ABSTRACT
The
Pennsylvania University Scientists report that 30 to 600PPB measure Vitamin B3
(nicotine acid) supporting the theory that the essential ingredients for life
originated from the (Ulkalu) Meteors. Mrs. K. Peramma Rangadhama Rao
emphatically told the author in his younger days (1950s) that falling bright
stars would produce magnificent personalities. A hailstorm occurred with
falling stones nearly an hour on Saturday 12 April in Machkund. People found entire lengths of roads covered with bed
sheet of white hailstone flowers Machkund. It drizzled in the afternoon at Marathalli,
Bangalore on 12th and possibly due to the rain that brought hailstorm in
Machkund at district Visakhapatnam. Greenland has snow slate, situated deep
inside that remained undisturbed over 30lakhs of years. The hot weather with no
rains but moving clouds made the city Visakhapatnam very warm and power cut has
become very frequent almost four to five times in a day since 12 April – 30
April 2014.
Techni-Quarks unidentified
particles, smaller that might extend the standard model and, over last 5-8
years handful of theories suggested existence of these. Force binding them is
not as yet known.
It is not the Atmospheric
pressure the operating force in a siphon but it is Gravity that moves the fluid
in a siphon.
INTRODUCTION
Arctic sea ice melt season melted 4 feet
of ice cap in this decade. Opinion piece published in Nature in April 3rd,
2014 notes that Homi. J. Bhabha was secretary to the Government, as head of DAE
in 1950. The research in Nuclear Science was not recognized by the Indian
leaders influenced by mouth word of foreign specialists and government agents
in India. The pioneering work of Prof K R Rao D.Sc. (Madras) D.Sc.(London) on
Nuclear Science & Technology during the years 1920 to 1950 was neglected
and fell for the bandwagon respect to the foreign agencies lauded by the
government departments in India.
Gravity moves fluid in Siphon
Correction
in Oxford English Dictionary that, it is not the Atmospheric pressure the
operating force in a siphon but, it is Gravity that moves the fluid in a
siphon, a correction found by Stephen
Hughes, after a lapse of 99 years.
BIRTH
PLACE OF STARS AND PLANETS
Stars and planets formed from tenuous material
between the stars. Regions between stars have a “dilute gas”. W. Herschel in
1789 said Nebula like the ones in Orion Nebula, are the “Chaotic material of
future Suns”. Hubble space telescope images in Orion are colorful due to ionized gas, emitting in
optical region, but surprisingly has dark regions.
It is presumed that the dark areas
contain very minute particles of dust such as silicates & carbonaceous
compounds which both absorb and scatter the light. These denser and colder
concentrations of gas regions are where the newer stars are born. Dust clouds
quite large (tens of light years across) and massive (105 solar
masses) are not able to form stars like our Sun.
Dark clouds such as, Coal Sack in
Southern Milky-Way contains 99% hydrogen gas and 1% solid material. Dust grains
are typically a few tenths of a micron in size. They are responsible to appear
as dark, shield molecules from dissociating UV radiation emitted by nearby
stars. (The Observatory, A review of Astronomy, Vol.134, No.1238, 2014 Feb
p.10)
Variety
of Patterns in Nature
Alan
Turing in 1952 explained origin of static patterns on Zebra’s etc animals using
differential equations for the reaction-diffusion process, six patterns can
emerge some identified with existing patterns in Biology. N Tompkins model
recently found five of these patterns and throws up a seventh unpredicted
pattern.
Techni-quarks
These
may be unidentified particles smaller, that might extend the standard model and
over last 5-8 years handful of theories suggested existence of these. Force
binding them is not as yet known.
Manu
Prakash Foldscope
From
Stanford University he developed the Foldscope a low-cost microscope, with
three stages with a specimen stage that holds the sample, next an optical stage
that holds a ball lens and finally an illumination stage that contains a LED
light. Eyebrows need to be close to the paper to view the specimen.
OCEAN
BUOYS DATA
It has been found that the ocean boys
collect vital data transmitted, once in every 15 minutes, to earth stations via
satellites such as Insat-3C. “Met.Ocean buoys” has sensors that measure wind
speed and atmospheric pressure etc. There are other devices that can make
measurements below ocean surface to a depth of 500 meters. Small swirls in
ocean may also be detected as per the recent
Current Science journal.
DEVICE
TO TRANSLATE DOLPHIN SOUNDS
Chat (Cetacean Hearing and Telemetry) uses
a pair of hydrophones to simplify range of noises, at beyond human hearing at
200 KHz. It helps to decipher by artificial intelligence the massive range of
noises the dolphins produce.
FUSION
A
breakthrough in nuclear fusion by NIF, using a barrage of 192 laser beams on a
tiny pellet of nuclear fuel was able to extract more energy from fuel than was
put in [Nature 12 Feb 2014]. The experiment requires a few more years to
develop and till 2030 it may not possible to have the technology available.
EARTH-LIKE
OBJECT
Goldlocks Jone has a earth-like object
observed using the Kepler Telescope by Astronaughts as Kepler-186F. It is at
distance of 500Ly away from earth.

