ABSTRACT
Dr Sudhakar Sankar Bhide in Plasma Physics and Dr.K.L.Narayana in Theoretical Physics were very close and resided in the same locality of Granitwagen at Uppsala, Sweden during the years 1964-1965. They shared many memories of the International Seminar for Research and Education (1964-1965) participation with vigour and enthusiasm of academic Activities at FYSIKUM, University of Uppsala, Sweden. Dr KVNRao,of Bedford(Mass),USA on a suggestion by late Prof K Rangadhama Rao D Sc(Madras D.Sc.(London) met Dr K L Narayana in Uppsala when he visited the Plasma Physics labs of FYSIKUM. Both Bhide and Dr K L Narayana enjoyed the Day of the New Year 1965, the fall of snow & snow ball games in 1964-1965 winter and also the Uppsala city festival were witnessed at Uppsala, Sweden. Later Prof Dr. K.L.Narayana from Kolhapur in Maharashtra at Shivaji University and Mr S. S. Bhide at SAMEER, Powai, Mumbai shared many years of friendship 1966 to-date. Mr. Bhide and his wife visited Visakhapatnam when they have been entertained by late Mrs.Pancha Kalyani Amarnath and his sisters Dr Lalitha Kumari MD(India) MD (USA). Dr Rama Leela of Florida Hollywood USA during her family visits to India, Bangalore and Hyderabad had an occasion also to meet Bhide family and their daughter at their house in Chunabhatti.

EDUCATION:
Mr S S Bhide date of birth is 1st August 1939. Place of birth is Sangli, Maharashtra. He did his M.Sc. Physics 1961, from Pune University. He was with Training school 1961-1962, next AEE Trombay, and was at International Seminar in Education and Research for a year in 1964-65.* His extremely considerate wife studied Philosophy and is a post graduate. They have a daughter and a son-in-law as a close knit family.
TIFR
He was appointed in TIFR for Plasma Physics during 1962-1966, Solid State Electronics during 1966-1968, Ultrasonic & Microwave Engineering in 1968-1970, MW Vacuum Tube Technology Klystrons in 1970-1977, and Linear Accelerators for industrial radiography and cancer therapy in 1978.
SAMEER
In 1987 he has been shifted to SAMEER with MW group and till retirement in 1999 was with MW Tubes Division and Head of Medical Electronics Division. Expertise he gained in Basic Design and Systems Engineering, 30MEV Electron and X-ray LINAC. Also designed and constructed ultrasonic machine tools. He knows the CAD analysis of EM, other analogue potential and force fields. He designed and Engineered High Power Microwave Tubes and even to-date, helping many a firms as a consultant on Futuristic Planning.
MY POTENTIAL CONTRIBUTION:

I worked on all systems for indigenous development of technology for making our LINACs in TIFR and SAMEER. Two medical and two NDT LINACs were made during my tenor of service up to 1999. I continued to train new scientists and engineers. Today ten indigenous LINAC machines have been made (Feb 2006). The GOI has decided to establish a factory of indigenous LINAC tubes in Mumbai. LINAC machines is a high tech labour intensive job which are of strategic importance to India and are of social and economic relevance in the world. Pundit Nehru have lamented in “the Discovery of India” that India remained static, while Europe went head in Technology. i.e. LINAC machines take firm roots in India. The small contribution should my selection as a Scientist worthy and justified to the nation. I hope in near future LINAC activity will create high tech manpower job opportunities on an increasing scale and India will export high-tech LINAC item to UK, Europe and America.

ABSTRACT
For the first time the Visakha Nakshtra of Ancient India Astronomy studies has been identified positively on the 27th January 2011 morning around 4h58mAM. The Red, Blue and Green color details vividly present the features of the Ocean waves reflections of the Moon shine and their spectral shifts. The claim of the author that these new found Water Droplets, endowed with the Moon Shine reflections is a significant thought. Essentially these may be identified as the Rao Liquid Droplets. Surprisingly the reflected red sun shine of the rising sun just before its rise from the Ocean Waves gives an irradiance that lasts till the full bloom of the red sun on the eastern horizon. The irradiance of the sea is also thought to be the consequence of the interplay of Rao and Anti-Rao quanta from the Rao Liquid Droplets. The dominant spectral colors that are image captured of the reflected bright sunshine by the atmosphere of the Venus Planet of Solar system are significant.

