ABSTRACT
The weather in Visakhapatnam in the first week was without clouds and during the night time was of mild cold and lot of mosquitoes. The use of ceiling fans for circulation of air has increased due to humid conditions. There was a slight tremor on 4th February 2011 unasserted in Medak district in the 8h45mPM in Bondhegav village and on February 4th 2011 during the night time fire streams have occurred through about 20 holes formed in the ground in Malkapuram village, of Dharmavaram Mandalam, Ananthpuram district in Andhra Pradesh agricultural field. The bore like holes created due to the up surging fire flames have been covered on the periphery with melted iron metal-like material. The 5th Feb 2011 there were tremors in the South Eastern states of India of magnitude 5.6R at 7h34mPM with the epicenter near Manipur state and the India-Myanmar (Burma) border. Sun Day has been observed on 10th Feb 2011 at Arasuvalli in Srikakulum District Andhra Pradesh from midnight 12h30m on Thursday to 4h PM. The Moon lit sky of 16th Feb 2011 was extraordinarily fine and at 5h25mon 17th Feb 2011 there were slight rain drop clouds passing over almost on the ground level in the Coastal region of Visakhapatnam.
INTRODUCTION
The sky in Visakhapatnam was with no clouds but visibility was obscured considerably. The warm conditions have started reminding of the onset of summer of 2011. The evening of 1st Feb 2011 on the west there were clouds at the time of Sun set. Following days there were no clouds and the Moon on the west was not visible till the 4th Feb 2011.The Chile city Santiago information of UGS of America, that there was an earthquake in central Chile of magnitude 6.6R with epicenter west of Talca around 97km distance. There was no tsunami following it. In India the festival of Learning of Goddess Sarswathi was observed especially in the city of Basara near Karimdistrict. The birth of learning goddess around 2AM on Vasant Panchami morning prayers were performed and since 5AM the initiation of learning was carried for more than 70,000 children and it netted about Rs10lacs to the temple. This Saraswathi temple is in the region of Byansa bordering Karnataka, Maharashtra and Andhra Pradesh. Magha Pournima the Full Moon day is observed on 17th February 2011 at Achyutapuram in Visakhapatnam district with worship of Jagannadha the Lord of world with the stars of Ashlesh (six stars Hydra) and Pushyami (3 stars Cancer).

OUR OBSERVATIONS
From the 1st Feb 2011 the west sky continues to be full of environmental pollution in Visakhapatnam. On that evening the red setting Sun, with the hovering Crescent Moon is a scenario of great captivating power and up above the sky the changing slight pattern of atmosphere colors with the fog-haze mixed scattering of the Sun light is panoramic. The sea of Bay of Bengal was very calm and in the evenings around 6h15m it was found to acquire the phenomenal Astana Grey color. Heavy Fog settled down in the Araku Valley and Burrah Caves region of Visakhapatnam. The 5th Feb 2011 there were tremors in the South Eastern states of India of magnitude 5.6R at 7h34mPM with the epicenter in the India-Myanmar (Burma) border and has given rise to formation of low lying clouds. In the evening of 5th Feb 2011 the Hunter constellation was observed on the sea shore but the boundary of the sky and sea weather could be vividly digital image captured. On the 7th Feb 2011 evening at around 8h30mPM the visibility was very low and the Jupiter became obscured for digital image capture. The other stars couldn’t be seen in the sky. The warmth of the Sun on morning of 8th Feb 2011 was less intense and the Sun Shine was not bright. This day has been observed in India as the initiation day by the children for learning and the goddess Saraswathi worshiped. The Moon existed in Pisces constellation near to ΞΆ star.

The great festival Sun Day of this year 2011 has been observed on 10th Feb 2011 at Arasuvalli Sun Temple in Srikakulum District, Andhra Pradesh from midnight 12h30m on Thursday to 4h PM. It is regarded as the Radha Sapthami Day meaning thereby that the Sun who is in the House of Yama and from there he would start the journey towards the North. The Chile city Santiago information of UGS of America, that there was an earthquake on 13th Feb 2011 in central Chile of magnitude 6.6R with epicenter west of Talca around 97km distance. The Visakhapatnam Sea had a slight roaring sound in the morning of 14th Feb 2011.
In the evening of 16th February the clouds have gathered moving from South to the North even though the day sun shine was hot enough to remind the oncoming summer days. The Moon lit sky of 16th Feb 2011 was extraordinarily fine and at 5h25mon 17th Feb 2011 there were slight rain drop clouds passing over almost on the ground level in the Coastal region of Visakhapatnam. It is not clear why the Magha (Leo Constellation) Maha Pournima recommends the bathing in Sindhu river of India. The Venus spectrum in the morning of 17th February 2011 was barely visible due to the cloudy atmosphere.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT:
I am deeply indebted to late Professor K.Rangadhama Rao D.Sc. (Madras) D.Sc. (London) of JVDCollege of Science & Technology, Andhra University, Waltair, for his initiation and stimulation provided to me to be a researcher in Fundamental Physics.

ADDENDUM:
The Sun worship begins with bathing in the sea with Jilledu Leafs (a wild milk yielding plant with fruits) and Regi fruits (a local variety of berry fruits) on the head and supposed to ward off all kinds of diseases. The Sankranthi festival (Makara Nakshtra Day- Bhogi) prepared cow-dung cakes with the dried Jasmine flowers in them are burnt on the Radha Saptami day, to boil cow’s milk in a pot and taken as the sacred soft drink. It is supposed to give a healthy life. Protrasting exercises (termed the Surya Namaksarams) a minimum number 13 times in front of the rising Sun in the East early morning would be beneficial for a prosperous life.
It seems the milky way Sun could get only 116 verities of rays, the Agni fire of it has only 108 rays and the Moon has about 132 rays acquired all, of course, (a part) from the eternal light of trillions of Suns, possibly meaning thereby the Big Bang explosion of the Universe.
The seven colors of the Sun Chariot horses are described as Violet (Brinjal Color), Indigo (Jambaki Fruit Neelam), Neelam, Green (Akupachha of the leaf), Yellow of the (root sticks Pasupu), Orange (ka'shaa'yee Saffron) and red (Rose flower).Udha Rangu is mix of red and Bringal Neelam which also yields the Magenta color.