ORIGIN
OF LIFE
Ancient
Indians believed that the new Life and outstanding personalities on Earth
originated from the falling debris of Ulkalu (Mrs. K. Peramma Rangadhama Rao
emphatically told the author in his younger days that falling bright stars
would produce magnificent personalities).
Now the Pennsylvania University Scientists report that 30 to 600PPB measure
Vitamin B3 (nicotine acid) supporting the theory that the essential ingredients
for life originated from the Ulkalu.
30lakhs

NEW
CONCRETE
It
promises super-hydrophobic cement discovered by Wisconsin University scientists
that has embedded sensors to reveal the changes taking place in the wall and
prevents the cracks in them. In built Bluetooth-Wi-Fi devices inside the walls
inform the possible degradation.
EARTH
TREMORS
A few stations in Chiplun-Ukshi section
of railway line in Konkan railway experienced earth tremors measuring 3.2R at 7h33mAM
people on Wednesday 2nd April reported by station masters of
Kamathe, Savarada, Ukshi, and Sangameshwara stations. The 12432 Rajdhani
express for 35 minutes, 12617 Mangala express for an hour and 19577
Tiruvelveli-Hapa express for 45 minutes were halted.

Stay
in Bangalore from 2nd April 2014 to 4th morning to bid
bon voyage to Dr Lalitha Kumari flight to USA Nebraska via, Hongkong due to the
cancelled air flight of Lufthansa. Sai Rangadhama Rao met her in Visakhapatnam
on the 31 March 014 and returned to Bangalore on 6th April 2014.