INTRODUCTION

The weather scenario in Visakhapatnam has shown certain changes of cold to warm days in the fourth week of January 2011. The days are relatively warm while late night, after about 10hPM, the cold weather prevailed. The fog continued to trouble the Astronomy study of the sky. The occasional clouds obscured the clear view of the Moon and the stars. The second earth quake in week occurred in north Pakistan sub territory the thazikstan of 6.3R magnitude at 7h45m that moved the area of about 85km distance rocked the islambad,Rawalpindi and Peshawar for about 10 secs. In Pakistan Mardhan, Swath, and Afghanistan rural people living areas also felt the tremors. It has spread out the atmosphere of icy clouds and snow weather from the North India to the Southern peninsular region. Delhi noted a temperature of 3.7degC on Tuesday while the highest temperature fell down to 14degC. Hence Visakhapatnam city experienced chilly weather during the last three days and on 26th January 2011 the morning breakfast time also the chilly weather prevailed.
OUR OBSERVATIONS
The bright two stars near to the Moon one of them has shown certain brilliance. Of course it may be dismissed away as due to the atmospheric optical illusion. On the 23rd Jan 2011 this particular star has spread out brilliance while on the 24th it showed a spot of brilliance. Refer Fig 3 given below. The spread out was almost linear across its environment. It could be an internal Supernovae explosion but that quickly got engulfed and absorbed by the surrounding environment. As a result only the Gamma Ray emissions have occurred. The two bright stars observed (IMG_1342kln) about a month ago had almost equal brilliance on the 26th December 2010 at around 00h10m AM and the IMG_1361of 27th December 2010 at 03h39m AM but showed that the other star showed has a bright spot.
This finding needs to corroborate by other research investigators. The spectra of the sea water waves of the crusts and of the troughs indicate the possible spectral line shifts with the obvious interplay of the Rao and Anti-Rao Quanta. The Red, Blue and Green color details vividly present the features of the Ocean waves reflections of the Moon shine and their spectral shifts. The claim of the author that these new found Water Droplets, endowed with the Moon Shine reflections is a significant thought. Essentially these may be identified as the Rao Liquid Droplets. The constituents of it are the radioactive elements and as well the ordinary sea water physical material. Hence the spectral shifts would be of a complex character and have a special significance unlike the atmosphere water droplets the gives rise to the Newtonian Rainbow spectra.
Of other interest in our observations is the sequence of Venus spectra that could be recorded to even second order intensity. The noise background is very immense and only the first order spectrum to a great extent reveal the spectral feature of the Venusian atmosphere bright clouds of obviously the carbon dioxide.

For the first time the Visakha Nakshtra of Ancient India Astronomy studies has been identified positively on the 27th January 2011 morning around 4h58mAM in the form of a Necklace. This is of importance since it helps to fix when Buddhism took over the several nations in spite that many of its renderings are based on Sanskrit scriptures of eons ago, surprisingly also on ancient Telugu language and stone implement users.

