activity, one on Saturday morning (Nov. 17) and another on Tuesday morning (Nov. 20). The Earth's orbit carries us through this meteor stream every year in mid-November. The particles are traveling at 45 miles (72 kilometers) per second with respect to the Earth. When one of them strikes the Earth’s Upper Atmosphere about 50 to 80 miles up (80 to 130 km), air friction vaporizes it in quick, white-hot streak.

BIG VEGETABLE GROWTH
The Kandha Dumpa, about 21Kg East Godavari District, Alamur Mandal, Chemudulanka inside Udamantla Durgayya fields and the T. Srinivasa Rao local field officer, asserted that generally such big Kandha Gadda grown here. (See photo in Fig.6)
COMPUTER SPEED
The people of Kansas City in the US are the first to benefit from Google Fiber, offering internet speeds of up to 1Gbps. The touch screen device will provide access to videos, photographs and text submitted by participants who have recounted memories from the past 60 years of Queen Elizabeth II's reign.150 gigabytes of data collected.
ELECTRIC POWER GENERATION LONDON
In a breakthrough, four teenage schoolgirls in Nigeriahave invented a 'pee-powered' generator that converts one litre of urine into six hours of electricity. Fourteen-year-olds Duro-Aina Adebola, Akindele Abiola, Faleke Oluwatoyin, and 15-year-old  Bello Eniola showed their creation at the Maker Faire Africa entrepreneurs event, in Lagos, southern Nigeria on 5 and 6 November, using a resource that is free, unlimited and easily obtainable. According to the Maker Faire blog, urine put into an electrolytic cell which cracks the urea into nitrogen, water, and hydrogen. The hydrogen goes into a water filter for purification, which then gets pushed into the gas cylinder, the Daily Mail reported. The gas cylinder pushes hydrogen into a cylinder of liquid borax, which used to remove the moisture from the hydrogen gas. This purified hydrogen gas is pushed into the generator, and one litre of urine provides six hours of electricity.

AVIATION FUEL
Aluminium samples heated in a small furnace carried in a sounding rocket launched from Kiruna, Sweden. During six minutes of free fall, they were heated to over 700 degree Celsius and then monitored by X-rays as they cooled.
Looking at the results, the researchers realized that casting titanium aluminides might require looking in the opposite direction i.e. Hyper-Gravity. ESA is the only organization that offers all levels of gravity, so the Impress team turned to the agency's centrifuge in the ESTEC research and technology centre, the Netherlands to test their theory. Casting the metals in a centrifuge creating up to 20 times normal gravity helps the liquid metals to fill every part of a mould, producing a perfectly cast alloy, even with complex shapes. Over a million jets turbine blades will be made over the next eight years, and using titanium aluminide would reduce their weight by 45 per cent over traditional components.

NEW LANDING SYSTEM
The idea behind the new landing system, tested in the 550-foot fall Vehicle Assembly Building at the space agency's Kennedy Space Center, is to replace parachutes with spinning blades to enable soft and controlled landings on land instead of the ocean.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT

I am deeply indebted to Late Prof K. R. Rao D.Sc. (Madras). D.Sc. (London) of Andhra University, Waltair, for his inspiring guidance in research of fundamental aspects of Science and Technology during the years 1956 -1972. I became suddenly aware of his opponents of Academic Field with my experience in joining the Department of Mathematical Physics, for B.Sc. (Hons) Mathematical Physics and later continued M.Sc. Mathematical Physics at AU, Waltair. A learned Professor of his anguish has directly told me against my father, when informed to my father; he was very surprised of the incident. My father told me to accept whatever be the happenings. Later after many years, the same Professor fell on the feet of my father and who took my father’s help to construct his house and apologized for the drastic revengeful attitude he took on an unknown and innocent soul.

REFERENCE
Note: This reservoir of Meghadrigadda my youngest brother Mr. Kotcherlakota Amarnath B.E. (Civil) M.Tech, (Khargpur) worked hard to build it as a Deputy Civil Engineer of Andhra Pradesh State Government. Apart of this work, he earlier built the Earthen Dam, over a river of Devarapalli where he stayed with his young Kids. He the tender boy of the family died, due to cancer of liver stroke in Visakhapatnam, at the tender age of 58 years in the year 1998. It is unfortunate he was not promoted as a Superintendent Engineer in spite of his several appeals through the influential people.
