Oct. 16, 2021: Scientists Detect 1,652 Radio Signals From Unknown Source In Space.A source of powerful radio signals from distant space has added more mystery to fast radio bursts, confusing scientists and astronomers all over the world. Reported first by ScienceAlert, analysis of data collected on the fast radio burst source FRB121102 in 2019 has released 1,652 flares in a matter of just 47 days, setting a record for the most activity by a fast radio burst source yet. Ever since they were first discovered in 2007, fast radio bursts have often surprised astronomers. To the uninitiated, these are essentially bursts of light in the radio spectrum that shine for just a few milliseconds.The first and most prominent is FRB121102. Its repetition helped astronomers trace it to a dwarf galaxy 3 billion light-years away. Moreover, it’s the most active and the activity occurs on a 90-day cycle with 67 days of silence. The peak burst rate was 122 over a time span of an hour, which is also regarded as the highest level of activity seen from an FRBS. A recent detection in the Milky way hinted strongly towards a neutron star dubbed magnetars. And a bunch of fast radio burst sources have been detected repeating that could help partially solve the mystery.

Oct, 19, 2021: OBSERVATION OF LIGHTNING AND THUNDER AT VISAKHAPATNAM ON 19th October 2021:  by KLN: On the day of 19th October 2021 at Visakhapatnam evening from 4:30PM up to 6:20PM there was lightning and thunder with slight drizzle of rain. intermediate clouds of height around 2-3 km produce mixed White and Red splashes. The clouds at 4-5km of height produced the lightning of sparkling white splashes. Maybe the clouds at 0.9 to 1.2km height produced lightning of sparkling Red splashes due to the Earth's environment. Occasionally, I have observed that the intermediate clouds of height around 2-3 km produced mixed White and Red flashes. This is a very interesting phenomenon. This has been observed by me in the evening of 19th October 2021, between 4:30PM to almost 6:20PM. The lightning flashes moved along with the thunderous clouds from the land to the sea in Visakhapatnam-530002. The sound of lightning was very heavy when the clouds were on the land. But the intensity of lightning found to be reduced apparently as the clouds moved on to the Ocean at Visakhapatnam. Since I am stationed at my home Narasimha Ashram,, on the land near to the shore. The mixed lightning of White and Red splashes was very rare. More frequent the White splashes of lightning and somewhat less frequent of lightning of Red flashes. Possibly this is due to that White splashes lightning very rarely hit the clouds at lower height of 0.9 to 1.2km producing the Red splashes. This has been observed by me on the 19th October 2021, between 4:30PM to 6:20PM. A NEW FINDING: The White lightning flashes on the sea are more bright possibly due to salty-water fed atmosphere. on the Ocean at Visakhapatnam. This is a remarkable finding by me, sitting at home and watching the style of the different kinds of lightning flashes.

Oct.20, 2021: The commerce Ministry pointed out that GM rice is not grown in India, let alone exported, the Ministry alleged that case was a "futile conspiracy to maign the image of India, as a reliable food security provider". European Commission's Rapid Alert system for Food and Feed, said 500 tonnes of broken rice imported from India and converted into rice flour by a French company Westhove was flagged during a regular check.  

Oct. 21, 2021: Coffee godown work will begin at Visakha Agency soon, the state governmemt had sanctioned about Rs. 1 crore to set it up. The Visakha-Agency Girijan Cofee Rythu Utpathidarula Paraspara Sahayaka Sangham Ltd at Chintapali on Wednesday said they also would some space space to dump the waste generated after Coffee pulping. ITDA wants get rid of middle men and provides loans to farmers.