Parental Divine system
: PDS
Parental Divine system (PDS) of faith has several pitfalls. Essentially it involves the inconsistent laws and contradictions. Almost the father is regarded as the parent. Praying is an essential ingredient in Telugu it amounts to "Batraju Pogatalu".They are ascribed to have tremendous transcendental values. Pray has an essential flaw. Here Father is almost concomitant with mission of life! Prayers are to pardon the sins committed. What is sin? Harming others. One child harming the other and praying for excuse of the sin. Antisocial elements take advantage of this. They don’t realize that sin is to be suffered and there are no excuses from any one for it. At the most one can have an adjustment but no cancellation totally of the sin committed.
Intelligence helps to correct the sinner but it would be meaningless to be excused of harming others. Parental Divine system sustains 99% on faith. Parent is created only to give pardon or an excuse to the sinner by praying and flattering the father. Intelligence to correct himself or others and say a spoiled child is only secondary since the act of sin itself is the primary aspect in the PDS.
What is then Sanskara?
It is the control of mind of not committing sins. I.e. to harm others.
The law of action and reaction has its own limitations in the sense of mathematical formulation of laws and possibly as well the contradictions. All effects or the reactions do differ considerably. Beyond these exists what is known as the REASON.
What is the value of a prayer?
Such ideas to find solutions to the problems were many given in the mythological stories weaved around say like the Satyanarayana puja. The stories give a shock or Branti to the solution finder! Here it is not a flash that works but a realistic shock (or branthi) created by the story on the behavior and the truth seeker of the result of a Prayer.
At that moment one would be in a state which is free of mind. That is liberated from mind i.e. the Bandha Moksha. It may be the Amanaska or Turiya. A micro or nano instant of time of mental power of correction. It leads to pleasure and a solution that yields a good fulfillment or a satisfaction. This is the power of a mathematical solution seeker. We may attribute it also in terms of Punyamu. Of course, we have both a temporary or permanent Moksha! Waking state has no deductive reasoning. It’s full of contradictions and is engulfed by a barrier of consciousness. On the other hand the Visishta Advaithamu preaches several jivas etc. Literally supporting Parental Divine System.
Moksha is negative karma or No desire. It is a merge with God. There only reasoning survives. Thus the scientific spiritualism eliminates laws and their contradictions.
In counseling
Don’t corner the child. Think it over the problem. Allow to raise questions. Prayer and Prayer whether it be Rama, Allah, or Jesus or as a matter fact of another god or goddess, involves without one’s own explicit knowledge that in between the thoughts of the prayer or prardhana there exists a gap, however micro or nano instant of time it may be when mind is in a state which is itself free of mind.
What is religion?
It is the mind Free State of which is either god or goddess.
TECHNIQUES
Adopted in either finding a solution to a given problem of moving from the known to the unknown are numerous. Mention would be made of a few of them. Primarily a source should exist. This is needed for pleasure and fulfillment. It requires a good mental power and as well a good mental health. It should be noted that everyone is a yogi to a certain extent. I want to have a solution to the problem? To hold it I use simple set of words. A formal language or an algorithm. The language shall be compact and appropriate.
1. Use of Mantra:
Shatras have set in the form of letters that form the BIJA RUPA.
2. Gayatri recitation:
Comfortably hold it in the brain. Ask for a solution to the problem like a Gayatri Mantra Upasaka. For this you need to well identify the problem.
3. Hypnotism:
This is a kind of self introspection
4. Drink:
There are several episodes of people who drink to find solutions to the problem Germans drink huge quantities of Beer during the night time. Wine is regarded as the blood in Bible. Madu is a drink for the people who do yagnams.
5. Prardhana:
It goes musical, with perfect grammar (Chanddhasu), and rhymes (or Ragalu) etc. Thyagaraja keertanalu, Beethoven hymen, etc.
Parental Divine System ascribes to the father as to decide the mission of life. Vishnu (who thought of becoming many in the manifestation of the universe) the sustainer, Brahma (who married his own creation of Saraswathi the goddess of knowledge) the creator, and Shiva (who held the deadliest poison of the universe in his own throat
with the help Parvathi) the destroyer all is examples of supreme-beings or the parents of the universe.
Only scientific reasoning
Would remove the ignorance of the faith of Parental Divine System. One should realize that all these three are only instrumental in the creation of the Universe. They are not the Parents or the Fathers.
What is Universe?
What mind reports is the Universe. I am the reality. How the mind reports it? It is Maya, the common core of reporting by the mind. Thus every client is a master. The constitution of living being co-operates to implement ADVAITHAMU. Mastery leads to Nirgunathvamu. For it Parental attribution is a flaw. Unique states of consciousness, a mind free state, essential a supreme god or goddess, the Parabrhaman, the eternal Shakthi.
It is a matter of an effort to enlarge the gap of the spiritual state, the state of being free from mind, sustenance of it over long periods of time a state of Nirgunathvamu, to declare oneself as I am the God.
A seminar helps humanity to have a better quality of life.

ABSTRACT

The 17th January 2011Tuesday there were Earth tremors of magnitude 5.8R in Sumatra, the Indonesia coastal Islands, deep inside ocean at 34kms early morning 2h20m. Pakistan sind province city Jikobabad felt the Earth Quake at around night at 1.23AM on Wednesday 19th January 2011, with epicenter, below the ground about 34kms and is located between Iran and Aghfinistan. In Quetta three people died of heart break. Dalbandin damage to boundary walls of a house occurred. Epicenter was situated about 45kms on the West from Dalbanadani a small town. The Dubai, Delhi Metropolitan city, Rajasthan, western Uttar Pradesh, and Haryana felt the earth tremors of magnitude 7.4R.Also Punjab, Sind, Baluchistan and Iran felt the tremors.

