Rituals are organized there to appease the deity. How it started is unknown but even today, the sacredness of the space is perceptible in the culture and beliefs of the people. Religious rituals are diverse since Sikkim is populated by Nepalis, Bhutias, Tibetans, Subbas, and Lepchas, but people from different communities and cultural dispositions visit and worship the devithans.

in Germany

In a world's first, Germany rolls out hydrogen-powered train. Alstom has said it plans to deliver another 14 of the zero-emissions trains to Lower Saxony state by 2021, with other German states also expressing an interest. Hydrogen trains are equipped with fuel cells that produce electricity through a combination of hydrogen and oxygen, a process that leaves steam and water as the only emissions. Excess energy is stored in ion-lithium batteries on board the train. The Coradia iLint trains can run for around 1,000km on a single tank of hydrogen. Alstom's Coradia iLint uses fuel cells that turn hydrogen and oxygen into electricity and can travel up to 140km/hour. Two models of the low-noise, the zero-emissions train will enter commercial service in Lower Saxony, Germany, today. Fueled via a mobile hydrogen filling station, the trains will run on around 100km of the line between the locations of Cuxhaven, Bremerhaven, Bremervorde and Buxtehude. Hydrogen trains are equipped with fuel cells that produce electricity through a combination of hydrogen and oxygen, a process that leaves steam and water as the only emissions. Sep 21, 2018, 04:00 IST: he total count now is 1,700 rocket casing. The Department of Archaeology, Museum, and Heritage sent these casings for tests and have unmasked some facts. Tipu’s rockets the most advanced of their time but they also baffled the British. Till then rockets were used in battles only for signaling. Hyder Ali, Tipu’s father, is credited with first using iron casings for rockets instead of wood/bamboo. It became a weapon in the hands of Tipu. Some questions the British could not answer back then were: How was iron rolled into a casing? How was rusting prevented and what prevented the rocket from exploding before reaching its destination? History documents that Tipu spent considerable time and effort on research on the rockets. The tests conducted on the rocket casings were ferrite microstructure test, spectroscopy, and wet chemistry. And this is what they found: The explosive (gunpowder) used in the rockets had 11 percent carbon, 9 percent sulfur and 80   percent nitrate. The fuse made of cotton was of 20micron.  The rolling of the iron into casing was made possible by mixing carbon as low as 0.2 to 0.5 percent. The low carbon content in iron made it malleable. Such low carbon levels are not known to have been used before that. Even today, it is a rarity. The rusting of the iron was prevented by using 0.1 percent phosphorus. Though there is some rusting, the cases have held for at least 220 years. Tests have found that a layer of clay was coated on the inside of the iron casing before being filled up with explosives. This prevented it from blowing up the rocket immediately.

Fig.7 Gravity Waves in Mesosphere

breaking and cascading to turbulence.

Waves of clouds crashing into each other like on a beach 50 miles in the sky is a truly a spectacular sight to behold. By observing polar mesospheric clouds, NASA's PMC Turbo mission is helping scientists better understand turbulence in Earth's upper atmosphere. Forces like uplifting air masses—air pushed upward because of masses on the surface like mountains and transfer energy—energy in the atmosphere that moves to the mesosphere from the lower altitudes and these forces come together to form what is known as gravity waves. This is the first time we've been able to visualize the flow of energy from larger gravity waves to smaller flow instabilities and turbulence in the upper atmosphere. At these altitudes, you can literally see the gravity waves breaking, like ocean waves on the beach, and cascading to turbulence.