on
4th April Morning 2014.
Stayed in Bangalore from 4th
evening to 12th April 2014, in the hostel PG at Marathalli with
computer youngsters employed in various firms. Friday 4th reached
the I. I. Sc library around 10 AM, for looking at recent books and journals. They allowed to use the library facility only
on the 4th and on 7th & 8th and the Lady
Librarian accepted my book on “ANTI-PHOTON” for display at I. I. Sc main
library and catalogued it. While the Head of Dept of Physics, refused to accept
another copy of it since it is not a published version!!! I am thankful to him
for his opinion that students at his department may not look at it!
Dr. Lanka Radhakrishna FRAS, entertained
me on 9th April 2014, at his & at her (Medical Doctor)
daughter’s residence, whose husband is a classmate of my nephew Srihari in USA.
On 10th I have visited the
Indian Institute of Astrophysics, Bangalore, and the Lady Librarian was furious
that I was allowed inside around 8.30AM and allowed me to stay till 5.p.m only.
Their sponsored lunch and tea were excellent. I made maximum use of the
Library.
Next day 11th I made a
visit to Raman Research Institute but couldn’t see his laboratory since the
in-charge was on leave. But I spent at the Library and the gracious Lady
Librarian, took a photo copy of my book on “ANTI-PHOTON”. As an outsider, I had
food in their canteen at a cost of Rs.50/-. Later I visited the Current Science
Publications, and met the Madam Lady Officer.
The young computer specialist Mr.
Madhukar Munagala helped me to create Face book on 11th night and on
12th April in Wi-Fi system in Bangalore. I left Bangalore by bus
around 6.10pm. But Wi-Fi system, it’s not operational at Visakhapatnam.
Liquid Space-time:
What if space-time were a kind of fluid?
Date: April 23, 2014: Sissa Medialab
What if space-time were a kind of fluid? This
is the question tackled by theoretical physicists working on quantum gravity by
creating models attempting to reconcile gravity and quantum mechanics. Some of
these models predict that space-time at the Planck scale is no longer
continuous – as held by classical physics – but discrete in nature. Just like
the solids or fluids we come into contact with every day, which can be seen as
made up of atoms and molecules when observed at sufficient resolution. A
structure of this kind generally implies, at very high energies, violations of
Einstein’s special relativity (a integral part of general relativity).
Star close neighbor of the Sun and Colder minimum -54C
April 25, 2014:
Penn State
A 'brown dwarf'
star that appears to be the coldest of its kind -- as frosty as Earth's North
Pole -- has been discovered by astronomers. The object's distance is at 7.2 light-years
away, making it the fourth closest system to our Sun. Brown dwarfs
start their lives like stars, as collapsing balls of gas, but they lack the
mass to burn nuclear fuel and radiate starlight. The newfound coldest brown
dwarf, named WISE J085510.83-071442.5, has a chilly temperature between minus
54 and 9 degrees Fahrenheit (minus 48 to minus 13 degrees Celsius). WISE
J085510.83-071442.5 is estimated to be 3 to 10 times less the mass of Jupiter.
With such a low mass, it could be a gas giant similar to Jupiter that was
ejected from its star system. In March of 2013, Luhman's analysis of the images
from WISE uncovered a pair of much warmer brown dwarfs at a distance of 6.5
light years, making that system the third closest to the
Sun.
OBSERVATIONS
It rained in Bangalore a drizzle on the
two days viz. Wednesday and Thursday 9th and 10th April
but on 11th morning the cloudy weather made the city relatively hot.
Left Bangalore by luxury bus at 18h14mPM on 12 April 2014 and captured rising
Sun pictures on 13 April 2014 (Fig.1 to Fig.1f) from the Sun-shaded glass window of the bus on 13th morning. Note Fig.1f taken at 6h18m A.M.

ASIAN
AIR POLLUTION
It
has been noticed that the air pollution from the Asia boosts Pacific storms.
The data collected from 1850 to 2000 hints that human-made particles from Asia
impact and intensify the Pacific storm track that influences weather over much
of the world [The Hindu April 17].
M82
GALAXY
On
21 January 2014 the students discovered a supernova Type 1a in Cigar Galaxy
about 11.4 million Ly away north east of big dipper in northern sky. It reached
its peak brightness, in the first week of February 2014 of magnitude 10.6. It
possibly resulted from pull of hydrogen gas by a nearby star and when it
exceeded “Chandrasekhar Mass” limit of 1.44 times the Sun’s mass, “a
runaway nuclear reaction”
ignited the white dwarf to explode as a supernova [April 2014 Dream Vol.16, No.7,
p.25].

The hot weather with no rains but
moving clouds made the city Visakhapatnam very warm and power cut has become
very frequent almost four to five times in a day since last seven days beginning
12 April.
ANCIENT
FARMING
13 April 2014 Telugu news paper
wrote that American Scientists at Virginia University discovered that Coconut
powder is useful as a fertilizer for growth of strong trees. But Indian farmers
ancient were using this as a fertilizer and modern farmers fail to record and
document as patents, the ancient methods of farming in India.

Summer
Heat El Nino Effect
The summer heat in Visakhapatnam was phenomenal
though yet times cloud weather in the evenings the Sun’s heat brought down to
lower grade during the days from 18th April 2014 to 28 April 2014.
There were no rains at Visakhapatnam both in the months of March and April 2014
an unusual feature. Again on 30th April the temperature rose to the
normal summer temperature.
Surprisingly
the night temperatures on the days 27th and 28th
have fallen down by about 2 to three degrees making it tolerable weather in the
night. Surprisingly, Tornadoes across south-central US on Sunday, 27 at 7h30m P.M, with winds ripped Arkansas and Oklahoma and neighborhoods, killing
about 17 people. Twister was spotted 322Km away from Oklahoma City at about
5h45m P.M.
ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