INTRODUCTION:

The Earth tremors in the Indonesia coastal Islands and in Pakistan have changed the atmospheric conditions in the lower and upper atmosphere of the India peninsular region.
The sudden snow fall in Kashmir and Jammu Thai state (-5.2degC), Ladak (-19degC), Leh and Kargil (- 2.2degC) regions led to the drinking water supply to be disconnected since the temperatures reached -4.0degC. Gulmarg recorded below -14degC. The weather shows its subtle influence on the atmosphere and the Astronomy study of the sky is hindered.

Our Observations:

The 14th January 2011 itself the present author noticed that the tap water in Visakhapatnam turned out to be lukewarm. Thus the terrestrial earth has become hot in the interior regions that spread to the surface layers.
An amazing picture of Moon on the Full Moon day revealed the reflections of the Yellow from the Sea spots of the Moon’s surface regions. The spectral analysis made gave the yellow as a mixture of the Green and the Blue colors predominantly. The Red color setting sun has been also spectrally analyzed and it has shown only as a full blown Red color. The setting sun was captured at 5h31mPM while the Full Moon image was obtained at 5h55mPM. Surprisingly it gave a yellow color surface topography Moon features of its seas only*. That’s really a splendid Astronomy Study of the 3rd week in the New Year beginning. The Orange, the Indigo and the Violet color intensities are found to be very low due to the atmosphere absorptions. This is also a significant finding in view of the newly pumped in fine physical constituents of the India Peninsular atmosphere by the Earth tremors that occurred on Tuesday and the Wednesday.

The spectra of the Moon and the Ocean Waves analysis has been made to bring out the salient features of the role of Rao and Anti-Rao quanta which underlay the known stokes and anti-stokes shifts of spectral lines. The nature of their interplay however depends on the exact constituents of the medium such as the ocean waves in which the Moon light reflection could be observed and its spectrum recorded. The intensity profile is an evidence of the possible shifts of spectral lines to occur due to the absorption and involved physical processes of the constituents of the entity such as the Atmosphere. The Full Moon day of 19th January 2011 gave a chance to know also the influence of the Earth Quake tremors that occurred in Sumatra Coastal Islands of Indonesia and the Pakistan. The events took place within 48 hours and so the sky is engulfed in fine particulate dust in spite that the Sumatra Earth tremor was deep inside the Ocean. On the 19th evening the clouds have gathered in the atmosphere in Visakhapatnam. In the midnight there was a very thick cloud cover that prevented even the observation of Hunter totally. Only the Sirius was observable and another bright star the Betelgeuse somewhat faintly at around 11h23mPM. On the 18th Evening the sky was covered with a fine fog but bright stars were visible. This was the case just before the Pakistan Earth Quake.
Only after the Pakistan Earth Quake the Sky became very cloudy and the visibility fell down considerably. The possibility that the Ocean tremor that caused the water vapor studded with the fine particulate matter combined with the heavy dust that rose from the Pakistan plain lands have precipitated into the formation of Clouds. The 20th Morning sky around 00h56m was totally foggy, cloudy and with no visibility of even the bright stars.
But the sudden snow fall in Jammu & Kashmir state and Gulmarg region also supports the idea that the upper regions of atmosphere chilly weather of ice crystals has dwindled down to the lower atmosphere levels and there was a movement of thus formed clouds, with the particulate matter of Pakistan Earth tremor, to the South Peninsular region of India.
The weather on the 22nd January 2011 has considerably changed with chilly occasional breeze and the clouds that covered the morning sun shine.

