ABSTRACT

                               The author has presented two papers at the ISC 2017 at Tirupati sessions held at Sri Venkateswara University, one in Physics entitled "Water in Universe with Gravitons and its double lone-pair electrons at an apex distance of 1.4 Angstroms" on 6 Jan 2017 at 2 PM to 6 PM and the other in Mathematics entitled "A NEW FORMULATION OF A THIRD ORDER AND A FIFTH ORDER GROUP EQUATIONS TO DESCRIBE PARTICLES" on 5 Jan 2017 from 2PM  to 5.30PM. Present finding of third order and fifth order equations to describe the particles is astounding in that it enlarges the view of Particle Physics and leads to astounding properties which were hitherto invented. Weather during the days from 2 to 7 Jan 2017 was very pleasant with no much heat, but relatively cold weather. Andhra University was initiated by Prof K R Rao, by arguing in Madras University Assembly, in 1920, to cater to the students of Andhra. A year ago, no part of the state was drought free.  Thu, Jan 12, 2017 15:18 hrs: Delhi shivers as mercury drops to 2 degrees. Keeping up with its falling trend for the fifth consecutive day, Delhi experienced the coldest morning this season with minimum temperatures dropping further than on Wednesday, when it recorded four degrees Celsius. It rained slight showers on this day of Pongal-festival of Bhogi, an unusual day.  Deep freeze in Greece and a Yoga feat by an Indian girl.  The cold snap across Europe has claimed more than 65 lives. Poland and much of south-eastern Europe, including Romania, Bulgaria, Greece and western Turkey, are in the grip of heavy snow and freezing cold. The storm, nicknamed “Egon”, later hit southern Germany.  Nidhi Tiwari News 13 Jan 2017, travelled lonely about 5000 km in the minus 59 degree cold weather, reached in 13 days Siberia Omiyakhan land.               Prof K R Rao D.Sc.(Madras) D.Sc.(London) who did research work in Vijayanagaram and Visakhapatnam during the years 1919 to 1928, later had been to Allahabad to meet Prof M N Saha in 1928 via Calcutta visiting Jadavpur Cultivation of Science, (where he met CVRaman and refused to show his D.Sc. Thesis work). In 1928 moved to England, University of London, where he got his D.Sc. (London) degree.  

                This shows how Andhra University was initiated by him by arguing in Madras University Assembly, in 1920, to cater to the students of Andhra. It was initiated but politics shifted it to Waltair in 1931 where he was the first appointee.  

ION DRIVE

         The ion drive engine is a thruster where molecules of an unreactive fuel, such as xenon, are given a positive or negative charge ("ionised") and accelerated by an electric field to be shot out the back. The thrust is incredibly low, equivalent to the pressure exerted by a sheet of paper on the palm of your hand, so an ion engine is very slow to pick up speed. But over a long-range mission, then it can deliver 10 times as much thrust per kilogram of fuel as a chemical rocket. The Dawn space probe, currently in orbit around dwarf planet Ceres (and responsible for the first striking photos of mysterious bright spots) used its ion drive to become the first spacecraft to enter and leave the orbits of multiple celestial bodies.

            The carcasses of thousands of sea creatures have mysteriously washed up on the western coast of Nova Scotia. As many as 20,000 fish, lobsters, starfish, scallops, crabs and other animals have turned up dead at Savory Park, Canadian authorities said. And they have no idea.  While residents blamed the fish kill on pollution, local authorities attributed the incident to changes in salt levels.

  Note:The third order and fifth order group equations discovery is an astounding by the present author, and far excels the invention of Dirac Equation to describe the Electron and Positron particles. Neutrino equation is of second order and present finding of third order and fifth order equations to describe the particles is astounding in that it enlarges the view of Particle Physics and leads to astounding properties which were hitherto invented.

      Severe winter weather in Greece is bringing fresh misery to the 62,000 refugees who have been living outside in unsuitable camps. Temperatures in northern Greece have reached as low as -15 degrees Celsius in recent days. Camps throughout the country have been blanketed by snow.