Jagran English  8 hours agoa number of other countries, including Australia, India, France, Germany and Japan, are also developing hypersonic weapons technology. While Australia has collaborated with the US, India has collaborated with Russia on this, the CRS said in its report. India has collaborated with Russia on the development of BrahMos II, a Mach 7 hypersonic cruise missile, the CRS report said.

lies 28 million light-years away in the spiral galaxy Messier 51 (M51), also known as

the Whirlpool galaxy. The transit, they witnessed, lasted a total of about three hours

and the X-ray emissions dipped all the way to zero. This helped them to figure out that

the object is likely approximately the size of Saturn and it orbits the neutron star

(or a black hole) at a distance twice that of Saturn's distance from our sun.

to rescue trapped woman and infant. The visuals of the hair raising operation by

Tamil Nadu forest officials has been shared on social media and has quickly gone

viral with people hailing the officers as heroes.Some brave Tamil Nadu forest

officials conducted a daring rescue operation of a mother and baby as the two

got stuck near a waterfall while a flashflood raged on around them. The incident took

place at the Kallavarayan hills, near Salem district’s Attur on Sunday. In the

two-minute video, a woman and her baby are seen sitting on the edge of a rock as

water gushes by at Anaivari Muttal falls in Salem after heavy rains battered the area.

Oct. 28, 2021: The tribal people of Losingi Pedapurugu, Pitragedda and Kotha Losingi tribal villages had been demanding construction of road connecting their villages. Tribals decided to pool up their resources and start work with shram daan while exerting demand for government for release of funds. About 1000 habitations of the 3,678 notified villages of the 11 mandals in the Agency area of the Visakhapatnam district, do not have road connectivity.

This poem written by late Shankaraobadi Sundaracharya garu Telugunata Tirupathi born in a tamilian family (kutumbam). In 1942 wrote it for deenabandu said Telugu Cinema. The Cinema directors have not introduced it. From Madras State the struggle for Andhra State those violent days, that time Chalana Chitra actor and Singer,Tanguturi Surya Kumari, attracted by this poem, investing Rs.116/- got the rights to sing that song, and recorded in HMV gramaphone and released it. In 1975 first world Telugu mahasabha that time Government released this song as Rashtra Gitam announced. As thought by Tanguturi Surya Kumari this poem played a tremendous role in the Andhra State formation. In 2014, this poem formed as Andhra Pradesh Rashtra Gayem.

Oct. 30, 2021: 20 hrs ago: An Indian Air Force (IAF) team and Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO) on Friday successfully flight-tested the country’s first indigenously developed Long-Range Bomb (LRB) from a Sukhoi-30 fighter jet over Balasore, Odisha. The LR Bomb, with a range of 100 kilometres, was fired from the IAF fighter aircraft flying at an altitude of 10 kilometres. Designed and developed by DRDO’s Research Centre Imarat (RCI), the LR Bomb can carry a warhead of 1000 kg. The successful tests can prove to be a force multiplier and major boost to the Indian Armed Forces, especially at a time China has been posturing aggressively in the region. 

Oct.31, 2021: The Hindu: The key findings of a study by IIT Kharagpur researchers might help understand the formation and evolution of the Earth. They studied a meterorite that fell near the town of Karol in Nagpur District of Maharashtra State on May 22, 2012, reporting for the first time presence of veins of the mineral Bridgmanite, which is the most abundant mineral in the interior of the Earth within the the Karol L6 Chondrite meterorite. It is the most abundant mineral of the Earth's interior. It is present in the lower mantle from 660 to 2700 km.. Speculation on the origin of Moon due to an impact on the Earth nearly 4.5 billion years ago by a planet of the size of Mars named Thela.

Indian Navy receives ‘Visakhapatnam’ ship- its first-ever P15B guided-missile destroyer. dnawebdesk@gmail.com (DNA Web Desk)  12 hours ago. The Indian Navy announced on Saturday that it has received its first P15B stealth guided-missile destroyer from Mazgaon Dock Shipbuilders on October 28. The stealth missile destroyer has been given the name “Visakhapatnam”, as per the official release.It is the first of its kind to be introduced in the Navy. The Indian Navy, making the announcement on Twitter, said, “Visakhapatnam - first of the indigenous P15B stealth guided-missile destroyers being built at Mazagon Dock, Mumbai delivered to Indian Navy on October 28, 2021.” The missile destroyer ship will have the capability of launching anti-aircraft missiles from its deck.