# The recent publications in the Science and other journals claims to have solved the problem of observation of shifts of spectral lines even at the Biological living single cell level by adoption of changes in the sophisticated electronic devices and modifications in the spectrometers that were historically used since the years 1920-1924. In this context, the present method of analysis is very minimal in the use of instruments for the observation and record of the images of the spectral regions, is very significant. Moreover we have a quantum approach unlike the earlier concepts of classical physics approach. No.203. “ The Force Field Effect on the Resonance Structures of Chlorine Dioxide and the Analysis of Nuclear Quadrupole Coupling Constants.”
Abstract: A new method of analysis of the Nuclear Quadrupole Coupling Constants has been made based on the considerations of force field effect contributions to the excess of electron charge, among the various resonance structures. The values obtained are fa=0.3752;fb=0.029;fc=0.4023 respectively for the a, b, c axes of the Chlorine Dioxide molecule. Its force field ellipses etc data is also given.

ADDENDUM
*Also the Nrsimha God of the temple at Simhachalam in Visakhapatnam has been worshipped with 108 Golden Yellow tropical flowers on the Full Moon Day Thursday 20th Jan 2011. This tropical flower of India has the specialty that the butterflies don’t extract the nectar from these flowers! Also surprisingly the Alwars Bhakthi community of India celebrated the prominence of Tiru Star on the day 22nd January 2011. It is the star termed Makkha (Regulus) in Indian Almanac.
The rapid environmental changes of Visakhapatnam are due to the surface terrestrial changes that are essentially man made. The fine grade red soil of Gajuwaka area is being transported away in a large scale digging the red hills. Earlier the entire belt of the Red soil in the area of UttaGadda behind the RK Mission and below the Buddhists track hills has been cleared away completely and no trace of it could be identified now. Similarly the black beach sands are being shifted away in a big way. Natural and millions of years ago surface topography of Visakhapatnam is being totally disbanded.

ABSTRACT:

Australia, Jammu & Kashmir, Gulmarg, Brazil, have experienced a weather change that has led to a rethinking in many people to understand the phenomenon of Green house emissions that are having it positive effects. Between 6th January and 9th January 2011 the weather has become very chilly then the weather at Visakhapatnam coastal area changed in the wee hours of 10th January 2011. The chilly weather has softened and the 12th morning it was pleasantly cool at 5AM. Till the 9th Jan 2011 the temperatures fell down touching 3.5degC at Chintalapudi agency area and at Lingapalli recorded 1.4degC.The Astronomy observation of the Sky has resulted in record of several prominent stars and the spectra of Venus, Moon and the Sun were obtained and analyzed. The red glow of the entry of Sun into Makara rasi (Zodiac) of India Almanac has been digit image captured and the spectra analyzed. The optical caustics produced around the moon on the 12th January 2011 at 21h42m are found to be phenomenal. The Makara sankramana festival in Sabarmati hills in India, Kerala state on the 13th January 2011 has highlighted the news of observation of a flaming light called the Makara Jyothi at 6h30mPM. The news channel reported it as observation of a star.

Introduction:


As far the weather is concerned the El Nino warming and La Nino cooling phenomenon in the tropical Pacific Ocean might alter the weather patterns. But global warming, some thought would alter clouds in a way that would depreciate the warming while majority assert that they would amplify the warming but would not help to dampen it. The Green House gas emissions by the year 2030 would show effect of an increased Earth’s average temperature by about few degC that would melt the icebergs world over at the poles. This would raise sea levels and perhaps the Mauritius islands would disappear from the Global terrestrial map. The Chintapalli agency area after about 15 years recorded 2.8degC on Tuesday 11th Jan 2011 while it was on 1966 December 1st 12 degC, and on December 24th it was 4degC .The report of Gulmarg snow scenario continues be an attraction this year while Jammu & Kashmir has only a shivering cold with no much snow fall and so it deterred the tourists to J &K state. Brazil has experienced heavy floods and many landslides have occurred during the Friday to Wednesday 12th January 2011. The rivers have brought in tons of mud that hindered the river traffic. Nova Freiburg, Teresopolis and Petropolis people and villages have got submerged in water floods.