             Some of the greatest improvement in California's recovery from a multilayer drought has occurred in just this past week, according to the most recent US drought monitor report. Nearly 35% of the state, concentrated in Northern California, is currently free of drought conditions. A year ago, no part of the state was drought free. The state's most severely drought-stricken areas, concentrated in Southern California, shrank from 43% a year ago to 2% as of this week. Today's storm is the latest of a series to dump rain on the region, which has been hard hit by six years of drought.

              Delhi shivers as mercury drops to 2 degrees. Keeping up with its falling trend for the fifth consecutive day, Delhi experienced the coldest morning this season with minimum temperatures dropping further than on Wednesday, when it recorded four degrees Celsius. Since January 7, the mercury has been dipping steadily and has dropped more than 10 degrees in just five days as the cold wave engulfed several regions of north India. The weather office also said that the cold wave like situation would continue in Delhi at least till Sunday and the minimum and maximum temperatures may increase after January 15.

                   It rained slight showers on this day of Pongal-festival of Bhogi, an unusual day.  It also rained in California after six years of drought.

                The storm battered the Normandy coast. An icy storm has been lashing parts of Western Europe, causing power cuts in many homes, felling trees and disrupting some rail services. In France power cuts affected more than 237,000 homes as the storm swept across Normandy and regions north of Paris. In Dieppe, on the coast, the wind speed reached 146 km/h (90.5mph). The storm, nicknamed “Egon”, later hit southern Germany, mainly Rhineland-Palatinate and northern Bavaria. Power cuts and traffic jams were widespread.

                 Travelled lonely about 5000 km in the minus 59 degree cold weather, reached in 13 days Siberia Omiyakhan land. She used to travel 10 to 12 hours daily in the sub-zero temperatures of minus 59 degree C established a record as a first woman from India.

          The month of December was mild and not much weather activity was observed over the plains as well as the hills of North India. However, on Christmas day, the residents of Shimla witnessed snow. It was magical in its own sense as the city had not seen a white Christmas in 24 years. The first week of January, snow once again made an appearance over the capital city of Himachal Pradesh. In fact, this was the first heavy snow spell observed over the city during this winter season. At present, the weather has cleared up. However, severe cold wave conditions have been wreaking havoc over Shimla. In fact, the minimum temperature settled at -3.2 degrees yesterday.

             Kashmir under grip of cold weather. Falling down temperatures comparable to remote parts of earth. Today (15th January 2017) in the Srinagar district of Jammu and Kashmir is -3 °C. The maximum and minimum temperature are likely around 3 °C and -6 °C respectively. You could see Partly Cloudy in Srinagar area today. Yesterday, it was -4 °C and the maximum and minimum temperature are likely around 3 °C and -6 °C in Srinagar District of Jammu and Kashmir.

ABSTRACT:Double pair electrons share in the middle the Graviton, as per my model considerations. This positioning of the individual gravitons helps to distribute the entire galaxy spread, water distribution. Several water molecules along with their associated gravitons and the lone-pair electrons may assemble to augment the entire spread of the expanse of the water distribution in the galaxy, each holding a graviton. ABSTRACT: "The new equations of third order and fifth order both to describe the particles are enunciated. It involves in third order, all the momenta p1, p2, p3 of the particle and has a mass m term. It has the form m^3+m^2*a2+m*a1+a0=0 with the coefficients a2, a1 and a0 being elaborate functions of the momenta. This happens to be a subgroup {I, W, J, X} of a bigger Group G (S₃). [Given earlier by squdder@du.edu]. The equation formulated by me, is given as -m*I + p1*W + p2*J + p3*X = 0, where m is the mass of a three dimensional space and involving the subgroup elements as operators. The extensive analysis, reveals the present equation with complex form and yields a real solution as well. The cubic mass term is very distinct and, unlike the Dirac equation, reveals new mathematics. Further, I designate U=p1; V=p2; Q=p3; B=p0; A=E; as the other possibility of the description for the massive particle M in a 5D space-time group. We get -M*I + a*A +b*B + u*U + v*V + q*Q = 0. Here M becomes the mass of a five dimensional space-time particle. The addition of an energy expression E and the momentum p0, enlarges the present model. Details are explicitly be given. The present work describes the third order description of the particle with mass m and, as well the fifth order description of particle with mass M explicitly. Graphs given presented for both type of particles."