The Great festival of India

Of the Astronomy interest, the Great festival of India, practically a thanks giving day of the agricultural crop yields and the produce storage by farmers, is that the Sun would move from Sagittarius (Dhanurasi) to Capriconius (Makara) on the 14th January 2011 at night 11h30m. But another Almanac calendar of AP says it is 11h21m on13th January 2011 and terms it as Sankramana (entry into Zodiac sign) beginning while the Makar Month begins on 14th January 2011. Some TV news reviewers give that Sankranthi festival is on 15th January 2011 since the Bharani Nakshtra fell on Friday after about 72 years. And possibly during the dates of 15th January to 17th January 2011 the expected a flame like light (Makara Jyothi) would be seen near the Ayyappa hills of South India. The Makara sankramana festival in Sabarmati hills in India, Kerala state on the 13th January 2011 has highlighted the news of observation of a flaming light called the Makara Jyothi at 6h30mPM. The news channels reported it as observation of a star.The observation of it at 6h30m means that the Sun has left the Dhanur Rasi (Zodiac) and entered the Makara Rasi(Zodiac). So SUN would now traverse the Zodiac cycle of the Universe facing the North. Accordingly on the Earth the Sun would have an apparent motion in the Northern hemisphere. This event and the subsequent few months are regarded as very auspicious for the Indians.


OUR OBSERVATIONS

Already the weather being clear the Venus has been found shinning bright in the East-South at Visakhapatnam on the 12th Jan 2011 morning around 5h30m.The Sirius star spectrum showed its total blue shine on the 12th January 2011 at 21h45m.This is the first time I could record it with an ordinary digital camera. The star lying on the South of the Sirius is very bright enough to be observed (Canopus?) with a naked eye in spite of the Visakhapatnam Harbor light pollution of the Southern Sky. It forms as a “skymark” of the sky for the star gazers for many years to lapse.
An important and significant img_1635kln shows the Moon almost an exact half disc at 17h17m on the evening of 12th January 2011 just before the SUN SET. The surface topography structures of the Moon are quite vivid in the picture.The optical caustics produced around the moon on the 12th January 2011 at 21h42m are found to be phenomenal are analyzed for Intensity profiles given in Fig 14.

Of a great interest are the Sun spectra recorded with their reflections in the Bay of Bengal Ocean seashore in Visakhapatnam on the morning hours of the 14th January 2011 the first of the Three Days of a Great Festival in India. The red glow of the entry of Sun into Makara rasi (Zodiac) of India Almanac has been digit image captured and the spectra analyzed on the 15th January 2011. The Makara star has been identified just before the SUN rise by the present author on the Sea Coast beach of Visakhapatnam near the RK Mission. In the ensuing years the author feels that this finding would be followed by the Sabaramali pilgrims’ at Visakhapatnam beach itself and the crowds would gather there with binoculars and telescopes for image capturing of the neat year’s Makara Sankramana event.

The Indian Almanac

The Indian Almanac says that Moon near four stars of the Uttar(2 stars) till afternoon 4h19m on 11th of January 2011 and Purva bhadra(2 stars) till noon at 13h42m on the 10th January 2011(these total four amount to like legs of a cot Refer the Fig 6 of img-1645 taken on 12th Jan at 21h34m). The findings though corroborate the descriptions of the Indian Almanac the identifications and time of their proximity to Moon seem to slightly differ. This is the main reason why ancient Pundits were gathering once a year at Ujjain or elsewhere in India to ascertain the observation of stars and verification of their times of Moon proximity in different Zodiac signs. Hundreds of such records made have simply vanished. On 12th till evening 18h46m Moon would be near Pisces (Revathi nakshtra a collection of 3 bright stars).The img_1656 given in Fig 9 clearly shows the proximity of the Moon near three stars that have been described in Indian Calendar as the Head of a Horse i.e. Aswini. It falls in the constellation of Aries. This has occurred at 19h06m on the 13th January 2011. Surprisingly the Indian Temple at Saileswara Dam region celebrated the Day in the night on Thursday at around 19h30m, specifying that the worshiped idol of Siva known as Mallanna is kept in the Southern gate of the ancient temple in Shri Sailam. My finding would be a great contribution to reorder the Indian Almanac with the correct timings and as well to streamline many versions of the Panchang among the Indian Pundits and Astronomers. This method of study by digital imaging would naturally catch up positively and confidently with their divine worship exercises in future.

The Makara star has been identified just before the SUN rise by the present author on the Sea Coast beach of Visakhapatnam near the RK Mission. So In the ensuing years the author feels that this finding would be followed by the Sabaramali pilgrims’ at Visakhapatnam beach itself and the crowds would gather there with binoculars and telescopes for image capturing of the neat year’s Makara Sankramana event. Moon has been observed with an apparent motion towards the Hunter of Orion Constellation and Aldebaran.
